This is a Hotel with a very high level of overall satisfaction. The staff’s hospitality is especially outstanding. It’s rare to find a Hotel where every staff member is this pleasant, so I had a very comfortable stay. The Hotel’s location is also flawless. The view from the Room is amazing. There are plenty of dining options around the Hotel, and it’s easy to get anywhere from here. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be the long wait for the elevators during peak times when many guests are heading to the pool. That can’t really be helped due to the building layout, but since the elevator hall was extremely air-conditioned, even about a 5-minute wait felt long. When I come back to Okinawa, this is definitely a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

The Room was spacious with an ocean view, and we had a very pleasant stay. The kids enjoyed the pool in the bath area, and we were also able to use games like Othello—putting our phones away and spending a fun time full of laughter. One small disappointment was that the amenity loungewear felt a bit worn, and the ties were loose so it didn’t fit securely. All of the staff were cheerful and also recommended great places to visit in Izu. Thank you very much.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a gift of a hot towel and chocolates at check-in. Of course, the staff’s hospitality was also excellent. I had checked in advance that there was a gym and spa, but the gentle, convincing suggestion—“Your Accommodation Room is on the Mt. Fuji side, and the spa is on the Skytree side, so please feel free to use it”—led me to enjoy both. The Room décor was elegant and refined, and I was amazed they even provided binoculars (unfortunately, the weather was bad so I couldn’t use them). The amenities and drinks were more than sufficient, but when I learned there were several types of pillows available, I couldn’t resist requesting one. Not only are the facilities outstanding, but every single staff member—including those at the breakfast restaurant—provided attentive service; everything on the service side was flawless. Hats off to them. I’ve never had such a comfortable stay before; my companion and I kept saying “We don’t want to leave,” as we checked out.

I’ve stayed at quite a few Hotels and Ryokans across the whole country, and this place was truly excellent—service, Facilities, and the Room were all outstanding! They handled a last-minute surprise request flexibly, which I really appreciated. As for the meals, everything served was delicious. That said, I would have liked to see a few more luxurious options. 5 stars!

I chose this Accommodation because it seemed to have a great view from the Room, and with the good weather it was even more wonderful than I imagined. The meals were truly delicious! All of the staff were very pleasant, and one staff member was from overseas but explained everything carefully, which I really appreciated. Visiting Aso has become a very special memory for me. We stayed here as a couple for our wedding anniversary. It seemed we had the place to ourselves by chance, so we were able to truly relax. Every dish was carefully prepared, and everything was a flavor we had never tried before—absolutely delicious. The owners were also very kind, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to come back and stay again at a leisurely pace.

Both the facilities and the staff were top-class—an outstanding Hotel. Every staff member’s dedication and politeness came through in their service, making our stay truly comfortable. In terms of receiving hospitality that exceeds the room rate, I think it offers the best value for money in Tokyo. In particular, the gentleman in the Executive Lounge (the person on the right in the photo) was exceptional—his conversation, service, and cocktail-making skills were all truly first-rate, adding even more value to our stay. He kept an ideal distance while attentively looking after every guest. I give five stars to him for making us feel glad we stayed here and eager to return.

The Room was clean, and there was a desk lamp that could charge my smartphone just by placing it on it, so I had a very comfortable stay. There is a Starbucks near the Hotel, and there is also a convenience store at Kameoka Station, which was very convenient. I would like to stay again.

The hospitality was excellent. At the front desk, the dining venue, and the reception for the private bath, everyone greeted us with a smile. It was our first stay, and we had a very comfortable time. An ocean view and direct access to a beautiful beach made it easy and fun to enjoy the sea even with our young grandchildren. Enjoying a beer on the terrace while looking out at the ocean— this Accommodation was exactly what we chose to soothe our tiredness. We’re so glad we went! Done—we will definitely return. Ayanna Miyako was the Hotel I had absolutely wanted to stay at when traveling to Miyakojima. Because it’s such a wonderful Hotel, it was fully booked during Golden Week, but I joined the waitlist and managed to stay!! A few days before my stay, they called to confirm my arrival time and kindly asked if we were celebrating anything—if so, they could prepare a cake (additional fee). My stay was just before the rainy season began, and the weather was great. When I opened the Room door, there was a stylish interior leading out to the pool—and beyond that, a beautiful ocean view. Relaxing on a poolside chair with an Orion beer they had stocked in the fridge was truly the best!! I’ve stayed in Rooms with private pools before—on Okinawa’s main island, on another date in Miyakojima this trip, and even in Hakone—but personally, Ayanna Miyako is my favorite. Breakfast was beautifully set up as well, and the Eggs Benedict was outstanding! One thing to note: check-in and everything else (including breakfast reservations) were all handled via smartphone. However, they support you if you have any questions, so I think even those who aren’t comfortable with smartphones can feel at ease. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

I stayed for one night. The Hotel and the Room were very clean, with thorough cleaning down to every detail, so I was able to spend my time comfortably. The Room was also spacious and very easy to relax in! All of the staff were warm and courteous, and I was very satisfied. The meals were delicious, and I could take my time enjoying them while chatting with friends. Thank you as well for accommodating ingredients I’m not comfortable with. Overall, it was a wonderful Hotel where I felt at ease and truly refreshed both physically and mentally. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nara.

We had the pleasure of enjoying the private dinner Plan at Soro Residence. The cuisine was not only delicious, but each dish was beautifully presented like a work of art. The flowers arranged to match the dishes and the floral decorations throughout the Room were truly wonderful, creating a special space that felt extraordinary. The wine pairing was also exceptional—each time we paired a sip of wine after a bite, both were elevated, and we were repeatedly moved by how much the flavors opened up. In addition, all staff provided warm and attentive hospitality from start to finish, allowing us to spend a comfortable and luxurious time. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience.

Just as other Reviews mentioned, the view was simply amazing. We stayed with our dog, and we really appreciated that they had pee pads, etiquette bags for walks, food and water bowls, and even dinner for our dog ready for us. It was the first time I’ve ever felt this refreshed at an Accommodation. We’ll definitely stay again!

We enjoyed a BBQ on the terrace while watching the sunset, and the private pool was equipped with life jackets, swim rings, and more, so the kids were happily entertained for hours. Since it was our nephew’s birthday, we celebrated with a surprise cake and made wonderful memories

This Hotel came highly recommended by a friend for its wonderful breakfast, and it truly lived up to the praise. Both the buffet and the kaiseki-style breakfast were delicious and fun. Everything looked so good that I ended up eating far too much, so a bit of self-control might be needed (as usual, I still wasn’t hungry by lunchtime). The free-flow alcohol option also really lifted my spirits! In addition to breakfast, I’d also highlight the great location—about a 5-minute walk from Hakodate Station and around 3 minutes from the streetcar stop. The drum-type washer/dryer in the Room was very convenient during rainy weather and in seasons when you tend to sweat more (detergent is provided). One small note: the in-house loungewear is labeled “M” and “F,” so if you assume “M” means “women’s,” you may end up laughing like I did—“M” actually means a larger size, so it was very baggy on me. There are loungewear samples near the shop on 2F1, so I recommend checking them while you’re there to look at the pillow selection. I recommend both breakfast options (buffet and kaiseki), and the large public bath spanning two floors was also enjoyable. It’s a Hotel where I’d definitely like to book a Multiple Night Stay next time.
