Perhaps because it was before Golden Week and we visited during a season without fireworks, it was quiet and very comfortable. The in-Room bath with free-flowing hot spring water and the large public bath were both excellent, and the breakfast had plenty of variety—this has become an Accommodation I’d love to visit again. For my morning bath, I enjoyed a beer while leisurely looking out over Lake Toya; it was a truly luxurious time. As for service, perhaps because there are many international guests, we were suddenly spoken to in English, and there were quite a few moments where I felt the staff could use a bit more training—so I’m giving it a 4.

Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, with more variety than we could possibly try, and we were very satisfied. The location right in front of the sea offered amazing views, and we would love to stay again. It was a little disappointing that there was no morning bath on weekdays, but the facilities were spacious and clean, and overall we had a wonderful, fulfilling stay!

This was our third stay. We visited as a three-generation family trip (8 people), including our grandparents and two children aged 5 and 3. What makes this Hotel special is that everyone—from kids to seniors—can enjoy it in their own way. There are indoor and outdoor pools as well as Onsen Facilities (with well-stocked amenities), so you can relax without worrying about the weather, which is a huge help when traveling with children. Our kids used the pools and Onsen again and again, played in the kids’ room and game area, and looked happy throughout our stay. The guest rooms are spacious, and the entire building feels open, so even with three generations we never felt cramped. Our grandparents also enjoyed the Onsen and the shop, spending time relaxing inside or taking walks nearby at their own pace. The staff were consistently courteous, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Access from central Tokyo is convenient; our train-loving child enjoyed traveling by Shinkansen, and it’s also easy to reach by car—another big plus for multi-generation trips because it reduces travel fatigue. Our child likes this Hotel so much they said they want to live here. As parents, we feel confident staying here, which is why we keep coming back. I highly recommend it for families with preschoolers as well as senior travelers. We’d love to visit again as a family.

Upon arrival, the parking lot was already full, which showed how popular this place is. The front desk staff were efficient, and we quickly checked in and enjoyed a welcome drink. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, which we thoroughly enjoyed! Everything was delicious.

This was my first stay, and the Hotel—welcomed by Hideki Takahashi and his family—offered a wonderful view overlooking Lake Abashiri. While the Facility felt less luxurious than expected, it was still comfortably good overall. Food and drinks were excellent: during happy hour from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm at check-in, we enjoyed draft beer and other beverages along with oden. Dinner is described as a “light dinner buffet mini,” but that’s far too modest—the quality, quantity, and variety were more than sufficient, and on top of that there was an all-you-can-drink option (including draft beer) for 90 minutes, which made us very satisfied. After bathing, there were free massage chairs plus coffee and other soft drinks, and they even offer complimentary late-night soba—truly attentive service in every way. Use of the table tennis table was also free. There’s too much to list, but the baths were clean and well maintained, and all staff members were courteous and helpful. If I have another chance to visit, this is the Hotel I would consider first. Highly recommended!

This was my first stay at Dormy Inn, and I finally understood why my daughters always say, “This Hotel is great” whenever they use it on their trips. It goes without saying that it was quiet and the breakfast was delicious. What I personally loved most was the bottled water in the fridge—it was incredibly cold and felt amazing on my sweaty throat. Since it’s often left outside the fridge at other places, I was genuinely happy about that. There were also snacks provided, which helped satisfy a small hunger. Having a TV in the bathroom was a first for me, and watching a program while soaking in the bath was such a unique experience. The staff were all cheerful and efficient, which left a great impression. Thanks to this stay, I had a wonderful time in Matsue. As an aside, Dormy Inn’s character “Dormy Inko-chan” is adorable—it's rare to see a mascot with that kind of look (lol). Thank you for the sticker as well. I’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

One small note: the balcony railing feels obstructive to the view. Since the balcony is undoubtedly non-smoking, removing the fixed railing would allow guests to fully enjoy the stunning reverse Hakodate night view. Of course, even as it stands now, this is a wonderful Hotel.

I chose this accommodation to relax and enjoy the sunset, and it exceeded my expectations. I was able to soak in the open-air bath while perfectly admiring the sunset, just as I had hoped. With all rooms offering ocean views, I had a very comfortable and pleasant time. The

We stayed here as a couple on a trip to Kochi. It was our first time, and what impressed us most was the food. Both dinner and breakfast are buffet-style, with Japanese dishes (including local specialties), Western, and Chinese options—all of excellent quality. Even my wife, who is very particular about food, was delighted. Drinks such as beer, sake (including various local brands), and spirits are also available with unlimited refills, so I can recommend it to anyone who enjoys a drink. We would love to stay again when we visit Kochi.

The Facility was very unique and interesting. The room key can be linked with Suica, allowing guest room information to be registered on Suica during check-in (also available with the Suica app on smartphones). From using the elevator to entering the guest room, everything can be completed with Suica on your smartphone, making it extremely convenient.

For the past few years, I’ve been staying at the Phoenix Park Hotel whenever I visit Nago. Before that, I used other Accommodations as well. This Hotel is quiet, and 21st Century Forest Park (the beach) is just across the road—an excellent location, with a Starbucks also set to open on the beachside in mid-April 2026. The number of parking spaces in front of the Hotel is limited, but there is plenty of parking on adjacent lots (three locations within a 30-second to 2-minute walk), so it’s not an issue. There’s also a Seven-Eleven within a short walk (under 5 minutes). Emerald, a pasta & pizza place right near the Hotel, is delicious, serves generous portions, and offers reasonable prices. I plan to stay here again next time.

It was conveniently located close to Laguna Ten Bosch. We stayed in a Room with a private bath. The view was great, and the bath felt open and airy and was very clean—our children were delighted. The staff were very helpful, and the welcome services were also excellent. The meals were delicious, and the children’s menu was thoughtfully planned with good nutritional balance, which was wonderful. It was an Accommodation we would like to stay at again. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath. Overall, we were satisfied with everything—the bath, the meals, and the service. We had a wonderful time. The in-room open-air bath while looking out at the sea was very comfortable. The large public bath was also very spacious and not crowded, so we could relax and enjoy it. Both dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented, and we enjoyed them very much—especially the grilled abalone and shabu-shabu. We deducted a few points because the parking lot is far away (which could be difficult in rainy weather), there are limited choices for meal times, the Room does not have an automatic lock, and noise from the hallway carries easily, but overall we think it is a great Accommodation that we can recommend to friends.

This was our first stay with three dogs. The meals and the Onsen were excellent. The Room was very clean and comfortable. Above all, the staff were kind, making this a truly warm and welcoming Accommodation. We will definitely return. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We stayed with seven people and one Shiba Inu. The house was spacious, well stocked with amenities, and the kitchen was very comfortable to use. The area was very quiet, and it felt like we had the wide ocean all to ourselves. Fishing for whiting from the concrete pier was fantastic. The sauna was also excellent, and cooling down while looking out at the sea afterward was pure bliss. Kids, adults, and our dog were all very satisfied.

It was so lush and green that it hardly felt like Osaka, and it was incredibly relaxing. The staff were kind, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. We will visit again.

The necessary amenities were prepared in the room, which was reassuring. The location, twin room, service, Onsen, and breakfast were all comfortable at this Hotel. During our 4-night trip to Eastern Hokkaido, this was the most comfortable stay.

Perhaps because it was the rainy season, the glamping area was reserved exclusively for our group. It was our first time glamping, but it was comfortable with beds and air conditioning, and our child was thrilled. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet due to the small number of guests, but we were served an excellent individual breakfast. The kaiseki dinner was delicious, and we were also able to use a barbecue grill and enjoyed a light barbecue as well. Above all, everyone at the Hotel was very kind and attentive. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Everything about the Room, cuisine, Onsen, and ocean-view location is outstanding. The price is unbelievably low. I would definitely like to stay again!
