The meals were delicious, and we were very happy with the complimentary drinks service in the lounge that started this year. If we have the chance, we would love to visit again for a third or fourth time.

This was our first visit as a couple. We watched YouTube videos beforehand, but the real experience was even better.\n The pool was simply wonderful. We were surprised by how large the infinity pool is.\n If the water temperature had been a bit warmer, we might have been able to relax for longer.\n The sauna, on the other hand, felt a little too hot.\n The Room was simple and easy to use.\n If possible, as seniors we would have appreciated standard cotton pajamas with long sleeves and long pants. The bathrobes and towels were very comfortable.\n For dinner, we ordered the vegetarian course. It was creative and delicious, and we left completely full. The vegetables were excellent and highly recommended.\n Breakfast was a sandwich, salad, and soup; it would be nice to have something warm and freshly made as well.\n All in all, we were very satisfied. We’re happy to find such a wonderful Hotel in Chiba Prefecture.\n The staff were also very kind. Please keep up the great work.\n We will definitely visit again.

Directly connected to Tomarin, it’s incredibly convenient for island-hopping. With few Hotels in Naha offering a large public bath and sauna, I was able to unwind in the spacious bath and thoughtfully designed sauna. The restaurant’s Early American atmosphere is great, the food is delicious, and the staff are attentive—nothing to complain about. Live jazz is performed at 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm, creating a wonderful vibe. From the rooftop you can look down over Tomari Port, and on clear days the sunrise and sunset are beautiful. Since it has just reopened after a renovation, the ship-inspired Rooms were spotless as well. Kokusai-dori is also within walking distance. It might be perfect for a night after returning from the islands or on your final day when you’re tired from sightseeing. I’ll definitely stay again!

The location was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The taste and quality of the meals were also outstanding—everything was truly wonderful. I was impressed that the Room had a kettle of hot water, a pitcher of iced water, and bottled water at room temperature prepared in advance. It’s rare to find an Accommodation that provides three different temperature options, all ready to drink right away. There was a 10-cup kendama set in the lobby, and it became a fun memory as not only children but adults also gathered around to try it together. When the strings got tangled and we struggled to put it back properly, someone from the front desk came out to help us. It may seem like a small thing, but we really appreciated their kindness. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, tasted great, offered plenty of variety, and left us completely satisfied. It was also great that we could use the bathhouse from early morning until late at night. If there were an open-air bath as well, it would be perfect. If I have another chance to visit Miyajima, I would definitely stay here again.

I was wondering how things would be after the change in management, but it was a comfortable stay with meals truly worthy of an auberge. The young chef is full of talent, and I’m excited to see what kind of dishes he will create in the future. As for service—such as the timing of meal service—I think it will become more refined as they gain experience. If I had to mention anything, I would have appreciated having both loungewear and pajamas, and on a smaller note, amenities like shoe-shining supplies. I will visit again.

The Room and bathroom were very clean. The coffee was especially delicious. Thank you. However, the refrigerator under the TV did not cool properly, and the mineral water remained lukewarm until the next day (even after adjusting the temperature settings).

This was my second stay, and I truly appreciated your hospitality. This time I stayed in an ocean-view Room. Compared with the golf course view in the club building I used last time, it was more reasonably priced, and personally I preferred the ocean view. I had a wonderfully relaxing time while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The Greek salad I had for lunch before check-in was outstanding. I also appreciated that you applied the guest discount even though it was before check-in—such a thoughtful gesture. The beer provided in the Room refrigerator was also very reasonably priced. Considering today’s labor shortages and how challenging inventory management and payment processing must be, I hope you will continue offering this service. The fruit at breakfast was all fresh and juicy, and I enjoyed it very much. Compared to my previous stay, it felt like there were more international staff members, but everyone spoke Japanese very well and provided courteous, heartfelt service. I visited after a long time. I could only book the Connect Twin before, but since it was a weekday, I was able to stay in the Wide View Twin again. The large windows offering expansive views of the sea and city were wonderful! The Room also had a massage chair. The public bath was as great as ever, providing a relaxing experience. The shampoo and other amenities were different from before, but they didn’t cause any dryness or irritation, which was reassuring. There was also a Refa hair dryer available. Please note that there is no sauna for women in the morning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western set meals, with unlimited refills of salad, rice, bread, coffee, etc., making it very satisfying. It seemed like most guests chose the Japanese set meal; I opted for the Western one and appreciated that freshly grilled sausages were brought to my table when they ran out initially. The Himi Udon noodles were also delicious! Parking is convenient if you arrive early enough—you can park on Hotel’s 1st floor or at the flat lot across from it. Even if those are full, the municipal parking isn’t too far away either. It was an excellent stay with great value for money and left me feeling very satisfied overall. The staff provided exceptionally pleasant service throughout my visit. Oh yes—the complimentary coffee service on the 1st floor is much appreciated! Because of this amenity, having only powdered tea in Room wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you very much!

Within walking distance of Tomari Port, this Accommodation is in an ideal location for those heading out to the Kerama Islands. The Room was spotless, and the front desk service was excellent—nothing to fault. Their efforts, such as complimentary drinks, are impressive, and having a pool is another big plus. Personally, I highly recommend it. It felt like there were many international guests and some lively visitors. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it may not suit those who prefer a quiet Accommodation.

I stayed here to visit Ise Jingu. The location is about halfway between Nagoya and Ise Jingu, making it more convenient than traveling directly from Nagoya to Ise. The Facility felt a bit dated, but it was well-cleaned and comfortable. Being right next to Tsu Station was also a great advantage. All the staff, including those at the front desk, were very friendly and welcoming, which made me happy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was very delicious.

I stayed one night with breakfast only, and the rate was reasonably priced through Yahoo Travel, so I had no issues at all. The Onsen Facility and the guest room were very clean, and I had no complaints whatsoever. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious—thank you for the wonderful meal!

We were happy to see the energetic Hokkaido dogs again—Miyon, Dan, and Dolly! This Accommodation was satisfying in every way, from the Onsen to the meals, and they even moved our “repeat guest” plaque to our 8th car. Thank you to all the staff for your consistently warm and attentive hospitality.

We stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Everything was outstanding—the beautiful Room, the delicious meals, the private bath, and all the Hotel staff. The food in particular was amazing; the course meal made generous use of ingredients from Shimoda, and we could truly savor Shimoda’s richness from start to finish. The Hotel staff were also very kind—helping us with a small mishap in the bath (lol) and explaining each dish clearly. My girlfriend was thrilled, and I’m glad we chose this Hotel. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

We stayed for one night on a trip to visit Toba Aquarium. The view from the lounge just inside the entrance was truly breathtaking. The sea stretches beautifully to every corner of your sight, and your eyes are drawn to Mitsushima Island floating in the center. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was delicious—we enjoyed as much as we could. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy, so we would love to return at a different time of year.

The best part was the sunset view from the garden and my Room. I took a walk until sunset and enjoyed beautiful blooming roses as well as some unexpectedly photogenic spots. I then watched the sun set slowly from my Room—it was so beautiful that it moved me deeply. In my busy dai
