All the staff were very kind and attentive, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The views from the Room and throughout the Hotel were wonderful, and we enjoyed a lovely time along with delicious meals. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Toba.

The building is spread out horizontally, so depending on where your Room is located, it can be quite a walk to the restaurant, baths, and lobby. Other than that, there were no particular issues or complaints. It was a truly wonderful Accommodation. Although the large public bath is not an Onsen, it offers three different water temperatures (high/medium/low) and water types, plus a carbonated bath. Other guests also mentioned that it might be more effective than some Onsen. The restaurant (buffet-style) had a wide variety of dishes, and the staff were excellent—one thoughtful touch was that they even informed us that ice cream could be taken back to our Room. I believe drinks inside the facility were reasonably priced as well—for example, a 350 ml can of beer was 350 yen. The souvenir shop opens from 7:30 a.m. It has a great selection, and you can probably find most things you need there.

As soon as I walked in, the Room was so wonderful that I got really excited. All of the staff were polite and amazing. The food and the Thai boat platter were excellent, and it made me very happy. I also had flowers prepared as part of the Plan, and they were beautifully arranged with great taste—absolutely stunning! I definitely want to stay again.

Located up a steep hill, the Hotel also offered beautiful night views. Perhaps because it was a weekday, it never felt crowded, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time. We stayed as a family with our 2-year-old son, and just as the title says, we truly had an incredibly satisfying 4-day, 3-night stay. The breakfast and dinner meals were lavish every time, with an amazing variety of dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious! Since it was the season for it, they prepared a daily lottery draw for children, and we could also enjoy fireworks in the Facility garden. We were especially grateful that they lent us a fireworks set and even collected the leftover fireworks afterward. Both the outdoor pool and the Onsen had areas designed for children, which we really appreciated. All of the staff were warm and friendly, chatting with us in a casual way—our son looked very happy too. This was an Accommodation we would definitely love to return to. Thank you so much!

I traveled with my mother in her 80s. The staff, the meals, and the baths—everything exceeded our expectations. My mother was very happy too. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and they made sure the meals didn’t repeat, and everything was delicious. If I had one request, since it was a hot summer, I would have appreciated a refrigerator with a freezer compartment to freeze ice packs (it was refrigerator-only).

I saw Mr. Wakata on TV and had been hoping to stay here someday. I had business in Tokushima Prefecture, so I stayed here on my way back.
