I have wonderful memories of the Accommodation’s atmosphere and hospitality from my first stay, and this time I returned for the first time in seven years. I heard that during the COVID period you improved the parking area and the path to the Accommodation, and it was even easier to access than before. The atmosphere is still just as lovely, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I especially recommend the spiny lobster sashimi and the simmered golden eye snapper. This time, I also asked in advance for a birthday surprise for my friend, and you kindly accommodated my request. My friend was truly delighted, and I’m so glad I asked. Thank you very much for your pleasant hospitality and service. Above all, one of Hana Noren’s greatest charms is Toi Onsen, which helped melt away my everyday fatigue. At night I enjoyed the bath in my Room, and in the morning I woke up early to use the private bath. I truly love this time spent forgetting daily noise—the sound of flowing Onsen water and birdsong brought exceptional comfort. Thank you again for another wonderful stay. This was our first overnight stay with our dog, and the detached guest room allowed us to relax without worrying about other guests. All the staff greeted our dog with warm smiles and kind words, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. I will definitely stay at an APA Hotel again next time!!!! Thank you very much!!

We stayed for one night as a couple for a concert at Kyocera Dome. We’ve stayed at various Hotels every year, but from now on we’d like to stay here. The location is great, of course, but above all we were truly impressed by the staff’s hospitality. They noticed us waiting in the elevator hall and immediately came over; when the elevator arrived, they asked, “Are you heading to the front desk?” and pressed the button for us. At check-in and at the breakfast venue as well, staff spoke to us right away, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the separate pajama set felt wonderful too. We were also happy that the hair dryer was a ReFa model. The only thing was that the bathroom was a unit bath, but it was clean and more than sufficient for us as a couple. We were told that the spacious, easy-to-park lot can be used all day even after check-out. We also appreciated being guided just as kindly at check-out as we were at check-in. We liked it so much that we even recommended this Hotel to a friend who had been planning to stay at another Hotel in Osaka next month (laugh).

I have stayed here many times. The Room is spacious, and the view of Lake Biwa right in front of you is very relaxing. Breakfast and dinner are not buffet-style, so you can enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. It’s a shame that the large public bath does not have an open-air bath, but the staff are very pleasant and it is a comfortable Hotel.

True to its name, the baths were excellent. The large public bath was spacious, and the open-air bath in the Room was a comfortable size, so we were able to fully enjoy the baths. The meals also offered a wide variety; we had rice with simmered golden eye snapper and left completely satisfied. The rice was especially delicious, and we ate more than we should have. We would love to stay again.

I fell ill and had to ask my brother’s family to go in my place. My nephew loves rice, and I have never seen him eat bread. However, dinner was bread-based, so they assumed he wouldn’t eat much. Instead, they said everything—the dishes and the bread—was delicious, and the three of them finished a meal meant for four. They also told me breakfast was truly wonderful. My brother and his wife, who are constantly worried about their son, said they had a very comfortable Hotel stay thanks to the excellent care from all the staff. Thank you very much for your kindness. Thank you as well for the get-well gift for me. June is both my birthday month and your Hotel’s celebration month, so I was disappointed that I couldn’t visit myself. I hope to visit again soon.

Until we passed through the gate, we had no idea what to expect, but with the great weather it turned out to be a truly wonderful space. The outdoor bath was at the perfect temperature and the view was incredible. The indoor bath was especially relaxing during daylight hours. It was an ocean view unlike anything we’ve experienced before, and the interior design was stylish throughout. Although it was explained that the property isn’t new, it has been renovated so well that we didn’t feel its age at all, and we stayed very comfortably. The bedroom also had a fantastic view, and the bed was extremely comfortable with nothing to complain about. It became a wonderful trip where we could enjoy something truly out of the ordinary. It was my first time experiencing anything like it—stylish atmosphere, a kind bartender, and a wonderful time overall. Since I slept with the curtains open, I woke up during sunrise (it was a cloudy day), and an amazing view spread out beyond the window! Stepping onto the balcony

Due to an approaching typhoon, we urgently changed to this Hotel because the Hotel we had originally booked did not have an indoor pool. It turned out to be the right decision. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurants were very helpful. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the outdoor pool because of the bad weather, but the indoor pool was more than sufficient. However, there was one thing that concerned me. The slide in the indoor pool is quite fast, but several people were playing at the end of it. Since it’s not a very large area, I was worried about someone coming down and colliding with them and causing an accident. A lifeguard was watching, but no one gave any warnings, and it was up to each person to decide when to go down. I think guests who have finished sliding should be asked to move away promptly, so please check this before an accident happens. There is also a craft corner inside the facility where you can decorate a small container yourself and take it home. The staff there were also very kind, and our child really enjoyed it. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were great as well. We would love to visit again if we have another opportunity. Thank you very much.

We were thrilled! From the large windows offering views of Kada Port to stylish chairs where you can relax while enjoying a big-screen TV—and most importantly—the private natural onsen bath spacious enough for two people made it an exceptional space promising ultimate relaxation.

The meals were delicious, and we were able to relax. The amenities—especially the towels and toothbrushes—cover the basics, but it would be nice if the quality could be improved a bit.

This was my third trip to Miyakojima, but my first time staying overnight here. The building feels a bit dated, as it was built during the bubble era, but it was very well cleaned and felt spotless. One thing I noticed was that the hallway was very hot—probably to save electricity. Being able to take a shower after check-out was extremely helpful, and the staff were great at that time as well. You can see the sunset and even catch a bit of the sunrise—amazing. When I come back to Miyakojima, I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed for two nights to attend a concert at Ecopa (one night was booked through another site). Everyone at the front desk was kind and courteous, and I truly appreciated how supportive they were. The late-night noodles, several kinds of ice cream and dairy drinks, and the breakfast were better than I expected. (Even late at night, the staff serving the noodles greeted me with a warm smile and attentive service.) Breakfast was more than sufficient for a Business Hotel—small side dishes, egg dishes, fried shrimp, and fried chicken were all great. I was also surprised by the wide variety of dressings and sauces. Although my Plan did not include breakfast, I ended up adding it on both days. Just one thing: the Room had been renovated and was very clean, but the shower and toilet seemed older, with some mold that couldn’t be fully removed. I think it would be even better if those areas were renovated as well. I had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

The scenery throughout the property was exactly as shown in the photos on the website, and we were captivated by the refined design and attention to detail. We booked a Plan that included breakfast and dinner, and every dish made generous use of local ingredients and was truly delicious.
