We traveled from Aichi Prefecture to visit Tottori and Shimane. After sightseeing at Matsue Castle, we made a Reservation at this Ryokan. Even though it was the day of our trip, the front desk staff were very helpful, and the Room and overall environment were excellent.\n\nIf you’re heading from Matsue Castle to Izumo Taisha, I highly recommend this Ryokan.\n\nThe morning clam miso soup was delicious.\n\nI would love to stay again if I have the chance. Although I live in the prefecture, I had wanted to stay here for a long time, and I was finally able to do so this time. It’s a dog-focused Hotel in every way, and all the staff were very friendly, so we had a truly enjoyable time. Because it was extremely hot for the season, we couldn’t use the outdoor dog run, but we still had fun using the indoor dog run and taking walks around the property. The meals were stylish and delicious, and the large public bath was not crowded, so I could relax—overall I was satisfied with everything. I can’t stay often, but it’s a Hotel I’d like to visit again if I have the chance.

We visited on a three-generation family trip. On the day, strong winds caused the ferry from Shikoku to be canceled. Because we were traveling from far away, the Hotel called to inform us, which we really appreciated. Fortunately, we had planned to come via a port on the Honshu side, so we arrived safely, but their thoughtfulness made us happy. We had two Japanese-style Rooms next to each other. They were typical Japanese-style Rooms and you could feel their age, but they were very clean and well maintained. The view from the Room window was spectacular. When we woke up early, we could also see the sunrise and start the day feeling refreshed. Dinner was served at table seating in a large banquet hall. It was luxurious with local ingredients, and we were completely full. The staff member serving us chatted with us about various things, which was enjoyable. For the sea bream rice cooked in a pot that we couldn’t finish, they kindly made it into rice balls so we could have it as a late-night snack. It was very delicious even when cold. We caused extra work for them, but we were truly grateful. Breakfast was buffet-style, with a wide variety of dishes and very satisfying. The large public bath also had an amazing view. The washing area was spacious and there was no waiting at all. It was thoroughly cleaned as well, which pleased us. In the early morning bath time, surprisingly many guests were already up early too, and it felt open and relaxing—a wonderful bath. I don’t think the building itself is new, but because everything was kept so clean it was very comfortable and pleasant to stay here. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. There were many smiles among the staff and they greeted us properly—it’s a Hotel where you can really feel how good their hospitality is.

I stayed in a Japanese-style Room with No Meals Included. It was a very quiet environment, and I was able to rest soundly. The Onsen water was excellent, and after bathing my skin felt smooth and silky. The front desk staff were also very courteous, making it a comfortable Accommodation. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Modern, clean Rooms overlooking the beach. Delicious meals you could enjoy for days without getting tired of them. Cozy, home-like hospitality. Best of all, a beautiful beach where sea turtles and many kinds of fish swim—reserved exclusively for this Hotel’s guests.

There are two private bedrooms, each with two beds. In addition, there are two sofa beds on the second-floor loft area of the living room, so even a large group can stay very comfortably. The bathroom is also spacious, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the Onsen. The amenities were well stocked, and we had no inconveniences during our stay. The kitchen faces the living room and is very easy to use, with plenty of tableware and cooking utensils provided. A hot plate was also available, so we all made sukiyaki together and enjoyed a fun meal—another great memory. Above all, we would like to express our gratitude regarding the wine opener. When we called because the one provided was broken, you brought a new one right away. We truly appreciate your quick response despite our sudden request. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful time. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

We reserved two cottages for three generations. With so many requirements, it was difficult to find an Accommodation, and we decided at the last minute again this time. Thank you very much for kindly accommodating our requests. When we arrived, our first reaction was, “Wow, what a great place!” We checked in at the café building and received the keys, and when we went inside everyone exclaimed, “Wow—it’s so spacious!” We were all thrilled. We chose the plan with two meals and had BBQ for dinner. Everything was set in the refrigerator—just grill it or heat it up—and the portions were very generous. The in-room Onsen bath had silky-smooth water that left our skin feeling soft. It was also wonderful that all four adults could sleep in beds; we were able to rest comfortably. For breakfast, we ate at the café right in front of us—the freshly baked bread was incredibly delicious. Our family also visited the Onsen Facility across from us and said they loved it as well—the water there was silky too and felt amazing. Not everyone drank it, but I personally loved the coffee bags in the Room—they were innovative and tasted great. We really liked everything. It became a favorite for our whole family, and it’s an Accommodation we would definitely love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Located in a very convenient area of Miyajima. The meals were excellent, with both dinner and breakfast being incredibly delicious. The staff were extremely kind and provided thoughtful advice not only for sightseeing but also for our stay in Hiroshima after check-out, which was truly impressive. The view from the open-air bath was stunning, but the Room's private bath was also excellent. Everything else lived up to its price. I would love to visit again!

For our Kyushu girls’ trip, we chose Mojiko—an area we discovered through “Convenience Store Brothers”—as our final-day destination and stayed in the Premium Suite at Premium Hotel. From the moment we stepped into the Room, we were thrilled by the sweeping view of Mojiko right in front of us and the spacious, comfortable Room! After enjoying carefully selected drinks, cheese, and finger foods at Tempo, the exclusive lounge, we finally fulfilled our wish to walk across the Kanmon Straits. On the way back, we took a ferry that brought us right back to in front of the Hotel. This Hotel is worth staying at for that alone! Next time, we’d love to enjoy a meal at one of the Hotel’s restaurants as well.

I stayed here last year and it was so comfortable that I came back again this year. You can use the pool until late at night, the Room has a great view, and the on-site restaurant is excellent. It’s efficiently managed, so there are quite a few self-service aspects. That’s convenient with no hassle, but older guests may find it a bit confusing. Having a front-loading washing machine in the Room is extremely helpful (detergent is also provided). If you plan to enjoy the pool and other facilities, be sure to make your Reservation in the Central Building, as each building is separate.

The Taiza crab we were most looking forward to was served in our preferred style and at our own pace, allowing us to fully enjoy it. The other fish dishes besides crab were also incredibly delicious—the meals were outstanding. The shuttle service to the station was very helpful
