Having a free-flowing natural Onsen in the Room that you can enjoy 24 hours a day is truly luxurious. The night we stayed, we experienced torrential rain and thunder for the first time and felt the power of the Aso mountains, yet even then we could hear bush warblers singing. It was a trip where we fully enjoyed nature. The hosts were wonderful people, and I understand why this Accommodation is so hard to book. Breakfast was generous, and above all, every dish was delicious—another highlight of our stay. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

We stayed for three nights! The Room was spotless, with no noticeable odor from other dogs. The tableware, cookware, and appliances were well stocked, and there were plenty of pet amenities too—it honestly made us think, “We want to live in a place like this!” (lol) You can see the beach and ocean from the living room window—an absolutely amazing location. There are several Accommodations next door in a row, and the beach right in front seems to be a popular hidden spot, so it was often used by people other than guests. We had a truly luxurious stay and were very satisfied!

I have used club floors many times in Tokyo and Yokohama, but this Hotel’s club floor had so many unique attractions. From our high-floor Room, we enjoyed views of the ocean and the golf course, the sunrise, and at night a moon road; during this season, the daily fireworks were right in front of us and incredibly powerful. Alcohol is available even during tea time from 8:00 until evening, so after the pool we went to the Onsen and enjoyed Miyazaki craft beer. You can also choose your pillow, and there are six breakfast options (including a buffet). On day one we chose Italian, and on day two Japanese—where we could also try Miyazaki eel hitsumabushi—making it perfect for us as a couple at an age when a buffet can feel too heavy. After checking in, we signed up for the Hotel’s free membership program and were able to buy souvenirs with a 10% discount, which was a great deal.

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The Room differed slightly from the photos shown, which was disappointing; however, it is an Accommodation I would like to book again next time by making an early Reservation so I can secure a Room with a front-facing view of Lake Suwa.

I finally visited this long-awaited Hotel for the first time. I called on the day of arrival and requested Shuttle Service to Chokoku-no-Mori Station. Because the number of Rooms is limited, neither the dining areas nor the Onsen ever felt crowded, and I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was outstanding, making it a truly meaningful stay. The cocktail pairing at dinner was a wonderful experience, with cocktails I would not normally order myself. Brunch also offered a wide variety of options, and it was a delight to enjoy champagne and wine from the morning. I felt this Accommodation is easy to use even for solo travelers. We were blessed with great weather on this trip—clear skies every day and stunning views of Mt. Daisen and the Sea of Japan from the mountain. Because this Facility comes so highly recommended, we arrived early to make the most of it. With the all-inclusive plan, we enjoyed a beer right away while soaking in the open-air bath on our Room’s balcony. The Room had a Western antique style, and everything—from the bed and furnishings to the tableware—was superb. The Italian dinner was outstanding and truly worthy of an auberge, and the house wine was exceptionally delicious. The hospitality was excellent as well; the owner personally greeted us, and we had a wonderful conversation. From around sunset, a sea of clouds began to spread out—so spectacular that even the owner said it was something rarely seen. We were able to fully enjoy both an incredible meal and breathtaking scenery.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. Above all, the bed was more comfortable than anything I have ever experienced, and I slept wonderfully. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again. The villa was located slightly uphill from the coastal road. The moment we opened the door, we were impressed by the stylish Room and the stunning view. This was my first stay here, and I was extremely satisfied. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the castle town, the museum, and Hagi Castle. The complimentary drink service was well stocked, and enjoying sparkling wine while soaking in the footbath with an ocean view was exceptional. The dishes made with locally sourced ingredients were also delicious. What left the strongest impression on me was the staff’s courteous and attentive hospitality. During my two-night stay, I had a very comfortable time and truly appreciate it. I believe this Accommodation is ideal for sightseeing in Hagi.
