This Accommodation was located right in front of Lake Suigetsu. The staff, who were very knowledgeable about the local area, were a pleasure to talk to and provided great service, and the blackthroat seaperch and other local ingredients were truly delicious.

We stayed for two nights as a couple. Dinner was served in the Room. The meals, including Omi beef, fish and vegetables from Shiga, and local sake, were all delicious. It is conveniently located near historical sites such as Hikone Castle, Omihachiman, Nagahama City, and Chikubu Island, making sightseeing enjoyable. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

Dinner was served buffet-style, and we were able to enjoy freshly grilled seafood at the table (scallops, clams, and turban shells). The buffet offered a great variety, so I think it’s something guests of all ages—from children to seniors—will enjoy. Breakfast was also buffet-style, with both rice and bread available. There were many side dishes as well, making it fun to choose. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Thank you very much.

The salt-making experience from seawater was also great for our kids' learning experience, while enjoying barbecue dinners during sunset added another highlight of our stay. As for rooms—they were stylishly designed with comfortable tatami mats that made me wish I could stay lon

The best thing is how quiet it is. The front desk is not staffed at all times, and you don’t need to leave your key when you go out, so you can stay here without any hassle. The single rooms are also larger and more comfortable than those in a Business Hotel. There is a coin laundry and a public bath, and parking is free. You can reach Yonaha Maehama Beach right away by walking through the property, making early-morning or sunset strolls wonderful.

First, head to the main building to check in. Check-in was quick, and after parking the car it was just a 1-minute walk to the villa. The exterior was simple, but the moment we opened the front door, a breathtaking view spread out before us. There were two fluffy beds upstairs and one downstairs, plus a futon set up for one person in the Japanese-style room—we were excited deciding where to sleep. Since we checked in toward evening, the sunset was stunning and incredibly relaxing. This time we made a Reservation for breakfast only, and it was delivered around 9:00 a.m. the next morning. The portions were generous and left us happily full from the start of the day: delicious sausages, yogurt, plenty of salad, scrambled eggs, and rich corn soup—everything was outstanding. We ate at the first-floor counter while looking out at the ocean, which was perfect. You can also step straight out to the beach in seconds, so we were completely satisfied.

We stayed on the one-night, two-meal plan with a Room assigned by the property, including grilled eel (kabayaki). The price was reasonable and the meals were delicious. However, it was disappointing that the website says parking is 800 yen, but when we asked at the front desk we were told we could use the municipal parking lot behind the property for 420 yen. It would be appreciated if this could be noted on the website. It was great to have a clear view of Bentenjima’s red torii gate right in front of us from our Room. We would like to stay again if we have another opportunity.

The staff were very courteous, dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, and the spacious bath was enjoyable. If I had to mention one thing, rice and miso soup were served at the end of the meal, which felt a bit heavy after finishing the other dishes. That said, the rice was very tasty and there was a great selection of side dishes, so I think it offers excellent value for money. It might have been available if we had asked, but it would have been nice to have a haori jacket.

Surrounded by nature, it was a very quiet and pleasant place. However, as there are no shops nearby, we recommend doing your shopping in advance.

I’ve stayed here about 100 nights since last year and have really liked it, but this was the first time I truly felt the downside of having no front desk. The air conditioner remote’s batteries were dead, and the batteries had an expiration date of 2024. At night, it wouldn’t turn on. When I swapped in the TV remote’s batteries, it worked. I told the housekeeping staff the next day; they didn’t seem to have spare batteries, so they replaced the remote with one from another room.

This was my second stay this year. The soothing aroma and the beautiful view from the window make this a truly relaxing Hotel. As a returning guest, they kindly prepared a large mango shaved ice for me, and I enjoyed a luxurious time watching the sunset. The location is great, making it easy to go out for dinner, visit dessert spots, or take a walk to nearby Painagama Beach. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The quiet atmosphere allowed me to relax. Since I was staying for work, I booked a single room, and the large desk was very helpful. I also appreciated being able to watch subscription services on the TV. However, I noticed there might not have been a clock in the room; if that's the case, having one would be convenient. The breakfast buffet seemed tailored for international guests, so it would be nice to have more Japanese-style dishes available. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of the late check-out this time due to my schedule. Next time, I'd love to take my time and enjoy the art pieces displayed within the accommodation. Since it is connected to a shopping center, we didn’t have to worry about parking, and even on rainy days we could unload our luggage from the car without getting wet and enter the Hotel. The fish at breakfast was delicious.

This was my first stay, and it was a very clean Hotel, which I really enjoyed. I would like to stay again.

Since I was traveling by train, it was really helpful that it was close to the station. The Room was compact but very comfortable, and even though the bed was a single, it felt a bit larger! The meals were also very delicious. Even though it was May, the Room was very hot and I tried to turn on the air conditioner, but it wouldn’t start. It was my first time needing to insert a stick at the entrance to turn on the main power, so the front desk staff showed me how. The sunset view from the window was beautiful. It was a quiet and very nice Accommodation!

We stayed here as our Accommodation for the Chirihama Sunset Touring trip. We had informed them that we would return after sunset for dinner, and when we went to the dining area, everything was already prepared; we enjoyed a delicious meal along with the beer we ordered. The Room was compact and clean, and the Simmons bed soothed our tired bodies after the motorcycle tour. Excellent value for money.

The boat platter with spiny lobster looked like a lot, and I wondered if I could finish it, but it was so delicious that I ate it all in no time. Their signature nanbanzuke was also excellent. I’d love to stay again.

The Facility was clean, and I was happy that the air conditioner was already on, so the Room felt cool when we arrived. With this kind of Hotel, I expected we’d have to turn on the air conditioner ourselves after checking in, so it was a pleasant surprise! However, the response when insects appeared... I don’t mind handling it ourselves, but I wish insect spray had been left in the Room.
