The station and Fisherman’s Wharf are within walking distance, so we had no trouble finding places to eat around the Hotel. At the welcome drink lounge on the first floor, they also offered sake, and we enjoyed local Kushiro sake. Because I have a skin allergy, I was glad they provided POLA shampoo and conditioner. After checkout, they let us keep our car parked until the Norokko train arrived at Kushiro Station at 13:05, so we could go out without worry. The staff were also very kind.

The Room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well, so it was very comfortable. The services are great—manga, a choice of amenities, one complimentary ice cream, and a Japanese sake tasting set. The lighting in the Room felt a little dim for reading manga, but you can also read in the manga corner. Great value at this price with all these services. The front desk staff were also very polite. Next time I’d like to stay with breakfast included.

Because Typhoon No. 9 was forecast to approach Okinawa, we moved our stay up by one day and were accommodated. We arrived early for dinner at the restaurant as well, and they kindly took care of us, so we were able to eat plenty at a relaxed pace. Thank you to the staff for your excellent service. From the next day, we enjoyed watching baseball and visiting the adjacent shops, spending a leisurely time and enjoying a different atmosphere with no stress. We will stay again, and we look forward to seeing you then.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the Room was very clean, but the amenities felt too limited. The onigiri provided for lunch at breakfast was delicious, but it was a bit disappointing that the fried items at the morning buffet were cold.

We were completely satisfied with everything—the location, the Room size, the bath facilities, and how well-equipped the terrace was! This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again next time. The sunset was also truly beautiful, and it soothed both our body and mind.

I had a very relaxing stay. The parking lot is spacious and easy to use. The Room was clean, and the ocean-view Room was wonderful. Breakfast was also great.

I chose this Accommodation because I was planning to stay near Cape Irago for a motorcycle event. As others have written, the food is unquestionably delicious and plentiful. I was especially satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the sashimi. They served many other dishes as well, but I still felt full from the Iekei ramen I had for lunch, so I couldn’t finish the simmered fish or the hot pot—and that was truly disappointing because everything tasted so good. Next time I stay, I think I should skip lunch. Since we were leaving early the next day, I couldn’t eat breakfast, which was a shame, but the rice balls they prepared for us were very tasty—so it made me think breakfast must have been great too... The bath was out of order, so we used a day-use bath at a Hotel about a 10-minute walk away. I was tired and would have preferred using the Accommodation’s bath, but the Hotel’s large public bath felt great as well, so overall it balanced out and I gave 4 stars. I heard our Room would be on the third floor and thought climbing stairs might be tough, but there was an elevator, which was reassuring. The Room being a Japanese-style room felt comfortable for me. The toilet and sink area seemed to have been renovated; they were bright and clean—and of course there was a washlet toilet seat. Since we’re coming from Kyushu, it’s not easy to visit without a motorcycle event, but if there’s another opportunity, I’d like to stay again.

It was very convenient as it was close to Kongofukuji Temple No. 38. The next day, we planned to use the bus, and the bus stop was right in front of the Hotel.

This Hotel is set on spacious grounds in a quiet lakeside setting, perfect for relaxing at a leisurely pace. The view from the panoramic bath is outstanding. The meals are generous—so much so that you may not be able to finish everything. The only drawback was that BS channels were not available.

It was very clean and comfortable! The meals were delicious, and we had a pleasant stay. Please note that the toilet and washbasin are located outside the Room, and bathing is available only in the large public bath (15:00–23:00), so it may not be suitable for those who want a morning bath or shower. There is an ice machine and a microwave on the floor. Also, the refrigerator includes a freezer compartment, which was helpful for freezing ice packs.

I wanted to go glamping, so I searched around and made a Reservation here. The Facility and the food were, of course, excellent, but Mr. Hirao’s hospitality was outstanding—everything left me with only great impressions. Highly recommended for glamping beginners who have only ever stayed at a Hotel.

The public bath is not very large but provides a relaxing experience with nice scenery. Dinner was creatively prepared, and the dobin-mushi was delicious—the dessert ice cream and compote were so good that I wish they were sold in the lounge as well! Breakfast had plenty of v

Thanks to the warm smiles and hospitality of the staff, we were able to relax from the moment we arrived. We were impressed by how efficiently our meals were prepared. It was far, far better than in-room dining at a Hotel. The shabu-shabu and the morning sandwiches were outstanding. In a wonderful Room with views of Okinawa’s nature and the sea, our family was able to spend an amazing time together. Soaking in the bath at a leisurely pace while taking in the ocean, greenery, and birdsong left a lasting impression on us. We had been told there might be insects, but perhaps due to the strong wind and temperatures, we hardly saw any during our stay. If we have another chance, we would love to visit again. It was my first trip to Wakasa, and I made the booking after watching the weather closely. Part of the first-floor area was under construction, but it was kept clean and left a good impression. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the window was the sea. Given its age, some signs of wear are understandable. Overall, it felt like a quiet and pleasant Hotel. The meals were plentiful, and I thought they tasted great. Next time, I’d like to stay again when traveling to Mikata Five Lakes with my siblings and their spouses.

The price, service, and facilities were all very satisfying. We visited with our 3-year-old son and used the private bath for 45 minutes, which offered an amazing view. It made us strongly want to visit again. The room we stayed in did not have a bath or shower, and some amenities were paid as mentioned beforehand, so we had no complaints during our stay. The service was excellent, and we are very happy to have found such a great accommodation.

You can wash your dog here, and there’s a park nearby, making it very dog-friendly. The food was also great, and we’d love to come again.

I stayed at a Hotel with my parents, who grew up in Kobe, where we could enjoy a great view of Kobe’s night scenery and also use the club lounge, and it became a wonderful memory. The club lounge staff were excellent as well, and my parents were very pleased. Thank you. I would like to stay again.

For the first time in my life, I spent a night on a ferry, and since this place was right after getting off, I stayed here. The Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. It made for a wonderful start to my time in Hokkaido.

It was disappointing that the onions in the onion gratin soup at the teppanyaki restaurant were burnt and didn’t taste good. The steak was delicious, though. Also, voices on the dining floor echoed and made it noisy, so I think it would be better to replace the ceiling with sound-absorbing materials.
