I stay here often. Although it faces Route 58, the Room overlooks the ocean and is quiet. It’s conveniently located for getting anywhere. The front desk staff are kind, and they also offer happy hour in the evening. I’d like to stay again.

I was able to make a Reservation easily, and since I linked it with PayPay, payment was also simple. I’m satisfied because it was cheaper than other sites.

Our family of three stayed for one night. The building had a sense of history, and there were no inconveniences except that the Room on the second floor was accessible only by stairs. We enjoyed a Japanese dinner. The ingredients were outstanding, and we were able to savor both meat and fish. Breakfast was also very delicious, and we could tell it was carefully handmade. The seasoning was just right, and we were very satisfied. The bath could be used like a private family bath, which actually made it more comfortable than a large public bath. The Room felt newly refreshed, as if it had been properly renovated—everything from the walls and ceiling to the bathroom area was thoroughly cleaned down to every detail, making our stay very comfortable. We were able to continue our trip while taking into account the owner’s travel advice as well. Thank you very much.

The bed was spacious, and it was a nice Room. The meals were buffet-style, and the shrimp tempura was excellent—you could tell the quality was high. I think this Hotel is a great choice for families who want to enjoy skiing. Strawberry picking at the roadside station is also fun.

Since we stayed on a hot summer day, if I had to ask for one thing: There are various baths, so it might be nice if one of them were a lukewarm tub. It’s a Facility you can fully enjoy.

The hotel was conveniently located near the station, and the late-night check-in process was smooth. It was also a plus that the large public bath had a sauna. Even with the cheapest Plan that included a buffet breakfast, there were both Japanese and Western options, as well as desserts. I was also impressed that staff opened the lids to keep the food warm when I approached. I felt they provided great service despite limited resources.

Despite the very low open price, the meals—such as the pilgrim menu—were generous in portion, and every dish was carefully prepared and wonderfully delicious. Both the Room and the entire property were thoroughly cleaned, so we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

I have my family home in Onagawa, and when traveling to and from my hometown, I used to pass by the road next to this Hotel. This was my first time staying here, and the views from the Room and the bath were wonderful. Both dinner and breakfast used plenty of local ingredients and were very delicious. I’ll have another chance to visit my hometown, so I’d like to stay again.

The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere centered around hinoki cypress, and I felt truly relaxed while enjoying the scent and warmth of the wood. The French dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish, and I was completely satisfied with both the presentation and the taste. Breakfast was also delicious, made with local ingredients, so I thoroughly enjoyed the meals throughout my stay. I also used the on-site public bath; since it was a weekday it wasn’t crowded, which allowed me to soak at a leisurely pace. Most memorable of all was the staff’s hospitality. Everyone greeted us with a smile and kindness, and their thoughtful attention to detail made me very happy. I felt comfortable from start to finish, and it was such a wonderful place that it naturally made me want to come back. My family loved it as well, and it became a great memory for us all.

I stayed here for my second night on a solo trip. Tucked away down a small path, it was so quiet—no traffic noise, just birds and insects. There were even cute little frogs on the terrace, which felt wonderful for someone who loves wildlife. The grounds are beautifully planted with lots of greenery, and the Room was extremely clean. The meals used ingredients harvested on the property and were outstanding—carefully prepared and delicate, yet warmly home-style at the same time. After the delicious dinner, they prepared a beautiful open-air bath for me, and I slept like a log until right before breakfast time. The owner couple were also very kind, sharing details about the ingredients, the plants on the property, and recommended spots to visit. This is a truly wonderful Accommodation filled with their care in every aspect—from the Room to the food to all Facilities. It’s an Accommodation I’ll definitely want to return to. This was my second stay, and I truly appreciated your hospitality. This time I stayed in an ocean-view Room. Compared with the golf course view in the club building I used last time, it was more reasonably priced, and personally I preferred the ocean view. I had a wonderfully relaxing time while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The Greek salad I had for lunch before check-in was outstanding. I also appreciated that you applied the guest discount even though it was before check-in—such a thoughtful gesture. The beer provided in the Room refrigerator was also very reasonably priced. Considering today’s labor shortages and how challenging inventory management and payment processing must be, I hope you will continue offering this service. The fruit at breakfast was all fresh and juicy, and I enjoyed it very much. Compared to my previous stay, it felt like there were more international staff members, but everyone spoke Japanese very well and provided courteous, heartfelt service. Thanks to all of you, I had another very pleasant stay. I plan to stay again next month as well, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you very much.

We were able to fully enjoy the atmosphere of this cultural heritage property with a charming Showa-era retro feel. In a quiet setting, we enjoyed the Onsen and delicious meals. The hospitality was relaxed and unhurried, helping us forget the bustle of the city. Next time, we hope to try the fugu cuisine.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, and it’s an ideal location for visiting Onsen spots, with easy access to the town center. It’s also close to the Kitahama bus terminal, making bus travel very convenient. The Hotel Onsen has its own natural hot spring source, and since the water temperature is lower than many of the Onsens in town, I personally preferred it. The breakfast venue was spacious and clean. The food was delicious and very satisfying. The front desk staff were extremely kind and pleasant. There are so many restaurants nearby that it’s hard to choose. A Multiple Night Stay is recommended.

We stayed for two nights, one in a Wide View Twin room and one in a Japanese-style room. The Wide View Twin was very spacious, and the Japanese-style room was also comfortably sized. The staff were kind and even recommended some local shops. We traveled without a car, but we had no problems.

It had been a while since I found a Ryokan that made me think, “I want to come back.” The view of Mikawa Bay right in front of us was truly stunning, and the sunset while soaking in the Onsen was unforgettable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming with warm smiles, which made our stay feel comfortable and worry-free.
