The Hotel is located right in front of Miyajima Port, making access excellent and extremely convenient. Even before check-in and after check-out, we could use the lounge and enjoy ice cream, coffee, and other drinks. Depending on the time of day, there was also a momiji manju service, plus vouchers to redeem momiji manju at shops on Miyajima (including fried momiji), and candy ice cream after the bath—everything was thoughtfully provided. The facilities were very clean, and the buffet featured carefully prepared dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. With an all-inclusive plan that included alcohol as well, we were very satisfied overall. The lemon herb tea in the restaurant was especially delicious; we highly appreciated that it used Hiroshima lemons and herbs, to the point that we wanted to buy it. We think it would be great if it were sold in the Hotel’s souvenir corner or similar shop.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay for a conference. On the first day, because of typhoon-related rain, I had a tempura course at the Japanese restaurant on the 5th floor. The ingredients and flavors were excellent. When the weather is nice, you want to eat outside, but this time I was glad it was raining. I also paired the tempura with sake and returned to my Room in a great mood. It was a wonderful evening.

Dinner features a full-course pufferfish meal. Breakfast includes freshly cooked rice in an earthen pot, thickly sliced grilled salmon, shaved bonito flakes (a rare treat these days), fluffy rolled omelet, large soft pickled plums, lightly pickled cucumber and daikon radish, and more—showcasing attention to both ingredients and hospitality.

We had shabu-shabu, and the special ponzu sauce was so delicious that we used it on everything. Although we were initially worried about not encountering staff until arrival, the efficient system worked perfectly, allowing us to relax and enjoy quality family time. We would love

It was a wonderful Accommodation. We stayed with five women and four children. Everything felt very clean, and even the amenities were branded, which got everyone excited! Everywhere you look is photo-worthy, and best of all, the BBQ while watching the sunset was amazing. It was still a bit chilly for the season, so we couldn’t use the pool, but we’d love to come back when it’s warmer. The staff were also very kind—thank you so much. It was an excellent Hotel with nothing to complain about.

Upon arrival, the parking lot was already full, which showed how popular this place is. The front desk staff were efficient, and we quickly checked in and enjoyed a welcome drink. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, which we thoroughly enjoyed! Everything was delicious.

The building seemed a bit old, but it was well cleaned and felt very tidy and comfortable. I stayed for one night and two days. On the first day, I used the adjacent Agannasse baths. The variety of cold-water baths was great, and there was also complimentary coffee. The next morning, I used the large public bath before departure, which was also very nice. I only had the breakfast buffet, but there was a wide selection and everything was delicious.

The view from the large public bath was spectacular! From the sea side, you can enjoy a stunning sunset over the Sea of Japan, and from the mountain side, the grandeur of the Tateyama Mountain Range offers one of Toyama's best views. The breakfast buffet included local specia

It was conveniently located close to Laguna Ten Bosch. We stayed in a Room with a private bath. The view was great, and the bath felt open and airy and was very clean—our children were delighted. The staff were very helpful, and the welcome services were also excellent. The meals were delicious, and the children’s menu was thoughtfully planned with good nutritional balance, which was wonderful. It was an Accommodation we would like to stay at again. Shizukatei True to its name, this Accommodation was wonderfully quiet and relaxing, far removed from any hustle and bustle, and surrounded by peaceful rural scenery. The road to the Accommodation was a narrow farm lane where passing other cars required care, but clear signs were placed at key points, and as we got closer, banners guided us along the route. Soba-an I had high expectations for the 80/20 soba served at dinner, but it easily surpassed them—it was exceptionally delicious. In addition, many dishes were prepared using plenty of seasonal vegetables, carefully cooked and beautifully presented. We enjoyed a wide variety of flavors and textures, as well as the visual appeal. Breakfast was also an excellent Japanese set meal with plenty of vegetables and a generous number of dishes. Oshu Hiraizumi Onsen The free-flowing natural Onsen water was a little hot, but we thoroughly enjoyed it together with the open-air bath. Finally, what impressed me most during this stay was the staff. From check-in to being shown to our Room; since dinner was served in-room, their smooth service and efficient delivery; after the meal, clearing everything away and then laying out the futons with equally outstanding efficiency; checkout was completed without any waiting time, and they even came outside to see us off afterward. This was our first visit during Golden Week as part of a family trip service day, and my family was truly happy and satisfied. We were deeply impressed by the professionalism of everyone involved.

Although it was cloudy on the day of arrival, I was able to enjoy the view the next morning. The Room was new, very clean, and comfortable. Above all, both dinner and breakfast were unique, delicious, and enjoyable. The hospitality was outstanding. I enjoyed sightseeing in Amakus

After hiking Mt. Daisen, the location was close to Milk no Sato, and driving there was straightforward with no confusion. We went to the Onsen at 3:00 PM, and the baths were very comfortable with a good size and well-designed layout. From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, we were extremely satisfied in the lounge, enjoying as much beer, champagne, sake, and café menu drinks as we liked while taking in views of both the Mt. Daisen side and the Nakaumi/Sea of Japan side. The dinner buffet afterward also offered many luxurious dishes; drinks were all-you-can-drink as well with an expanded selection, and it felt like a more worthwhile way to spend time than going out to an izakaya or similar places. Every staff member we met in the hotel was cheerful and efficient. The Room was comfortable and even had a portable massager provided. We could relax at our own pace with the massage chair in the workspace area and unlimited comics available to read. The morning buffet the next day was flawless, and the coffee drip experience in the lobby was also very fun—and delicious. As an IKYU Diamond member experience, we enjoyed early check-in and late check-out, received souvenirs as well, and truly felt thoroughly taken care of. Thank you very much.

I’ve traveled to Akan several times, but this was my first stay at this Accommodation. It has the feel of a long-established property, and the staff were calm, courteous, and kind. I was satisfied with both breakfast and dinner. The Onsen was very pleasant as well, but the sauna was too hot—right when I stepped in, I burned the soles of my feet. I had been looking forward to it, so it was a bit disappointing.

I had previously stayed at an Itoen Hotel in Tochigi and didn’t have high expectations, but my impression changed completely. Ohnoya has clean Rooms, delicious food, and best of all, you can use the mahjong room as much as you like—considering the price, I was 100% satisfied. For my next trip, if it includes mahjong plus an Onsen, I will choose Itoen Hotel again.

This was our first stay in about two years, and it was an even better trip than before. It was my first trip with my mother, so I was worried whether she would like it, but she was truly impressed—she said the bath and the meals were unlike anything she had ever experienced. Thank you as well for the birthday gift. We would love to stay again.

This was our third stay. For dinner, we chose the Local Bounty Kaiseki Plan with a large fried shrimp. Now we only have the Chita Peninsula and Ise Bay Bounty Plan left to try, and we would definitely like to choose it next time. We were able to relax again this time. Thank you very much.
