From 3 PM, we enjoyed a relaxing time at the lounge with alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and snacks. Dinner included free drinks, and the buffet offered a variety of dishes that were satisfying. We could also enjoy alcoholic beverages and soft drinks at the lounge until 11 PM.

Both the facilities and the staff were top-class—an outstanding Hotel. Every staff member’s dedication and politeness came through in their service, making our stay truly comfortable. In terms of receiving hospitality that exceeds the room rate, I think it offers the best value for money in Tokyo. In particular, the gentleman in the Executive Lounge (the person on the right in the photo) was exceptional—his conversation, service, and cocktail-making skills were all truly first-rate, adding even more value to our stay. He kept an ideal distance while attentively looking after every guest. I give five stars to him for making us feel glad we stayed here and eager to return.

This was my third stay. When choosing both the sea and a comfortable Hotel on Okinawa’s main island, I always end up wanting to stay here. For me, Moon Beach in Onna Village is the most beautiful, and this Hotel has a charm that enhances the beach’s appeal. The well-maintained greenery that blends into the beach and the low-rise design that makes great use of the pool Facility create a calm atmosphere that feels like being in another world. I can also sense the unseen efforts and thoughtfulness of the staff, who respond so gently, and I have never once felt uncomfortable here. The Room, pool, and lounge are all clean, you can feel the breeze, and it’s so comfortable that I want to stay for hours. Meals are breakfast buffet only, but there is a wide variety. I stayed three nights; I don’t think the menu changed much, but there were enough options that I didn’t get bored. Even in April it was around 28°C, so we could swim in the sea. Near one end of the beach there are fish swimming around, which you can enjoy watching with goggles. Also, I hope you’ll visit Yo Island managed by this Hotel at least once—there is a guide included and you can snorkel comfortably and have a great time. At night, because of its convenient location, restaurants are just a short walk away—and even after drinking you can walk back easily, which is another plus. One thing: I wish the laundry area had fewer broken machines/parts and felt a bit cleaner. Keeping all of what makes this Hotel special—I know it must be hard work for everyone on staff—I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Every year, we make sure to visit in summer as well. Right in front of you is a sandy beach with an amazing view—it feels like a private beach, and the sunsets are beautiful. Dinner is outstanding, with delicious Japanese and Western dishes such as appetizers, sashimi, wagyu beef, nigiri sushi, and dessert. There is also a carefully selected lineup of drinks every time, including wine and sake—everything is truly exceptional. Breakfast is also wonderful: herb salad, locally made sausages from a nearby farm, truffle omelet, bread, and more—every item is genuinely delicious. We are sincerely grateful. The owner, proprietress, chef—everyone is calm and welcoming, making it very comfortable to stay. It’s such a lovely Accommodation that we’d visit every month if we could. It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. Above all, the bed was more comfortable than anything I have ever experienced, and I slept wonderfully. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again. From the open-air bath, we could see cherry blossoms in full bloom so close they felt within reach, and both of us were very satisfied. 　For dinner, it was delicious—and a first-time experience—to pick shiitake mushrooms ourselves from a cultivation kit, grill them, and eat them. We also enjoyed having dessert in the lobby after moving to a different spot. The staff were very attentive as well. 　The only downside was that the Facility felt a bit old, but overall it was a great Hotel.

We stayed for two nights and three days to celebrate my 61st birthday a week early. The lounge staff shared the information about my birthday, and I was truly moved by everyone’s kind greetings. Our third-grade daughter also decided she wanted to do a “job interview” for her summer vacation school project, and we are deeply grateful that you took the time to accommodate her as well. She was thrilled, and she thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the lounge sweets—everything was wonderful. My wife was able to relax fully over the three days, and we’ve agreed that we would definitely like to stay again for our wedding anniversary at year-end. My daughter and her family had a wonderful stay. It was a birthday celebration trip, and they were delighted that the meals were truly delicious. They were especially touched that the proprietress came to greet them in person at dinner. It was a truly wonderful Accommodation. It’s almost right in front of Izumo Taisha—I didn’t realize it would be that close. Having an Accommodation nearby was perfect: we could rest right away after visiting in the heat, and also enjoy the atmosphere around the torii gates of Izumo Taisha early in the morning and late at night. I later learned that this is Mariya Takeuchi’s family home. I often listen to her music, so her vibe and the feel of the Accommodation really seemed to align—I was genuinely impressed. I’d love to come back again someday.

The ocean-view bath was truly relaxing and wonderful. The only downside was that the men’s and women’s baths switch between morning and evening, so only one side has access to the sauna, but everything else was excellent.

This is our third summer trip with my daughter’s family. Since staying here for the first time last year, my grandchild has become a big fan of Mikazuki. When I asked where they wanted to go this year, the answer was immediate: “Mikazuki!” They said they wanted to come again because the pool was so much fun, so we decided on it. We stayed for two nights starting July 18, and once again had a very satisfying stay. We have stayed at various hotels in Tokyo, but when my spouse and I stay in the city, this Hotel is always one of our first choices. The main reason we choose this Hotel is the staff. Because it’s a Hotel where you have many opportunities to interact with the staff, each individual response can shape a guest’s impression. In that respect, we always feel comfortable here. The service feels very natural, and being able to enjoy our stay with peace of mind is the biggest reason we choose this Hotel. This time, the assistant manager who helped us at the restaurant left a particularly strong impression. The food was of course excellent, but even more than that, their conversation and attentiveness were natural and warm. The kind words they shared with us as a couple also stayed with us. It reminded me again that having staff like this is what makes this Hotel so appealing. We are also satisfied with the Facilities. Although some years have passed since opening, it doesn’t feel dated, and both the building and guest rooms are kept very clean. The bed was comfortable and the in-room air conditioning was pleasant, so we were able to rest well. What I especially like about the Facilities is the bathroom with a separate washing area. Having this feature also encourages us to book. The only disappointment is that items such as shampoo are wall-mounted dispensers, and the nozzles are short and difficult to use. I felt this before as well; precisely because this is a Hotel of this class, I would be happy to see improvements. Whenever we stay in Tokyo going forward, we will continue to choose it as our first option.

I chose this ryokan in Chita because I wanted to enjoy fugu, and their fugu dishes were introduced on the site. My room was upgraded, and during this season, I could see both the sunrise and sunset from the room, making it a truly wonderful experience (I uploaded photos of the sunrise and sunset). Yesterday, there were reportedly over 100 guests staying here, but today it was just us. We had the luxury of enjoying the onsen all to ourselves. I imagine yesterday must have been extremely busy for the staff like a "battle," so we felt grateful yet slightly apologetic for being able to enjoy such a calm atmosphere today. The hostess was very friendly and chatted with us during mealtime, allowing us to relax and have an enjoyable time. The onsen features a unique "stone bath" design where water flows beneath stones, creating a serene bathing experience. The indoor bath is slightly hotter while the open-air bath has just the right temperature—perfect for those who prefer either hot or milder baths. Personally, I loved the temperature of the open-air bath; it was perfect for me! The natural fugu we came here for was absolutely delicious as well. Overall, this accommodation offers a relaxing stay with plenty of time to unwind at your own pace!
