A wonderful Accommodation perched on a mountain. Service, Onsen, meals, and views—everything deserves five stars. We truly had a lovely time. Thank you very much. The foreign staff member who assisted us was very polite and hardworking, which was another great highlight. In the confirmation call the day before, they also checked about the Shuttle Service, which is available free of charge. Although it’s in Izu Kogen, you can enjoy panoramic ocean views and escape the heat—an undiscovered gem of an Accommodation. Enjoying an Onsen while looking out at the sea from our Room was amazing, and the meals were thoughtfully prepared to appeal to younger guests as well; made with locally sourced ingredients, they were delicious and served in just the right portions. This is an Accommodation we would love to stay at again.

I was able to relax in a clean, comfortable, and pleasantly spacious Room that was easy to use. Because it was a bit foggy, we couldn’t see much of the Kanto Plain, but we still enjoyed the in-room open-air Onsen bath. We usually eat dinner early, and we weren’t kept waiting—one delicious dish after another was served at just the right pace, with plenty of variety, and we were completely satisfied. It was my first time in Tsukuba, but it’s close to Tokyo, and we were able to see beautiful flowers at the perfect time—azaleas and mountain wisteria in bloom, and nemophila at full peak. I would definitely like to stop by again when I visit Tsukuba. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Welcome drinks included coffee, soft drinks, and delicious onion soup. In the evening, wine and snacks were also available. The meals were served buffet-style and were satisfying. It would have been nice to have condiments on the table. The room and bath were well-cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. This is one of the accommodations I would like to revisit.

It was pleasant that everything—from the lobby and hallways to inside the elevator—was covered with tatami mats. Right after check-in, we were welcomed with cold matcha tea, which was a nice touch. We had both breakfast and dinner in a private room across the hallway. The simmered kinki (rockfish) was especially delicious. The staff were also very attentive. It would have been perfect if face towels were provided in the large public bath.

It was a wonderful Room where we could soak in a free-flowing hot spring bath while enjoying the spectacular views of Mt. Hakusan, soothing our tired bodies and minds from everyday life. The meals were also excellent, with delicious dishes served in a private dining room. The building feels a bit old, but it was clean, and it was a comfortable Hotel for us seniors. It is an Accommodation we would like to visit again.

The villa was located slightly uphill from the coastal road. The moment we opened the door, we were impressed by the stylish Room and the stunning view. The staff who guided us was very polite, and the food was delicious, making it a truly satisfying stay. Although it was just one night, we fully enjoyed Awaji Island. We would love to visit again with our dog!

We visited as a couple in early April and were able to relax deeply. The Room was spacious, with a Japanese-style room, a bedroom, and a lounge area with a sofa. Each space could be separated by sliding doors, which made it very convenient to use. The lounge area in particular was comfortable thanks to the heated flooring. The open-air bath in the Room was outstanding, and taking a morning bath while listening to the bush warbler’s song became the best memory of this trip. The service was excellent and the meals were delicious. Next time, we would like to visit again with our daughter who loves Onsen.

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. When I told you I can’t eat raw fish, thank you for preparing alternative dishes. The food looked great and tasted wonderful, and we also enjoyed the complimentary extra dish. The bath warmed me up so well that I stayed warm for a long time afterward. The detox water after the bath was also delicious. It was great to be offered a draft beer as a welcome drink at check-in—it was the perfect refreshing drink after a long drive. Four friends and I visited Iki for the first time and enjoyed fresh seafood and Iki beef. The building is old, so it may be unavoidable, but our Room was on the third floor and the elevator only went up to the second floor, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. We were also disappointed that the toilets were shared. The bath was an Onsen, and in the early morning there were mineral deposits floating on the surface; it was a wonderful Onsen that kept us warm for a long time. The meals were fantastic—fresh sashimi served as a boat platter with raw sea urchin, abalone, and turban shell—and everyone was delighted. The Iki beef had beautiful marbling yet wasn’t greasy; it was sweet, tender, and truly delicious. It’s only about an hour from Fukuoka to enjoy such fresh seafood and an Onsen that leaves your skin smooth, so I would recommend it to friends as well. Thank you very much.

We stayed in connecting rooms with three generations—our children, our grandchild, and us. On the day we arrived, we went to Dino Park; early the next morning, we visited the Dinosaur Museum; and in the afternoon, we had a great time playing at the Hotel. Our 8-year-old grandchild was thrilled and said, “This is the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed at!” It didn’t feel old at all—perhaps it has been renovated—and there were plenty of play areas for kids, so we could enjoy both indoors and outdoors. The food was delicious as well. My husband says he wants to come back in winter, and our children want to return again with all the cousins. I stayed in a Japanese-style Room with No Meals Included. It was a very quiet environment, and I was able to rest soundly. The Onsen water was excellent, and after bathing my skin felt smooth and silky. The front desk staff were also very courteous, making it a comfortable Accommodation. I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed at the Nagasaki Marriott for two nights, in a Harbor View Suite on the top (13th) floor. With the summer Plan, Child Sharing Existing Bedding and breakfast were free for our child, so it was an excellent value. We also arranged a sofa bed for an additional fee (8,960 yen), and it was very comfortable. The Hotel is directly connected to Nagasaki Station, so access is outstanding. It’s easy to dine and shop at the station building, which was extremely convenient. Because we checked in late, we used room service, and every dish was high quality—we were very satisfied. In addition to Goto udon and burgers, there were plenty of kids’ menu options as well. From the room we could see large cruise ships, and the Harbor View scenery was truly spectacular. As it has only recently opened, the property is very clean throughout, and the modern, sophisticated interior design left a strong impression. The bathroom had a spacious round bathtub; the vanity had an easy-to-use double sink; and with two toilets available as well, our family stay was very comfortable. We had breakfast on both days; some items changed between days so we never got bored. Local Nagasaki specialties such as kakuni buns and sara udon were all delicious, as were the shumai. There was also a wide selection of cheeses, dried fruits, and breads. Both Japanese- and Western-style options were plentiful—something international guests would enjoy too. We couldn’t use the lounge during food service hours, but since it’s open 24 hours a day, it was nice to relax there with coffee. In terms of location, rooms, dining options, and service overall satisfaction was high—it was a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Nagasaki.
