Both the Facility maintenance and the staff’s service were excellent, and our family of five and our French Bulldog had a very comfortable stay. The local fish sashimi and hot pot were also outstanding. The somen noodles to finish the hot pot were especially memorable. What brand were they? They were so delicious that we want to eat them again.

We were happy to see the energetic Hokkaido dogs again—Miyon, Dan, and Dolly! This Accommodation was satisfying in every way, from the Onsen to the meals, and they even moved our “repeat guest” plaque to our 8th car. Thank you to all the staff for your consistently warm and attentive hospitality.

We stayed for 2 nights. The villa was very comfortable, and everywhere you look is picture-perfect. I think many guests stay here aiming for a photogenic experience, and in that respect you’ll definitely be satisfied. It would be perfect if you could catch the sunset too. Also, the Accommodation is quite visible from the main island side, so it was exciting when we spotted it. On the downside, you can just barely see the pool from the neighboring villa, and it’s a bit of a walk from the pool area to the bathroom. However, there are thoughtful touches—like speakers installed both indoors and outdoors that play acoustic guitar tracks—and features like a large garden. There are many points that set it apart from the villas that have been popping up all over Okinawa lately. Some Reviews mentioned lots of insects, but we hardly had any bugs come inside. On the contrary, there was a stag beetle on our pool float and that really made my day. A cat also came by to visit at night. We arrived in an Alphard; while the road leading to the Accommodation was surprisingly wide and easy to drive, the road right in front of the villa was narrow, and we had to make several back-and-forth adjustments to park. For check-in, a QR code was sent to our designated email address, but separately (from a different sender) an email with our Room number arrived from a Gmail domain. It went to spam, so at first we didn’t realize which Room we were supposed to enter. I’d prefer if they unified the sending address. Still, being able to complete everything contactlessly is appreciated. Also, drinks in the fridge are free, but we were told there would be no replenishment during a Multiple Night Stay. There is a vending machine on-site as well, but it doesn’t have alcohol—so keep that in mind.

There was a bathtub right in the middle of the Room—and it was see-through! It was so exciting!! When we actually got in, we could press a button to turn it into frosted glass, so no one could see inside from around us, which made us feel at ease. It had been a while since it was just the two of us, and we ended up reminiscing and excitedly talking about our younger days. It rained quite a lot, so we weren’t expecting much weather-wise, but by chance the rain stopped and when sunlight came through, the view from the window opened up to an expansive ocean—it felt wonderfully freeing. The stylish brown building looked amazing with globe amaranth flowers swaying in the wind, and we even talked about going for a morning walk. We had such a great time in this wonderful Room. Thank you very much.

True to its name, the baths were excellent. The large public bath was spacious, and the open-air bath in the Room was a comfortable size, so we were able to fully enjoy the baths. The meals also offered a wide variety; we had rice with simmered golden eye snapper and left completely satisfied. The rice was especially delicious, and we ate more than we should have. We would love to stay again.

I stayed here for a Mt. Tsukuba hike. I really appreciated being able to pick up the ropeway discount tickets even before check-in. The Onsen after the hike was incredibly soothing. The bath area has been beautifully renovated, and the amenities (POLA) were excellent. The view of the Kanto Plain from the Room is stunning, and the night scenery is beautiful as well. When I woke up in the morning, everything was pure white—I enjoyed a morning bath surrounded by clouds and a delicious Japanese breakfast. It wasn’t clearly stated, but free drinks like coffee and apple juice were available, which was a pleasant surprise. Both the restaurant staff and front desk staff were very courteous and left a great impression. I’ll definitely stay again.

Thank you for taking such great care of us the other day. The Room and meals were excellent in every way. We were especially impressed by the all-crab feast. We were very satisfied with the many delicious dishes, including medium-fatty tuna (chutoro). We look forward to visiting again with our family to enjoy another Premium tour.

Without having brought along babies under different conditions likely leading toward highly satisfying trips overall yet ultimately resulting negatively due largely unmet expectations tied directly naming plans marketed specifically targeting families seeking peace-of-mind travel

Stayed on March 6. The Room was spotless and very clean. Having a private open-air Onsen bath in the guest room was the best part. We were satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the meals, and it left a strong impression that the owner visited every table and explained everything so carefully, which showed how much passion they have for this Hotel. There was a power outage that night due to lightning, but the staff responded quickly and flawlessly. After power was restored, we were also glad to be able to see the laser message display. Finally, we even got to experience a seaside drive in a Rolls-Royce convertible, making it an extremely satisfying trip. We will definitely return.

This was our first trip to Miyakojima, and we stayed here as a couple. From check-in onward, the staff were kind and attentive, and we had a truly comfortable stay. We chose a Plan that included an electric vehicle, which made it easy to explore all around Miyakojima without worrying about fuel—such a huge help. The location is also perfect, with the beach only about 4 minutes away by car. The Room was thoughtfully designed with many practical touches in the Facility, and we were able to relax in complete comfort. At night, the starry sky was incredibly beautiful—we were genuinely moved. We are also very sorry for the trouble we caused on the morning of our last day. Even then, you came right away and treated us with such warmth and kindness when we were feeling anxious—it truly meant so much to us. We can’t thank you enough for your sincere support until the very end. On top of that, all of the staff came out to see us off at departure, and I couldn’t stop crying in the taxi. We found a wonderful place that made us think, “We definitely want to come back to Miyakojima!” When we visit Miyakojima again, we would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you so much!

This was our family’s first trip to Kushimoto. We made a Reservation for an ocean-view Room on a high floor, and we were lucky to have great weather—we even got to see a beautiful sunrise! The Room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt clean. The yukata fabric was sturdy and not see-through, and it had no odor at all (the highest compliment). I’m sensitive to smells—both unpleasant odors and strong detergent fragrances—so regardless of the Hotel’s grade I usually assume I won’t be able to use them, but this time I used the yukata a lot! Even though we chose an affordable Plan, dinner on the second night and breakfast on the third day were included as well, and we were surprised by the wide variety of dishes. Instead of bottled water in the Room, there was a water dispenser in the elevator hall (with hot water too), which we really appreciated. The bath area and changing room were also spacious, so we could truly relax. Bathing hours started early in the morning and ran late into the night, which gave us plenty of flexibility. We could adjust the air conditioning exactly as we liked—another reason it was such a comfortable stay. The staff members we passed in the hallways greeted us naturally, creating a refreshing atmosphere throughout. If I had to mention one thing: when using the Room slippers, I hesitated slightly wondering if they had been sanitized. At other Mercure properties I’ve stayed at before, this never crossed my mind. After our wedding, my wife and I stayed here with friends. We used the connecting Room, and it was perfect—you can either separate the Rooms properly or connect them as needed. As for the Facility, we used all of the lounges throughout the property, and it’s no exaggeration to say it’s ideal for visiting with friends. Every lounge had drinks, plenty of space to chat, and areas to have fun—we had a great time.

Because I made the Reservation at the last minute, only a larger Room was available, so I booked that one. It was a bit expensive, but I was satisfied with the Room. The Hotel itself is a little old, but it has been renovated and improved in various ways. The meals were well thought out and I was pleased. I would like to visit again when I have the chance.

I enjoyed the Mango and Melon Afternoon Tea as a high tea after 6:00 PM for one person. The lounge was calm and relaxing, with a wonderful view as night fell. The scones were freshly baked, and the clotted cream melted just enough to feel truly indulgent. Both the sweets and savory items were delicately presented and carefully prepared—everything was delicious. I’m really looking forward to seeing what future afternoon tea offerings will be like.

I was able to relax in a clean, comfortable, and pleasantly spacious Room that was easy to use. Because it was a bit foggy, we couldn’t see much of the Kanto Plain, but we still enjoyed the in-room open-air Onsen bath. We usually eat dinner early, and we weren’t kept waiting—one delicious dish after another was served at just the right pace, with plenty of variety, and we were completely satisfied. It was my first time in Tsukuba, but it’s close to Tokyo, and we were able to see beautiful flowers at the perfect time—azaleas and mountain wisteria in bloom, and nemophila at full peak. I would definitely like to stop by again when I visit Tsukuba. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed here after climbing Mt. Fuji. I was able to relax in a Japanese-style Room. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, and everything was delicious. I especially liked having an omelet made right in front of me. Parking is free, and check-out is at 11:00, so I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

It was a wonderful Hotel that exuded classic history and elegance. Not only were the in-house Facilities excellent, but we were also truly impressed by the delicious cuisine and the breathtaking panoramic view over Toba Bay. Above all, the staff’s attentive care and warm hospitality were outstanding, allowing us to spend our entire stay in comfort and relaxation. At the club lounge, we enjoyed a leisurely time along with high-quality drinks and lounge-exclusive dishes. The cheesecake—so well known that people say “Toba International Hotel means cheesecake”—was indeed as delicious as its reputation suggests, adding a special touch to our stay. In addition, the “Pearl Aurora Bath” infused with pearl ingredients at Shiojitei on the grounds was exceptional; its shimmering water gently soothed away our travel fatigue. The food, location, bath, and service from the staff—everything made for a highly satisfying stay. This is a truly wonderful Hotel that we would love to visit again. Thank you very much.
