We stayed here as a couple for our wedding anniversary. It seemed we had the place to ourselves by chance, so we were able to truly relax. Every dish was carefully prepared, and everything was a flavor we had never tried before—absolutely delicious. The owners were also very kind, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to come back and stay again at a leisurely pace.

I stayed here again, as I did last year. This time, I split my stay into two parts: 2 nights and then 3 nights—first on the east side, and the last 3 nights on the west side. The west side is better. I plan to stay here again next year.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. I will definitely stay at an APA Hotel again next time!!!! Thank you very much!!

From check-in to check-out, this Hotel was filled with exceptional hospitality. Below you is the sea, and the constant sound of the waves is truly soothing. Dinner comes with such a generous boat platter that you may wonder if you can finish it—naturally, the drinks go down easily. The Hotel does not have a large public bath, but it offers private open-air baths and an in-room Onsen bath, both with sweeping ocean views. Nearby there is a large roadside station with everything you could want—meals, souvenirs, and sightseeing cruises. (We went twice.) One concern: there were two or three large spiders on the ceiling of the room’s balcony. If those were taken care of, it would be perfect. Even so, it’s a Hotel I would like to visit again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The service was courteous, the Room was clean and spacious, and I was able to do laundry. There was also a desk and chair where I could relax with tea. The bath had a Mirable shower, a jacuzzi, and a mist shower that felt wonderful. I only ordered breakfast in the morning, and the bread was delicious.

The top-floor scenic bath was wonderful; the Onsen was very relaxing. It was great how the view changed between evening and morning. For dinner, since I’m not a fan of buffets, I chose the special kaiseki course. There were many dishes, and everything was delicious—from fresh fish to a tender filet steak. The Room was a modern twin, and the beds were spacious and comfortable. In the lobby there was a coffee machine, and it was nice that you could have as many cups as you liked during the available hours. If I visit Shodoshima again, I’d definitely like to stay here again.

The Room was spacious with an ocean view, and we had a very pleasant stay. The kids enjoyed the pool in the bath area, and we were also able to use games like Othello—putting our phones away and spending a fun time full of laughter. One small disappointment was that the amenity loungewear felt a bit worn, and the ties were loose so it didn’t fit securely. All of the staff were cheerful and also recommended great places to visit in Izu. Thank you very much.

Blessed with fine weather and feeling well, my spouse and I were thoroughly satisfied with the beautifully crafted French dishes, each like a work of art. The location was excellent, and we fully enjoyed watching Mt. Fuji change color moment by moment through the window. The Ikeda 20th Century Museum of Art is also nearby, making it a wonderful day.

It was the busy summer holiday season with many families, but since it was just the two of us as a couple, The Atta Terrace felt calm and especially relaxing. It was a wonderful Hotel where we could truly enjoy an extraordinary escape in every way. The staff were well trained and full of hospitality. The Room was fantastic, of course, and it was also great fun to make our own siphon coffee, with bath salts and aromatherapy provided as well—full of thoughtful touches. The three bars were always quiet, and the pool was never crowded or filled with children running around; it really felt like a Hotel for adults. The only concern was that the parking spaces often filled up. Still, we enjoyed colorful, delicious meals that let us feel Okinawa and left us completely satisfied both morning and noon—and then we could head out to explore in the afternoon. Everything was perfect, and we definitely plan to come back next year. For an all-inclusive stay, the price even felt surprisingly reasonable. Thank you very much.

The kitchen stove heat was weak. Other than that, both the kids and adults were very satisfied. The pool was just the right size and we enjoyed it, and the sauna and cold plunge were easy to use.
