Thanks to the warm smiles and hospitality of the staff, we were able to relax from the moment we arrived. We were impressed by how efficiently our meals were prepared. It was far, far better than in-room dining at a Hotel. The shabu-shabu and the morning sandwiches were outstanding. In a wonderful Room with views of Okinawa’s nature and the sea, our family was able to spend an amazing time together. Soaking in the bath at a leisurely pace while taking in the ocean, greenery, and birdsong left a lasting impression on us. We had been told there might be insects, but perhaps due to the strong wind and temperatures, we hardly saw any during our stay. If we have another chance, we would love to visit again. The price, service, and facilities were all very satisfying. We visited with our 3-year-old son and used the private bath for 45 minutes, which offered an amazing view. It made us strongly want to visit again. The room we stayed in did not have a bath or shower, and some amenities were paid as mentioned beforehand, so we had no complaints during our stay. The service was excellent, and we are very happy to have found such a great accommodation.

It was disappointing that the onions in the onion gratin soup at the teppanyaki restaurant were burnt and didn’t taste good. The steak was delicious, though. Also, voices on the dining floor echoed and made it noisy, so I think it would be better to replace the ceiling with sound-absorbing materials.

The staff's service was somewhat curt, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious! It would be even better if the dinner dishes were explained more thoroughly and the front desk had a brighter atmosphere.

The Onsen was absolutely amazing, with the perfect temperature. The lunch was also fantastic and truly exceptional. If I have the chance, I’d love to capture the snowy scenery and would definitely stay here again. On a side note, I admire the staff who work hard in a location where commuting by car is almost essential.

The parking lot in front of the Hotel was already full, so we were guided to a parking lot along the main road. It was very helpful that a staff member was there on site even in the heat. Although it was busy, the front desk staff were courteous, and the clean Room, plus free use of the washing machine and dryer, were very convenient. We also appreciated the complimentary water. There are restaurants and a drugstore within walking distance, making it a convenient location. Thank you!

Thank you for picking us up at the station—it was very helpful. The seafood dinner and kamameshi were incredibly delicious, and we ate a lot! The bath was wonderful, and the Room was spacious and very comfortable. The front desk staff were also kind and helpful.

The Room’s open-air bath was wonderful. The meals were more than enough for women; men might find them a bit light, but for those who drink alcohol, I felt they were sufficient. I think it would be better if breakfast times were staggered. The staff’s sense of distance also felt very comfortable to me. Sorry to mention this at the end. Thank you very much.

I contacted the property to say that I had missed the last bus from Hana-no-Miyako Park and would not make it in time for check-in. They kindly explained a walking route and told me that if I didn’t need dinner, I could take my time and come carefully. Taking them up on that, I had dinner on the way and checked in, where I was greeted warmly. They also helped me arrange breakfast. The Onsen was spacious, and especially the open-air bath—there were no other guests (maybe I went at a good time?)—so I could truly relax and recover from 14,000 steps of walking. In the morning, when I woke up at 4:30, Mt. Fuji was right in front of me—so close it filled my view. With subtle hues, it was breathtakingly beautiful. The morning bath and then breakfast—everything helped me forget everyday life, thanks to all the staff. Thank you very much.

It’s truly set amid a rural landscape, and the sunset view from the coin laundry side was beautiful. The large public bath was just the right size and temperature, and even during Golden Week, we were surprised that three of us could stay in such a spacious room at this price.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days on my second visit, as I had business in the neighboring town of Gimpo. The weather was great every day, and I was able to see beautiful sunsets. The Room had tatami flooring with a single bed and was very comfortable to stay in. If I had to mention something, the water flow at the sink was weak and the drainage was poor. I was told this Room does not have a bath, but it wasn’t an issue because I used the large public Onsen bath every day. Unlike my previous impression, everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful, which made me happy. The restaurant was also clean, and I appreciated the staff’s attentiveness. This Accommodation is conveniently located near a roadside station, as well as convenience stores and drugstores nearby.

The Onsen is mild, silky-smooth, and very relaxing. The Kiso River cormorant fishing season had also begun, and we could see it right in front of the Hotel. Both my friends and I were truly impressed. The Hotel staff were kind and took great care of us.

We stayed for two nights in a private annex with three families to celebrate the golden wedding anniversaries of my parents and my wife’s parents. The villa’s facilities, the staff’s thoughtful hospitality, and the view from the villa were all outstanding—everything was perfect. It’s a place we’d love to return to. The surroundings are very quiet, and at night the starry sky is breathtaking when you look up.
