We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights starting on August 8. The spacious Japanese-style Room allowed us to relax and unwind. The open-air bath in the Room also offered a wonderful sense of openness with an ocean view, and we enjoyed it very much. As the property prides itself on its cuisine, we were highly satisfied on both days. What especially pleased us was that there were no overlapping dishes at either dinner or breakfast. We expected some minor changes, but you prepared almost entirely different menus for us. We also requested cleaning on the second day, and when we returned from going out, the Room had been cleaned beautifully, which felt great. Next time, we would like to return and stay in a Japanese-Western style Room.

I stayed at a reasonable price with the Short Stay Plan. Check-in was after 6:00 PM, but there was a complimentary drink service for guests in the lobby lounge, and I was able to relax while enjoying the beautiful garden view. The next morning, I took a walk in Nakajima Park, which continues from the Hotel’s garden across a narrow road. The Room was clean, and I think it is a satisfying Hotel.

From the moment we boarded the elevator to the Ryokan from in front of Sounzan Station, it was an exciting experience. The Accommodation and all the staff welcomed us with a warm atmosphere, and everything—the Room, the carefully prepared meals, the Onsen, and the views—was wonderfully soothing. We were able to spend a slow, quiet, luxurious time. Thank you very much.

We visited for a family trip to celebrate our daughter’s marriage. As it was formerly an art museum, we were overwhelmed by the meticulously designed building by Tadao Ando and the many artworks displayed throughout the property. The Room was extremely comfortable, and the pool we had been looking forward to was wonderful—we were able to fully enjoy this extraordinary space. We expected Western cuisine, but instead were delighted by beautifully refined Japanese dishes. The drink pairings matched to each course were perfect, and every dish moved us. The congratulatory wedding cake we had ordered was also truly delicious and became a wonderful keepsake. We sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality of all the staff. This is a superb Hotel where architecture, art, and food are all in harmony, and we would love to stay again.

The sauna was excellent, and the dinner not only offered delicious food but also warm hospitality from the staff. Watching the sunset, gazing at the starry sky, and soaking in the morning sun while sitting outside allowed me to truly unwind. The breakfast was also very satisfying

I stay around Hayama every summer, but this was my first time here. It is a wonderful Hotel, far nicer than you would imagine from its modest exterior in a residential neighborhood. The Room is modern and relaxing. The ocean view from the Room is also outstanding, and all the staff were young and provided pleasant service, which left a great impression. We stayed for one night after reading the Reviews. The Room with a renovated open-air bath and indoor bath was very clean and comfortable. We could see the ocean from the open-air bath, and the water temperature was just right, so we were able to relax at our leisure. Plenty of towels were provided, and they smelled wonderful, which really lifted our mood. The kettle was a BALMUDA, the hair dryer was a Dyson, and other furnishings were also high quality. The meals were lightly seasoned with rich dashi flavor; everything was delicious and we left completely satisfied. The service from the front desk and dining staff was excellent, making this one of the Accommodations we would love to visit again.

The meals, the Room, the service—and of course the Onsen—everything is perfect! This is an Accommodation that makes you think, “I want to come back,” every time you visit. We were completely satisfied with everything: savoring elaborate kaiseki cuisine at a relaxed pace in a private dining room, the private gazebo, and the hospitality in the lounge. Enjoy the scenery with the Shuttle Service to the station. From the Room, an ocean view stretches out over a beach where you can swim, and in the distance you can see the silhouette of Mt. Fuji. The large public bath is a comfortable size, clean and well maintained, and the open-air bath also has a waterfall shower and a sauna room. Dinner lifted our spirits with a treasure-boat sashimi platter, and there were so many thoughtfully prepared, easy-to-eat dishes that we couldn’t finish them all. The simmered arame seaweed at breakfast was especially popular; we enjoyed coffee in the lobby lounge where carp swim to start the day. Seeing how hard everyone at this Hotel is working to train young international staff gave us a pleasant sense of an open-hearted future. It became a Hotel we want to stay at again.

I have wonderful memories of the Accommodation’s atmosphere and hospitality from my first stay, and this time I returned for the first time in seven years. I heard that during the COVID period you improved the parking area and the path to the Accommodation, and it was even easier to access than before. The atmosphere is still just as lovely, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I especially recommend the spiny lobster sashimi and the simmered golden eye snapper. This time, I also asked in advance for a birthday surprise for my friend, and you kindly accommodated my request. My friend was truly delighted, and I’m so glad I asked. Thank you very much for your pleasant hospitality and service. Above all, one of Hana Noren’s greatest charms is Toi Onsen, which helped melt away my everyday fatigue. At night I enjoyed the bath in my Room, and in the morning I woke up early to use the private bath. I truly love this time spent forgetting daily noise—the sound of flowing Onsen water and birdsong brought exceptional comfort. Thank you again for another wonderful stay. I stayed for one night on March 29. I chose March because it was just before the spiny lobster fishing ban. This time I booked a luxurious spa Plan, so it was pricey, but it was absolutely worth the cost. The cuisine, spa, Onsen, Room Facilities, and service were all top-tier. As expected from HIRAMATSU, every dish was delicious. The dish made with the spiny lobster head felt a bit heavy for me, but everything else was perfect. The spiny lobster bisque at breakfast was outstanding. The bread and butter at both dinner and breakfast were also excellent. The spa was wonderful—comparable to the Mandarin Hotel’s spa. The Onsen and Room Facilities were also superb; there is nothing to complain about. Service from the manager, head chef, staff, and spa team was flawless. I’d like to return next year during abalone season. I recommend avoiding weekends at the end of March. That’s when F1 Japanese Grand Prix qualifying and the race are held at Suzuka, so Nagoya Station gets extremely crowded and nearby roads are heavily congested. On top of that, Ise Jingu Naiku Shrine was also packed due to a yokozuna dedication sumo event—but I consider it a good experience overall.
