I stayed here again, as I did last year. This time, I split my stay into two parts: 2 nights and then 3 nights—first on the east side, and the last 3 nights on the west side. The west side is better. I plan to stay here again next year.

Oguni Auberge Waita-kan The Onsen was amazing, and the game cuisine was delicious. We’ll be back!

Thank you for letting us stay in a Room on the 31st floor with such a wonderful view. We arrived at the Hotel at night, and unfortunately it was rainy the next morning, but we were still able to enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Kobe Port. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.

We stayed here during the Obon holidays as a family of three. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was delicious, and it made our trip truly wonderful.

The open-air bath was absolutely wonderful!! Breakfast—both Japanese and Western—offered a great variety of Gunma ingredients, and everything was delicious. I was especially impressed by the omelet made in the open kitchen; they customized the seasoning and sauce to my liking. Of course, it tasted great! Unfortunately, we weren’t blessed with good weather. The fog was so thick that we couldn’t enjoy the view from the Room or from the open-air bath, and I wasn’t able to see Mt. Asama or the surrounding mountain range I had been looking forward to—which was very disappointing. Perhaps because of the bad weather, there was a cute little teru-teru bozu placed in our Room, which really warmed my heart. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Here are a few things I noticed: It would have been nice if shower caps and hairbrushes were provided in the bathroom. I had breakfast by the window overlooking the golf course, but I noticed a spider web near the top of the window area. (There were quite a few on the outside as well.)

The Room was spacious, with three distinct areas—a bed area, a large couch sofa area, and a low sofa area—so I could relax in different spots and truly enjoy a leisurely stay in the Room. Every meal was delicious. The portions were very generous—more than I would usually be able

Thank you for taking such great care of us the other day. The Room and meals were excellent in every way. We were especially impressed by the all-crab feast. We were very satisfied with the many delicious dishes, including medium-fatty tuna (chutoro). We look forward to visiting again with our family to enjoy another Premium tour.

The open-air bath was relaxing. The room was chosen by the hotel, and I was grateful to be given a Japanese-style room with a view of Tsunoshima Bridge. The large windows and good weather allowed us to enjoy the beautiful sea and Tsunoshima Bridge. Although it was futon bedding o

What impressed us most was that during dinner they kindly guided us down to the shore to watch the vivid red sunset and took photos for us, creating unforgettable memories. Dinner was delicious and easy for us to enjoy. For breakfast, we were able to relax and take our time with

The Room was well stocked with amenities. The view was great. For dinner and breakfast, you can choose from a wide variety of options.

During our stay, every staff member provided attentive hospitality, and our whole family had a very comfortable time. We also greatly appreciated your prompt help with an item we left behind. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Because the road is only wide enough for one car, it was difficult when we met an oncoming vehicle. However, the secluded atmosphere felt like a hidden retreat, and we were able to relax a lot. We stayed in the VILLA, but late at night it was pitch-dark and the slope was steep, so I was too scared to use the Onsen lol. In the morning, we were woken up by the sunrise and goats and were able to take a bath. Also, if you check in early, you can go fishing and even eat what you catch, which was great. Everyone at the Accommodation seemed to love dogs and treated ours with so much affection. So we’d love to come back again for a special anniversary!

This was our first time staying here. The Room had a beautiful ocean view, and the location was excellent. We were also glad it came with a bath. What surprised us most was how delicious the food was. The sashimi was wonderful, and both the fish and meat dishes felt like high-end French cuisine. We chose a Japanese breakfast, which also impressed us with its variety and outstanding flavor. During our stay, there was a fireworks festival at Toi Coast, so we drove about 10 minutes to watch. We could also see a luxury cruise ship on the sea, making it a very memorable fireworks display. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

I thought the temaki sushi dinner was a really great idea. It looks like the kids would enjoy it too. The bath is also an Onsen, and my skin felt so smooth afterward. The view is outstanding!! It’s right in front of Sunset Beach. I hope I can come again...

I love this Hotel—being soothed by the familiar Japanese-style Room and the usual view of Lake Biwa. It was my first stay in two years, and various things had been simplified. Breakfast is very delicious, but there were so many guests that day that we were seated far away from the food. I think we waited over 20 minutes for the made-to-order omelet. Some foreign guests ended up leaving without waiting for their omelets. The smoothie, as always, was excellent. It was my first time seeing the planetarium, but I wondered if there were mites in the seats. After sitting for a while, both my spouse and I started itching on our arms and kept scratching. As with old movie theaters, I think pest control and insect prevention would be a good idea. As for the Room amenities, various items were provided in the washroom, but they were hard to see at a glance. This is one of my favorite Hotels, so I hope to see improvements in service going forward.

From check-in through meals, one attendant took care of us throughout, and we were able to spend our time comfortably. The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied with the in-Room bath and the sauna as well. The sake tasting in the storehouse was also a lot of fun. We also

During dinner, we were treated to a stunning sunset view that felt like an appetizer before the meal. The highlight of the cuisine was indulging in both grilled sea bream with salt and deep-fried whole sea bream—a truly luxurious experience. The friendly staff made our stay even

A separate vanity area would be a helpful addition. This stay allowed us to enjoy views of the sea and experience summer as we had hoped. Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful accommodation experience. Wishing your ryokan continued success and prosperity. We look fo

The Room had a great view, and the large public bath was very relaxing. Also, being able to use the rental bicycles was helpful, as it allowed us to visit places that are difficult to reach on foot.

Having stayed across various accommodations previously alongside friends frequently before now—the exceptional hospitality shown here stood out most memorably above all others personally speaking so far yet again today alike likewise indeed truly honestly genuinely sincerely alto
