Upon arrival, the parking lot was already full, which showed how popular this place is. The front desk staff were efficient, and we quickly checked in and enjoyed a welcome drink. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, which we thoroughly enjoyed! Everything was delicious.

After hiking Mt. Daisen, the location was close to Milk no Sato, and driving there was straightforward with no confusion. We went to the Onsen at 3:00 PM, and the baths were very comfortable with a good size and well-designed layout. From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, we were extremely satisfied in the lounge, enjoying as much beer, champagne, sake, and café menu drinks as we liked while taking in views of both the Mt. Daisen side and the Nakaumi/Sea of Japan side. The dinner buffet afterward also offered many luxurious dishes; drinks were all-you-can-drink as well with an expanded selection, and it felt like a more worthwhile way to spend time than going out to an izakaya or similar places. Every staff member we met in the hotel was cheerful and efficient. The Room was comfortable and even had a portable massager provided. We could relax at our own pace with the massage chair in the workspace area and unlimited comics available to read. The morning buffet the next day was flawless, and the coffee drip experience in the lobby was also very fun—and delicious. As an IKYU Diamond member experience, we enjoyed early check-in and late check-out, received souvenirs as well, and truly felt thoroughly taken care of. Thank you very much.

I stayed at a Hotel with my parents, who grew up in Kobe, where we could enjoy a great view of Kobe’s night scenery and also use the club lounge, and it became a wonderful memory. The club lounge staff were excellent as well, and my parents were very pleased. Thank you. I would like to stay again.

I stay here when I have business trips to the Suwa area. It had been a while since my last stay, as I hadn’t had the chance to stay recently. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially like the large public bath, and even on a one-night stay, I used it twice—at night and again the next morning. I’d like to stay here again on my next business trip.

Our family of four stayed with two Chihuahuas. The Accommodation was very comfortable for traveling with pets, and the staff were all kind and helpful. The French dinner was beautifully presented, each dish carefully prepared, and everything was delicious. The Japanese breakfast also offered a wide variety of dishes, letting us enjoy local ingredients, and we were very satisfied from the morning. We stayed for two nights as a couple. Dinner was served in the Room. The meals, including Omi beef, fish and vegetables from Shiga, and local sake, were all delicious. It is conveniently located near historical sites such as Hikone Castle, Omihachiman, Nagahama City, and Chikubu Island, making sightseeing enjoyable. We visited as a couple in early April and were able to relax deeply. The Room was spacious, with a Japanese-style room, a bedroom, and a lounge area with a sofa. Each space could be separated by sliding doors, which made it very convenient to use. The lounge area in particular was comfortable thanks to the heated flooring. The open-air bath in the Room was outstanding, and taking a morning bath while listening to the bush warbler’s song became the best memory of this trip. The service was excellent and the meals were delicious. Next time, we would like to visit again with our daughter who loves Onsen.

We stayed as a family of four. Since all Rooms for four were fully booked, we made Reservations for two Rooms. Although the Plan did not allow Room requests, we explained our situation and they kindly arranged adjacent Rooms for us. We had a very comfortable stay. We would like to stay again.

I was traveling solo and had made a Reservation for a single Room, but it turned out to be a twin Room. There were baths in each building, so I went around to three different locations and really enjoyed it. Even on my own, I never got bored and had a comfortable stay. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again.

This was our third stay. We visited as a three-generation family trip (8 people), including our grandparents and two children aged 5 and 3. What makes this Hotel special is that everyone—from kids to seniors—can enjoy it in their own way. There are indoor and outdoor pools as well as Onsen Facilities (with well-stocked amenities), so you can relax without worrying about the weather, which is a huge help when traveling with children. Our kids used the pools and Onsen again and again, played in the kids’ room and game area, and looked happy throughout our stay. The guest rooms are spacious, and the entire building feels open, so even with three generations we never felt cramped. Our grandparents also enjoyed the Onsen and the shop, spending time relaxing inside or taking walks nearby at their own pace. The staff were consistently courteous, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Access from central Tokyo is convenient; our train-loving child enjoyed traveling by Shinkansen, and it’s also easy to reach by car—another big plus for multi-generation trips because it reduces travel fatigue. Our child likes this Hotel so much they said they want to live here. As parents, we feel confident staying here, which is why we keep coming back. I highly recommend it for families with preschoolers as well as senior travelers. We’d love to visit again as a family.

We had a wonderful time during our 3-day, 2-night stay. It was our first time trying the barrel sauna, a Weber BBQ, and a campfire, but thanks to your thoughtful support, we were able to enjoy everything safely and comfortably even with a small child. The views from the garden and the Room were beautiful, and the interior was spacious, clean, and very relaxing. The pesticide-free vegetables were also delicious. It was conveniently located close to Laguna Ten Bosch. We stayed in a Room with a private bath. The view was great, and the bath felt open and airy and was very clean—our children were delighted. It was my first trip to Wakasa, and I made the booking after watching the weather closely. Part of the first-floor area was under construction, but it was kept clean and left a good impression. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the window was the sea. Given its age, some signs of wear are understandable. Overall, it felt like a quiet and pleasant Hotel. The meals were plentiful, and I thought they tasted great. Next time, I’d like to stay again when traveling to Mikata Five Lakes with my siblings and their spouses.

From the open-air bath, we could see cherry blossoms in full bloom so close they felt within reach, and both of us were very satisfied. 　For dinner, it was delicious—and a first-time experience—to pick shiitake mushrooms ourselves from a cultivation kit, grill them, and eat them. We also enjoyed having dessert in the lobby after moving to a different spot. The staff were very attentive as well. 　The only downside was that the Facility felt a bit old, but overall it was a great Hotel.

As we stayed on a weekday, it was comfortably uncrowded and very relaxing. The whitebait pizza in the lounge was delicious. One of my companions loves alcohol and was happy to be able to enjoy beer from the morning as well. The view from the observation deck was great, and it felt like a soothing getaway just one hour from Osaka. The service was also excellent.

This was my first time in Toi, and I thoroughly enjoyed the quality and temperature of the Onsen. The staff's attentiveness was excellent, making for a very pleasant stay. The Ryokan's facility felt a bit old but had its own charm, which I found quite nice in its way. The Onsen was well-maintained and clean, leaving a good impression. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was very quiet at night, allowing me to have a restful sleep.
