It was the best stay. The hospitality was better than any Hotel I have stayed at, and the staff were truly wonderful. We enjoyed hearing various stories during the Shuttle Service ride. We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, amenities, and minibar. The view from the Room was absolutely breathtaking, and we were able to spend a truly happy day. Of course, the food was also very satisfying. The main dishes—venison and sweetfish—were incredibly delicious and made us want to come back again.

Every dish in the meal was outstanding—the best of any Ryokan I have stayed at. I was also surprised at how delicious the seasoning was even on the fried item we were given to take home, made from the remaining fish. The Room was clean and well kept. The staff’s service was just right, and it felt very comfortable.

The Facility feels a bit dated, but the Room was spacious (even with a standard Reservation, it had two separate rooms) and very clean. Since the air conditioner’s airflow direction in the Room couldn’t be adjusted, it felt cold if you were sitting where the air hit directly. When making the Reservation, I meant to choose a plan with breakfast and dinner but mistakenly selected breakfast only, so there was no dinner included. However, the staff provided a map and recommended nearby restaurants where we could have dinner. Breakfast was buffet-style, but there were only two start times—7:00 or 8:00—and since seating is rotated at 8:00, you can’t be late. I wish start times could be chosen in 15-minute increments. The made-to-order omelet was delicious. There is an open-air bath, and as it is known as “beauty-skin hot spring,” it left my skin feeling smooth. The torii gate of Yahiko Shrine is very close by, making this Accommodation convenient for visiting the shrine.

In a word, it was absolutely amazing! It seems the open-air bath and sauna were renovated last year, and it was the perfect Onsen for sauna lovers!!! The bed in the Room, with an Airweave mattress, was incredibly comfortable to sleep on!!! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, everything was delicious, and the staff provided courteous service that made us feel truly relaxed. The front desk staff were also very polite, so overall it was an excellent Hotel!!! The underground waterfall was also very beautiful, and since you can go out into the garden, we were able to see it up close and felt soothed. I visit Okayama once a year, so I’d like to stay at this Hotel again when I’m there. Thank you very much.

I traveled with my mother in her 80s. The staff, the meals, and the baths—everything exceeded our expectations. My mother was very happy too. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and they made sure the meals didn’t repeat, and everything was delicious. If I had one request, since it was a hot summer, I would have appreciated a refrigerator with a freezer compartment to freeze ice packs (it was refrigerator-only).

Due to an approaching typhoon, we urgently changed to this Hotel because the Hotel we had originally booked did not have an indoor pool. It turned out to be the right decision. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurants were very helpful. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the outdoor pool because of the bad weather, but the indoor pool was more than sufficient. However, there was one thing that concerned me. The slide in the indoor pool is quite fast, but several people were playing at the end of it. Since it’s not a very large area, I was worried about someone coming down and colliding with them and causing an accident. A lifeguard was watching, but no one gave any warnings, and it was up to each person to decide when to go down. I think guests who have finished sliding should be asked to move away promptly, so please check this before an accident happens. There is also a craft corner inside the facility where you can decorate a small container yourself and take it home. The staff there were also very kind, and our child really enjoyed it. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were great as well. We would love to visit again if we have another opportunity. Thank you very much.

This was my first time sightseeing in Otaru. We stayed at this Hotel right in front of the Otaru Canal. It was a one-night stay for our family of three, and we ate out, so we only needed a place to sleep. The Room felt a bit small, but since we were just sleeping there, it was more than enough and we were satisfied. Next time, I’d like to try the Hotel breakfast. There are many coin-operated parking lots very close to the Hotel, and the rates were much cheaper than in Tokyo. We parked overnight and left the car until checkout while sightseeing around Otaru Station, and it cost 800 yen for 24 hours. There were coin parking lots around 800–1,200 yen. The Hotel Facility was clean, with a calm lobby atmosphere as well—we were very satisfied. Amenities such as face wash, cleansing products, and skincare items were available on the first floor. I’d like to stay here again when traveling to the Otaru area. Thank you very much to all the staff members.

This is our third summer trip with my daughter’s family. Since staying here for the first time last year, my grandchild has become a big fan of Mikazuki. When I asked where they wanted to go this year, the answer was immediate: “Mikazuki!” They said they wanted to come again because the pool was so much fun, so we decided on it. Although the building shows its age, it was a clean and comfortable Hotel with excellent staff service. As the Review said, the spa and breakfast are a perfect 5 out of 5. The breakfast menu included Okinawa soba and nakami-jiru, among others, and I was happy to be able to enjoy Okinawan cuisine. In addition, the EM-related dishes featured on the menu were also delicious. I definitely recommend adding the breakfast buffet. It would be even better if access were a bit more convenient, but since it is on higher ground, the view was great. I would like to consider this as an Accommodation option again on my next trip to Okinawa.

I had to go to Obihiro on short notice and looked for Accommodation, but only very expensive Rooms were left near the station. Since I had a rental car, I made a Reservation here a little farther away. The building has been carefully renovated, and the buffet offers a wide variety of dishes—especially recommended are the raclette and the homemade dressing. I could even enjoy a seafood bowl in the morning. The Onsen is also spacious. Choosing this place was absolutely the right decision.

This Hotel was an excellent base for enjoying the Churaumi Aquarium, Emerald Beach, the outdoor pool, and activities in Motobu Town. It also serves as a bus stop for various routes, which was convenient during the hot summer. The ocean-view Room offered breathtaking sunset views. I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. The location was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The taste and quality of the meals were also outstanding—everything was truly wonderful. I was impressed that the Room had a kettle of hot water, a pitcher of iced water, and bottled water at room temperature prepared in advance. It’s rare to find an Accommodation that provides three different temperature options, all ready to drink right away. There was a 10-cup kendama set in the lobby, and it became a fun memory as not only children but adults also gathered around to try it together. When the strings got tangled and we struggled to put it back properly, someone from the front desk came out to help us. It may seem like a small thing, but we really appreciated their kindness. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, tasted great, offered plenty of variety, and left us completely satisfied. It was also great that we could use the bathhouse from early morning until late at night. If there were an open-air bath as well, it would be perfect. If I have another chance to visit Miyajima, I would definitely stay here again.

It seems they had my previous stay on record from last month, and they thoughtfully ensured the menu did not overlap—an attentive touch that made me very happy. The portion sizes were just right, though younger guests might find them a bit small. One suggestion: the dress code at meals is smart casual, but as this is a Resort Hotel, it may be nice to allow dining in loungewear so guests can relax. Some airlines provide pajamas in first or business class on long-haul flights to help passengers enjoy meals comfortably. I would appreciate it if you could consider this. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.
