It was a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the Hotel staff. I was worried about the weather, but we were able to enjoy stargazing as planned. They also adjusted the dinner time, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy everything at a leisurely pace—truly Aman quality. The Japanese-inspired cuisine was, of course, delicious. Even the great-tasting coffee showed how much attention is paid to every detail. Above all, the hospitality of every staff member supported and elevated our stay into something truly memorable. We stopped by the thermal spring around checkout time, but the sidewalk had become so hot in the sun that it was impossible to walk on. This is definitely something to visit after late afternoon. Next time, I’ll enjoy it with a Multiple Night Stay. Personally, I love Hawaii, and there’s nothing better than having a beer alone on the balcony at dawn—but drinking coffee while looking out over Ago Bay from my Room at Amanemu surpassed even that. I’ll be back.

I traveled with my dog and friends. It was my first time at Wanpara Lake Hamana, and I was truly impressed by how kind the staff were. The meals were wonderful—enjoyable to look at and delicious to eat. There was a clean dog run for dogs, and we had a great time playing there. The Onsen was also excellent. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

I booked this Hotel because I was looking for one close to Naha Airport, and it had a large pool. Since our flight arrived late, we got to the Hotel after 6:00 PM. The outdoor pool closed at 7:30 PM, so we went in right after check-in because my child was really looking forward to it. The pool was not crowded at all, so it felt like we had it to ourselves. When it was time, we moved to the indoor pool, and afterward the spa and sauna allowed us to enter in swimsuits, which was very convenient. I was also happy that both the shower head and hair dryer were ReFa. It was nice that there were drink options, not just water. Breakfast could also be reserved via smartphone. I did not expect much variety from the buffet, but there were quite a lot of choices, which was great. My child enjoyed the pool until checkout before we headed to our next destination. My biggest concern was that the Hotel had been renovated. When I looked into its history, I learned it is a building with real historical value. I felt vaguely uneasy at first, but reading the Reviews put my mind at ease. I was also curious about what “EM” meant, but I didn’t look it up and figured I’d find out once I arrived. After making my Reservation, I started noticing that “fermentation” is surprisingly common in everyday life. I hadn’t had many chances to stay here before, but this time I decided to book a stay. It was far more comfortable than expected, and staying here was absolutely the right choice. The view from the Room was amazing—because it’s on higher ground, you can see far into the distance. I could even see the expressway I usually drive on without thinking about it, and beyond that, there was a view of the sea. The Room is cleaned using EM as well, and it made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. What impressed me most was the food. It wasn’t just an ordinary buffet; everything seemed thoughtfully designed with health in mind, and EM is used too—I genuinely felt refreshed from within. The dishes also had a wonderful homemade quality, and every item tasted great with real ingredients you could appreciate. It almost makes me regret not coming sooner. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing, with no crowds, so I could unwind at my own pace. It soothed both body and mind. What surprised me most was how warmly each staff member welcomed guests. They supported one another as a team and treated guests with simple, genuine consideration. Unlike many other Hotels where service can feel formal or scripted, their hospitality felt truly personal—and that made all the difference. This stay was so wonderful that it’s a Hotel where I definitely want to return. If you’re unsure about booking Accommodation here, I highly recommend experiencing it at least once.

The location, the view from the Room, the front desk service, the Room atmosphere, the bath Facility, and having both a washing machine and an ice maker—everything was excellent. We especially appreciate that you kindly added an extra bed for us. If we have the chance to visit Ishigaki Island again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

True to its name, the baths were excellent. The large public bath was spacious, and the open-air bath in the Room was a comfortable size, so we were able to fully enjoy the baths. The meals also offered a wide variety; we had rice with simmered golden eye snapper and left completely satisfied. The rice was especially delicious, and we ate more than we should have. We would love to stay again.

Ayanna Miyako was the Hotel I had absolutely wanted to stay at when traveling to Miyakojima. Because it’s such a wonderful Hotel, it was fully booked during Golden Week, but I joined the waitlist and managed to stay!! A few days before my stay, they called to confirm my arrival time and kindly asked if we were celebrating anything—if so, they could prepare a cake (additional fee). My stay was just before the rainy season began, and the weather was great. When I opened the Room door, there was a stylish interior leading out to the pool—and beyond that, a beautiful ocean view. Relaxing on a poolside chair with an Orion beer they had stocked in the fridge was truly the best!! I’ve stayed in Rooms with private pools before—on Okinawa’s main island, on another date in Miyakojima this trip, and even in Hakone—but personally, Ayanna Miyako is my favorite. Breakfast was beautifully set up as well, and the Eggs Benedict was outstanding! One thing to note: check-in and everything else (including breakfast reservations) were all handled via smartphone. However, they support you if you have any questions, so I think even those who aren’t comfortable with smartphones can feel at ease. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

We stayed with the intention of treating ourselves to a luxury we don’t usually indulge in. From the welcome drink and the first small appetizer, everything was delicious, and we were already very satisfied. The wine was extremely easy to drink, and the non-alcoholic tea was also amazing (I wish you would sell it). The Room was spacious, and it was wonderfully quiet—we couldn’t hear anything from the rooms on either side. Having an Onsen in the Room that we could enjoy anytime was fantastic. If there’s one concern, it’s that while the food is excellent, the portions are quite large. Even our family—who usually asks for seconds multiple times—was saying, “We’re full!” There’s a generous amount from the appetizers onward, but some dishes served during the main sushi course and additional dishes after sushi may leave many guests thinking, “It’s delicious, but I’m too full!” That said, every dish is distinctive and truly delicious, so I still hope you’ll try them all!

This was my first time staying for three nights, and everything was great—the service struck the perfect balance of attentiveness and distance. It was a bit pricey, but it’s now on my list of Accommodations I’d like to treat myself to again. If I had to mention one thing, I’d love the meals to have a bit more originality!

The Room was spacious and had a great ocean view. The meals were served in just the right portions, and every fish dish was delicious. Breakfast venues are often crowded, but here there was plenty of space, so we could dine comfortably in a relaxed, calm atmosphere. We would love to stay again.

This was an area we rarely visit. Although the weather was unfortunate on the day of our arrival, the next day was clear, and we had a stunning view of Mount Fuji. The sea was calm, and we are considering coming back next year for a beach trip with our grandchildren. The staff

I visited after a long time. I could only book the Connect Twin before, but since it was a weekday, I was able to stay in the Wide View Twin again. The large windows offering expansive views of the sea and city were wonderful! The Room also had a massage chair. The public bath was as great as ever, providing a relaxing experience. The shampoo and other amenities were different from before, but they didn’t cause any dryness or irritation, which was reassuring. There was also a Refa hair dryer available. Please note that there is no sauna for women in the morning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western set meals, with unlimited refills of salad, rice, bread, coffee, etc., making it very satisfying. It seemed like most guests chose the Japanese set meal; I opted for the Western one and appreciated that freshly grilled sausages were brought to my table when they ran out initially. The Himi Udon noodles were also delicious! Parking is convenient if you arrive early enough—you can park on Hotel’s 1st floor or at the flat lot across from it. Even if those are full, the municipal parking isn’t too far away either. It was an excellent stay with great value for money and left me feeling very satisfied overall. The staff provided exceptionally pleasant service throughout my visit. Oh yes—the complimentary coffee service on the 1st floor is much appreciated! Because of this amenity, having only powdered tea in Room wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you very much!

We stayed here to celebrate our dog’s birthday. The Room was stylish, we could enjoy meals in the Room, the terrace was spacious enough for our dog to run around, and there was even a bath for dogs—best of all, we could stay together the whole time. The meals were surprisingly generous both dinner and breakfast. The staff were very attentive and also gave us sightseeing recommendations we could visit with our dog. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

I first stayed here in January 2026, and this was my second visit. This time I returned in the season of fresh greenery, and along the several dozen meters from the accommodation building to the separate Onsen building, white citrus blossoms were in full bloom. I was able to enjoy their sweet fragrance while soaking in the Onsen. It’s wonderful that each season brings new discoveries. The meals were consistently high quality, and I was satisfied with both the taste and portion size.

From the moment we checked in and spoke with the gentleman at reception, we couldn’t help but smile. Dinner featured local ingredients—shrimp, sashimi, Amakusa beef, and a delicious pork miso soup. Towels are provided in the large public bath. The horse-oil shampoo left my hair smooth and easy to run my fingers through, so I bought some in the first-floor lobby. Breakfast came with plenty of rice accompaniments. The whole family went back for seconds and left completely full. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind. Their knowledge of the ingredients, friendly check-ins, attentiveness, and smiles made our stay truly comfortable.
