We always enjoy staying here. This time, since it was raining, the view from the Room was a bit disappointing, but instead we were able to fully relax and enjoy a quiet, luxurious time in the lounge thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff and the comfortable atmosphere. E

It was great that we could use the bath anytime. The open-air bath uses natural hot spring water, and the temperature was very hot, but it left my skin feeling smooth. The Room was also very spacious. There were power outlets next to the bed, which was a nice touch. However, the air conditioner vent was directly overhead, so it felt cold. The dining venue was very large, so even with many guests it didn’t feel too crowded. There was a wide variety of dishes and free drinks, so we were very satisfied. All of the desserts were especially delicious.

I was worried about staying in a container, but it was truly clean, and I could relax without worrying about the neighboring Room—it exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, and the hot water was excellent. I’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

This was our first visit as a couple. We watched YouTube videos beforehand, but the real experience was even better.\n The pool was simply wonderful. We were surprised by how large the infinity pool is.\n If the water temperature had been a bit warmer, we might have been able to relax for longer.\n The sauna, on the other hand, felt a little too hot.\n The Room was simple and easy to use.\n If possible, as seniors we would have appreciated standard cotton pajamas with long sleeves and long pants. The bathrobes and towels were very comfortable.\n For dinner, we ordered the vegetarian course. It was creative and delicious, and we left completely full. The vegetables were excellent and highly recommended.\n Breakfast was a sandwich, salad, and soup; it would be nice to have something warm and freshly made as well.\n All in all, we were very satisfied. We’re happy to find such a wonderful Hotel in Chiba Prefecture.\n The staff were also very kind. Please keep up the great work.\n We will definitely visit again.

Ayanna Miyako was the Hotel I had absolutely wanted to stay at when traveling to Miyakojima. Because it’s such a wonderful Hotel, it was fully booked during Golden Week, but I joined the waitlist and managed to stay!! A few days before my stay, they called to confirm my arrival time and kindly asked if we were celebrating anything—if so, they could prepare a cake (additional fee). My stay was just before the rainy season began, and the weather was great. When I opened the Room door, there was a stylish interior leading out to the pool—and beyond that, a beautiful ocean view. Relaxing on a poolside chair with an Orion beer they had stocked in the fridge was truly the best!! I’ve stayed in Rooms with private pools before—on Okinawa’s main island, on another date in Miyakojima this trip, and even in Hakone—but personally, Ayanna Miyako is my favorite. Breakfast was beautifully set up as well, and the Eggs Benedict was outstanding! One thing to note: check-in and everything else (including breakfast reservations) were all handled via smartphone. However, they support you if you have any questions, so I think even those who aren’t comfortable with smartphones can feel at ease. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

It was a wonderful Room where we could soak in a free-flowing hot spring bath while enjoying the spectacular views of Mt. Hakusan, soothing our tired bodies and minds from everyday life. The meals were also excellent, with delicious dishes served in a private dining room. The building feels a bit old, but it was clean, and it was a comfortable Hotel for us seniors. It is an Accommodation we would like to visit again.

We were able to relax in a retro yet well-kept Room. The main meal, especially the tuna, was truly outstanding, and everything—from the delicious dishes and local sake to the freshly cooked rice—was wonderful, allowing us to enjoy a lovely time. This was my third stay. I always feel comfortable here, thanks to the spacious, clean Room with a great view, the rooftop pool, and the lounge. The breakfast you can take back to your Room seems to have changed slightly from before, but I was very satisfied. Although there was an issue this time with a typhoon approaching, I truly appreciate how pleasantly and flexibly you handled everything. I really love Storyline’s atmosphere and service, so I would definitely like to stay again.

The Room was clean, and there was a desk lamp that could charge my smartphone just by placing it on it, so I had a very comfortable stay. There is a Starbucks near the Hotel, and there is also a convenience store at Kameoka Station, which was very convenient. I would like to stay again.

True to its name, the baths were excellent. The large public bath was spacious, and the open-air bath in the Room was a comfortable size, so we were able to fully enjoy the baths. The meals also offered a wide variety; we had rice with simmered golden eye snapper and left completely satisfied. The rice was especially delicious, and we ate more than we should have. I visited after a long time. I could only book the Connect Twin before, but since it was a weekday, I was able to stay in the Wide View Twin again. The large windows offering expansive views of the sea and city were wonderful! The Room also had a massage chair. The public bath was as great as ever, providing a relaxing experience. The shampoo and other amenities were different from before, but they didn’t cause any dryness or irritation, which was reassuring. There was also a Refa hair dryer available. Please note that there is no sauna for women in the morning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western set meals, with unlimited refills of salad, rice, bread, coffee, etc., making it very satisfying. It seemed like most guests chose the Japanese set meal; I opted for the Western one and appreciated that freshly grilled sausages were brought to my table when they ran out initially. The Himi Udon noodles were also delicious! Parking is convenient if you arrive early enough—you can park on Hotel’s 1st floor or at the flat lot across from it. Even if those are full, the municipal parking isn’t too far away either. It was an excellent stay with great value for money and left me feeling very satisfied overall. The staff provided exceptionally pleasant service throughout my visit. Oh yes—the complimentary coffee service on the 1st floor is much appreciated! Because of this amenity, having only powdered tea in Room wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you very much!

We were planning an Onsen trip to celebrate my mother, and it was the first trip for three generations of our family. Since my mother cannot use the large public bath, we looked for a Room with a private open-air bath. Thanks to that, she was able to enjoy the Onsen. The bath in our Room was also fed by Onsen water, and she was very happy. We chose the standard kaiseki meal, but the portions were more than enough—so much that my sons had to give up at both dinner and breakfast. When I requested a cake for my mother’s 88th birthday celebration, they even prepared a red celebratory vest (chanchanko) for her as well, and we truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. The building was clean. The large public bath was small but spotless, and we were very satisfied. In the lobby there was a local sake tasting service, and in the morning there was also coffee service—everything felt very well provided. Our whole family was extremely satisfied. All of the staff were kind, and we had a comfortable stay. It became a wonderful celebratory trip. Thank you very much.
