I stayed again for two nights, just like last time, after a six-month break. As before, everything was flawless, including the room and the Onsen. The hospitality was especially outstanding, and as someone in the service industry, I learned a lot. Thank you for three memorable days.

After seeing it in a magazine, I’d been wanting to visit for two years, and I finally got to stay here. It was an even more wonderful stay than I had imagined. The meals were delicious, with plenty of local ingredients. I’ll definitely be back!

A wonderful Accommodation perched on a mountain. Service, Onsen, meals, and views—everything deserves five stars. We truly had a lovely time. Thank you very much. The foreign staff member who assisted us was very polite and hardworking, which was another great highlight. In the confirmation call the day before, they also checked about the Shuttle Service, which is available free of charge. Although it’s in Izu Kogen, you can enjoy panoramic ocean views and escape the heat—an undiscovered gem of an Accommodation. Enjoying an Onsen while looking out at the sea from our Room was amazing, and the meals were thoughtfully prepared to appeal to younger guests as well; made with locally sourced ingredients, they were delicious and served in just the right portions. This is an Accommodation we would love to stay at again.

I stayed one night with my dog (dinner and breakfast included). The Room faced the beach, and the view was amazing. I took walks around the Hotel in the evening and in the morning. Meals were served in a separate building, and I enjoyed them together with my dog in my Room. The simmered blackthroat seaperch, crab meat, grilled beef, and everything else was delicious. I was completely full. The Onsen was spacious, and the bathing areas alternated daily between men and women. It was a very satisfying trip. Next time, I’ll book a Multiple Night Stay.

I chose this Hotel for its ideal location to visit the Shiretoko Roadside Station and try grape shrimp. Considering sightseeing around the Shiretoko Peninsula, I don’t think there’s a better Hotel. They were very considerate at check-in, which was a big help. Dinner was served as a set meal, and the salmon roe rice bowl at the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. The Hotel has a sense of history, but the staff’s attentiveness and service were extremely satisfying. The Room was also kept very clean—there was nothing to complain about. After returning home, I realized I had left something behind. When I contacted the Hotel, they found it and sent it to me, which helped me so much. Even then, their response wasn’t unpleasant at all—they empathized with me and said they were glad it had been found, which left a great impression. I didn’t get to see any whales on this whale-watching trip, so when I come back for another try next time, I’d definitely like to stay here again.

I stay here once or twice every year, and it is always a truly pleasant experience. The buffet meals are all delicious—there’s nothing that feels mediocre—and the baths are spacious and comfortable. Some of the bath facilities (such as the showers) feel a bit dated, but there are no issues with using them, and having towels freely available made my stay very comfortable. I would definitely like to visit again.

Four of us—female friends for 50 years—stayed here together. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and in the lounge we enjoyed a variety of drinks and snacks both before and after dinner. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide selection, including made-to-order hamburgers right in front of us, beef shabu-yakiniku, sashimi, and more—everything was excellent. All-you-can-drink beer and many other beverages really surprised us. It didn’t seem like there was all-you-can-drink sake, though. The meals were enjoyable for both adults and children. We stayed here for a birthday trip for my mother and our dog. The Facility and the food were excellent, but even more than that, every staff member we met was wonderful, and we were able to spend a truly comfortable time. It was a Hotel with an outstanding view and location overlooking Lake Biwa. We made a Reservation for two twin Rooms for our family, and they even connected the two Rooms internally—service beyond what we expected. Although there are limited hours of use, the panoramic bath on the 7th floor was also great. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we had a very pleasant stay.

I’ve stayed at quite a few Hotels and Ryokans across the whole country, and this place was truly excellent—service, Facilities, and the Room were all outstanding! They handled a last-minute surprise request flexibly, which I really appreciated. As for the meals, everything served was delicious. That said, I would have liked to see a few more luxurious options. 5 stars!

I was able to relax in a clean, comfortable, and pleasantly spacious Room that was easy to use. Because it was a bit foggy, we couldn’t see much of the Kanto Plain, but we still enjoyed the in-room open-air Onsen bath. We usually eat dinner early, and we weren’t kept waiting—one delicious dish after another was served at just the right pace, with plenty of variety, and we were completely satisfied. It was my first time in Tsukuba, but it’s close to Tokyo, and we were able to see beautiful flowers at the perfect time—azaleas and mountain wisteria in bloom, and nemophila at full peak.
