Whether in the lobby, guest room, restaurant, or large public bath, we enjoyed breathtaking ocean views throughout our stay. The warm hospitality and many unique services won us over right away—it was our first visit, but we quickly became fans. We’d love to return again soon.

The Room was spacious and uncluttered, so it felt like pets wouldn’t be able to get into mischief. It also felt reassuring even with a baby. There was a large trash bin, and being able to throw everything away in one place was more convenient than having multiple small bins. Meals were great as well—BBQ was prepared for each Room, so we only had to grill. The meat was very delicious, and the rice had already been cooked in advance, which showed how thoughtfully everything is arranged. There is very little direct interaction with staff, but if you need anything and call, they come quickly and help. The in-Room bath was wonderful, and there is also a large public bath where you can enjoy different types of baths. The large public bath was almost private during our stay. Each Room also has a cart, making it easy to get to the large public bath. Driving the cart was a fun bonus. There are many insects outside, but measures are taken so they don’t get into the Room or onto the balcony, and there were none at all in the large public bath. A lot of insects fly around outdoors, but it’s impressive how well they prevent them from coming inside. Insect repellent is also provided, which made us feel fairly at ease. It’s an Accommodation I’d like to visit again—next time for a Multiple Night Stay.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. Above all, the bed was more comfortable than anything I have ever experienced, and I slept wonderfully. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again. I stayed here three times in one year. It’s my favorite Accommodation, where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful stay in a quiet location. The hostess and her husband are so friendly and warm, and I looked forward to every visit. The food is always truly delicious. This time I stayed for two nights, and I was deeply impressed by how thoughtfully they changed the dishes each day. Waking up early to watch the sunrise over the sea was also wonderful! The Room was spacious with an ocean view, and we had a very pleasant stay. The kids enjoyed the pool in the bath area, and we were also able to use games like Othello—putting our phones away and spending a fun time full of laughter. One small disappointment was that the amenity loungewear felt a bit worn, and the ties were loose so it didn’t fit securely. All of the staff were cheerful and also recommended great places to visit in Izu. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a group of four—my older sister, my mother, my aunt, and me—to celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday. Thank you for the flowers and message card delivered to our Room. Having photos taken during dinner also became a wonderful keepsake. You even prepared a special outfit for the 60th birthday celebration, which truly warmed our hearts. Since it was a weekday, the baths were not crowded, which was perfect for my elderly mother and aunt. For dinner (we chose a Plan with fewer dishes because two of us are elderly), everything was elegantly seasoned, and there were still enough dishes to leave us completely satisfied. It was the most delicious meal I have ever had in my life. In two years, I would like to stay again to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday.

We were able to fully enjoy the atmosphere of this cultural heritage property with a charming Showa-era retro feel. In a quiet setting, we enjoyed the Onsen and delicious meals. The hospitality was relaxed and unhurried, helping us forget the bustle of the city. Next time, we hope to try the fugu cuisine.

My daughter and I stayed here together. After a six-hour drive on my own and visiting Ise Grand Shrine, I was completely exhausted, so we checked in earlier than planned at 3:00 PM. The bath is listed as available from 4:00 PM, but the staff kindly told us we could use it in about 10 minutes, so we headed straight to the large public bath. We were able to relax and soak at our own pace, which really helped relieve the fatigue from driving. Every dish in the standard course was delicious, and the thick-cut Matsusaka beef was especially amazing. Beer and other drinks were also all-you-can-drink, so we ended up enjoying quite a lot. All of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, which made our stay truly comfortable. If I have another chance to visit Mie, I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The staff were very welcoming, and I was able to relax at a comfortable pace. The lukewarm Onsen was so pleasant that I wanted to stay in it forever, even though the sun outside was blazing. I ordered the whale course; this area is said to be famous for whale. The lean meat had a noticeable smell and wasn’t great, but the unesu (whale belly) was very delicious.

We stayed with our dog. It was our first time here, and we were so satisfied that we made a Reservation for next year during our stay. There is no Onsen, but the Room was spacious and very clean. The sukiyaki dinner on the first night was outstanding, and it was a new way of eating it for us. We stayed two nights, and we were truly impressed that on the second night not only the main dish but everything from the appetizers onward was a completely different menu. When my husband and I stayed here before, we felt it would be easy for seniors to visit as well, so this time I brought my mother. The Room with an open-air bath was spacious, and the view from the deck was wonderful. It was actually a semi-open-air bath rather than fully open-air, but apples were provided so we could enjoy an apple bath in the Room, which made my mother very happy. We also appreciated the free drinks. This time, a staff member told us there was apple pizza available, and we were grateful to be able to try it. It was delicious. As we already knew, the large public bath and the open-air bath are separated, so it’s a bit of a hassle to change clothes and move between them. However, the hot spring water is excellent, so we were glad we came. This time there was even a large apple floating in the bath, which made us feel you can enjoy something different each season. Perhaps because it was the off-season, the dining area felt small. I was disappointed that there weren’t any carts like I saw elderly guests using last time, but the salad selection was plentiful and tasty. Just like last time, there was no information at all about craft activities such as making herbarium items—maybe because we’re not part of a younger generation? My mother really enjoyed herself, so I’m glad we came.
