Thank you for your hospitality. We were completely satisfied with the staff's attentiveness, the scenery, and the meals. It was a trip with my elderly mother, and she was very pleased as well. The ocean stretches out right in front of you, and the sunsets were so beautiful they felt truly cleansing. All of the staff were kind, making this a very comfortable Accommodation. Above all, the meals were delicious, and we enjoyed plenty of fresh seafood—an unforgettable, happy time. We’d love to come back again soon to relax.

We stayed at UKAN on the BBQ course Plan. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but they let us park from around 2:00 PM, so we could play in the sea right in front. There is a swimming beach next to the Accommodation, and it felt like it continued all the way to the front of where we stayed. It seemed safe to swim; there were quite a few people at the main beach, but right in front was quiet and mostly just for guests. The slope from sand to water is a bit steep, so small children may need extra attention, but it’s still fine to enjoy. There’s a breakwater at the edge of the swimming area where you can fish. That was our main purpose this time, and we were happy we got to enjoy fishing. The Room was generally clean. There was a stain left by previous guests that seemed to be removed around check-in time. We appreciated their effort to keep things clean, though it would have been even better if it had been finished before check-in. For the BBQ, the portions looked small based on how they were plated, so we went out to buy extra food at a convenience store—but in the end it was enough. Breakfast might feel a little light. The BBQ Facility includes a grill and table and is basically sufficient, but better lighting, table settings, and an improved BBQ area layout would likely increase satisfaction. As for insects, since it’s between mountains and the sea, I think it can’t really be helped. If you keep everything closed they generally don’t come in. However, because you go back and forth between the Room during BBQ time, some inevitably got inside. If insect control could be improved further, it would feel more reassuring. (I’m not too bothered by bugs, but my wife felt a bit uneasy.) The air conditioning in the Room was comfortable, but there was an odor in the washroom—maybe humidity or drainage—that bothered me. Overall we were satisfied despite these points. We’d like to stay again soon.

One night with breakfast and dinner I stayed here on the final day of my journey of land purification and integration. This seaside Accommodation offers an Onsen bath, delicious meals, and warm hospitality from the owner. Thank you very much.

This was our first stay, and we were pleasantly surprised by how large and clean the pool was. The large public bath was also very well maintained. There were many kind Korean guests, plenty of Korean-language signage, and lots of Korean dishes, which made our child—who loves Korea—absolutely delighted. The staff were extremely helpful, the meals were generous, and the Room was spacious, making it a truly enjoyable mother-and-child trip. Next time, we hope to return as a family with my husband as well. Thank you very much.

The scenery was wonderful, and the calm atmosphere made for a very comfortable stay. It was great to be able to see the horizon of the Genkai Sea from the Room. However, when I woke up in the middle of the night and looked outside through the window, I could see stars—and I thought how much more beautiful it would have been if the window had been clean. Despite staying during the busiest season, the accommodation provided very flexible and prompt services such as early check-in and same-day BBQ equipment rental. Thanks to this, we were able to enjoy an amazing BBQ while admiring the beautiful scenery. The pool was clean with hardly any insects floating, making it pleasant to swim even in the morning. Additionally, the refrigerator was stocked with beer, juice, and tea—such thoughtful hospitality! Shopping was convenient as there were supermarkets, convenience stores, and a Daiso near Sesoko Island Bridge. Although I had seen reviews mentioning "many insects" and was a bit worried beforehand, there were almost none in reality. Measures like insect repellents and sprays were well-prepared, providing a sense of security. At night, we could see an incredible view of stars! The only minor inconvenience was having to use stone stairs when carrying luggage from the parking lot—it was slightly challenging. However, even considering that small issue, our stay was absolutely satisfying. This place has made it onto my list of "places I want to visit again"!

It was a very satisfying stay!!! The room was very clean and stylishly decorated! I wish I could live in a room like that. The facilities, including tableware and appliances, were well-equipped. The washing machine detergent and hangers were helpful. Since the mirror is only in the washroom, it would be even more helpful if there was a stand mirror. The view from the 7th floor was beautiful, with a view of the sea. All the staff were friendly and kind, providing very pleasant service. It was during the typhoon season, but they explained the precautions during the stay carefully, which made me feel at ease. Breakfast had a moderate variety, and everything was delicious. It was nice to be able to make things like Yaeyama soba and taco rice by myself. I was also happy to have Genki bread. Since the system involves going to an affiliated store to eat, it might be a bit difficult on rainy days, but it was nice to take a walk. (A little over 5 minutes on foot) The port and Euglena Mall are within walking distance, and there are Yaeyama soba shops and izakayas nearby, making it very convenient even without a car. It was a very satisfying stay!!! I will use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

Everything was excellent overall. The location is right in front of the ocean, and you can walk to the beach. We enjoyed a luxurious stay with our dog. The BBQ ingredients were also very delicious. It would be nice to have lights by the pool and a microwave. We would like to visit again.

The ocean is right in front of you, and you can even see Enoshima from the Room—an amazing location! It was so wonderful that on the day between our two nights, we spent most of the time in the Room just watching the sea. As others have mentioned, the breakfast bread was generous and very delicious. All of the staff who assisted us at reception were foreigners, but everyone was very pleasant and kind. After checkout, I realized I had left something behind and called them; they handled it kindly, and when I went to pick it up—even though it was my mistake—they spoke earnestly in polite Japanese and said, “We’re sorry you had to come all this way,” which really moved me. I definitely want to stay here again!

It was our first stay, and with a typhoon approaching we were a little anxious, but thanks to the wonderful service and kindness of everyone at the Palace Hotel on the 3rd floor, we felt very reassured and had a comfortable stay. Our child was also very happy, saying that among all the Hotels we have stayed at so far, this one had the kindest staff. Thank you very much.

The Room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were always seen cleaning. When the dryer stopped working, they responded promptly, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable stay! The morning bread and drink service was great; the bread was packed in a bag, so we could enjoy it with our family at the beach! We would love to stay here again next time!

The room I stayed in felt outdated overall, and the three-piece unit bathroom was particularly small and inconvenient. However, everything else was clean and well-maintained. The view from the accommodation lived up to its reputation as a "scenic inn," offering stunning sunsets. A sandy beach is just a short walk away, making it ideal for swimming in summer. Guests can enjoy a private open-air bath once for free. There are two options: a cypress bath and a larger-than-usual tub bath; I recommend the tub bath for its size. Although the public bath lacked scenic views, I had it all to myself during my visit, allowing me to relax fully with plenty of space. The meals were exceptional both morning and evening—highly recommended for sashimi or seafood lovers! The spiny lobster sashimi was sweet and incredibly delicious. The next morning's spiny lobster miso soup had rich flavors from the broth and was equally delightful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making this an accommodation I'd love to visit again!

I requested the Shuttle Service, and everyone was very kind, including on the phone. It was my first time trying lukewarm bathwater, but afterward my skin felt smooth and I stayed warm—it was a pleasant surprise. Dinner was delicious and far more than I could finish; I wished I had asked for a smaller portion. For breakfast, the miso soup and rice were especially good. The place had a comforting mix of nostalgia and warmth, and it was truly relaxing.

It was my first time staying at a trailer house Hotel, and although I was initially anxious, it was neither cold nor unclean, and I had a comfortable stay. Additionally, they kindly accommodated a sudden change to dinner plans. Everyone was so kind, making this Hotel highly recommended if you're in the area. The barbecue meat was delicious. Of course, the breakfast sandwiches were also very tasty. Thank you very much!

This was my 7th visit to Miyako Island, but my first time staying at this accommodation. I stayed for 4 nights over the New Year holidays. I usually stay in condominiums, but this hotel was exceptional. The room was clean with simple and beautiful interior design. The shower had strong water pressure, and although I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor, the beachside view was amazing. The room was spacious, and having a washing machine and dryer was very convenient. Both the entrance and the room were operated via a smart system using a smartphone, which felt secure and convenient. I met some of the cleaning staff several times, and they all greeted me warmly with pleasant smiles. The only regret I had was that the weather wasn’t great and it was cold, but I enjoyed a relaxing New Year’s stay at this wonderful accommodation. I would love to stay here again when I visit next time! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

There is an accommodation located just up the hill of Shiroyama at the eastern edge of the grid-like town. The narrow and steep approach road is one-way, so there’s no need to worry about oncoming traffic. Even large buses were able to make their way up. Although the entrance area of the accommodation is narrow, once you unload your luggage, valet service will take care of parking your car. Walking downhill from the accommodation leads to a main tourist spot, and it’s also conveniently close to the station, making it a great base for exploring. The interior is spacious with intricate design details. The staff are kind and attentive in their interactions. The room faces west with no tall trees obstructing the view, offering a wide panorama of the entire town that can be enjoyed both from inside and from the terrace with an open-air bath. (The view may vary depending on room orientation.) The private open-air bath in each room maintains an ideal temperature all day and night; it’s made of stone and spacious enough for a family to enjoy together. A shower room is conveniently adjacent. On our stay date, fireworks lit up Takayama city, which we watched for about an hour while leaning against the terrace railing. Meals are served in semi-private booth-style seating with sunken kotatsu tables. A quiet group of Western guests dined together in a large hall nearby.

I stayed for four nights as a base for my first trip to Okinawa. Additionally, I rented a set of pots, pans, and dishes (for a fee). The Nepalese staff at the front desk were always kind and helpful. I mostly left in the morning and returned at night, but they changed the towels daily and took out the trash, so it was comfortable. This time, I focused on sightseeing in the northern part of the main island of Okinawa, and Onna Village was in a perfect location, allowing me to visit various places. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I will definitely use your services again when I come to Okinawa.

I was worried because the Reviews I checked in advance were low, but I’m very satisfied. The Room was spacious, and the view toward Zenkoji Temple and the night scenery were amazing. The amenities were well stocked, and both the open-air bath and indoor bath were great. Since it was that time of year when the Room heating wasn’t on, it was cold, so I contacted the front desk and they brought me a fan heater. There were some stains and dirt on the carpet, and the amenities didn’t feel particularly luxurious, but at this price it’s more than enough. It seems like meal ratings are very low, but since my stay was No Meals Included, I can’t comment. If you go down about 10 minutes there’s a convenience store, and beyond that there’s an AEON mall, popular supermarkets, chain restaurants, and ramen shops—so even with No Meals Included there’s no problem. I’ll stay here again next year!!
