As soon as we stepped inside, we were amazed by the gorgeous interior and how much closer the ocean was than we had imagined. The ocean view was truly breathtaking—an experience you don’t often get. The welcome drinks at check-in came in many varieties, which made it feel special and was perfect hospitality on a hot day. Both dinner and breakfast were prepared at the time we requested, so we could relax. For dinner, the BBQ included local meats, seafood, vegetables, and more, with explanations provided for each item. It was our first time using this type of grill, but the staff kindly showed us how to use it, so even beginners could grill everything deliciously with confidence. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and we were very satisfied with dinner. We usually have to prepare everything ourselves for a BBQ (including cleanup), so it was great that the Hotel took care of everything. After dinner, we enjoyed coffee while watching the sunset. Three types of coffee beans and an electric grinder were provided, along with instructions on how to use the grinder and recommended grind sizes—so we could enjoy freshly brewed coffee and spend a truly special time. There was a jacuzzi on the terrace bath area, and our kids were thrilled since it was their first time. The amenities for children included cute dolphin toothbrushes and sponges, which they loved. For adults, there were ReFa shower heads as well as a hair dryer, hair iron/curling iron tools? , hair oil? etc., leaving our hair smoother than usual—we were delighted. The croissants and roast beef at breakfast were also delicious. We would definitely like to stay again.

I was moved by the sunset from the dining area on the 7th floor. The sashimi boat platter in the Plan was very fresh and delicious. The small pork hot pot was also excellent, and I really enjoyed it with beer and sake. The bath facilities are a bit old, but the water was great—my skin felt smooth, and I could relax and warm up thoroughly. From the hallway, I could see Mt. Chokai, and it looked as if the morning sun rose from its summit, which gave me energy.\nMt. Chokai, the sea, and Yuurari—I'd love to visit again.

Three family members in our 70s stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room. It’s a Showa-era building, but the Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We could also see a beautiful sunrise from the Room. The location was great, and we took an early-morning walk to Amanohashidate. For dinner, we chose the chef’s omakase Amanohashidate kaiseki course served in our Room, but it was far too much for us in our 70s and we felt sorry for leaving some of it. In hindsight, we should have asked about the menu before choosing the course. The bath had one tub and I recall there were seven or eight faucets and showers. It’s on the small side. It seemed that the men’s bath on the day we stayed was even smaller. The front desk staff answered our questions in a friendly manner. Overall, I think it offers very good value for money.

This was my first stay since the Hotel changed its name, but it remains one of my favorite Hotels in Okinawa. I stayed here on the third night of my 4-night, 5-day trip to Okinawa. As it had been a few years since my last visit, a wave of nostalgia hit me the moment I checked in. The Room layout is a bit like a maze, which is part of the fun, and the in-Room pool was just as spacious, clean, and refreshing as before. I also appreciated that it’s heated, so I could swim morning and night. All of the staff were pleasant, and I enjoyed chatting with them during meals. For dinner, I always request in-Room dining with the “Agu Pork Shabu-Shabu Plan,” and this time as well I thoroughly enjoyed it until I was completely full. Everything on the breakfast menu was delicious too, but especially the “Yushi Tofu,” which had an outstanding broth flavor. We were blessed with great weather, making for a very comfortable stay. I would love to stay again.

In addition to the splendid golden eye snapper, the sashimi and other dishes were also delicious and we really enjoyed them. The pudding was great too, but my personal favorite was the quiche. The owner, the hostess, and all the staff were kind and attentive. The Nekomatagi Championship was also fun. We were able to use the bath whenever we wanted for the most part. The guestbook mentioned facial lotion, but it wasn’t available in the bath area, so it would be even better if it were provided. With handmade town guides and other thoughtful touches, we felt a lot of warmth. It was a busy weekend trip, but a truly relaxing stay.

We stayed as a couple. The bath had excellent water quality, and we were able to enjoy a very relaxing soak. We have stayed at various Accommodations in the past, but the cuisine at Juraku was truly delicious. Not only dinner but also breakfast was wonderful—everything was so good that I can’t even list what stood out most. As for alcohol, there was an all-you-can-drink service between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm (including during dinner), which was perfect for us as we love drinks! The staff were kind, and their polite service made us feel comfortable. Another highlight worth mentioning is the guest room key. It is an automatic locking/unlocking system, and the solid security made us feel safe throughout our stay. This was our first time staying in Obama Onsen, and it was an Accommodation we were very satisfied with. We would love to stay again. Also, the sunset during dinner was beautiful! This was our second visit to this glamping site. Being able to enjoy glamping with no preparation and light luggage is a huge plus for those without camping experience, and the Facility felt clean overall, making it comfortable and reassuring for everyone from children to adults. Each Room dome has its own concept; the color schemes were beautiful and the amenities were well equipped. There were a mini fridge, electric kettle, instant coffee/tea/green tea, air conditioning/heating, plug-in insect repellent, a Bluetooth speaker, outlets with USB ports, blankets, a hanging rack, an external toilet & shower room (strong water pressure, adjustable temperature settings, and a washlet toilet), as well as a BBQ space. We chose the Plan with dinner and breakfast included. Everything was extremely delicious—and there was more than enough food. At night (depending on the weather) there was also a campfire option, which really added to the camping atmosphere. For future improvements, I’d love to see more activity options such as bamboo dragonfly toys or cup-making using bamboo; an athletic play area; seasonal events like fireworks or water-gun games; snowball fights or roasted sweet potatoes; or hands-on experiences like working in nearby rice fields or vegetable gardens. There is also a simple lookout platform in the bamboo grove that I don’t think was there last year. If the weather and timing are right, you can apparently see the ocean, townscape, and sunset from there. Outdoor voices tend to carry slightly into the domes, so I felt guests may need to be mindful of each other at night. The free-drink area was relatively close by and convenient to use. The beach is nearby as well—an ideal place if you simply want to relax. They also offered free rentals such as badminton sets and board/card games. We would love to come again.

I stayed for one night this time. The building exudes a full sense of a white resort, and the interior was very comfortable. It was a unique experience at the Hotel, with villas nestled in the forest and a terrace offering views of the sea through the garden. White peacocks appeared in the garden, which was truly impressive. The meals were exceptionally delicious, clearly showcasing attention to quality ingredients. I would love to visit again.

We arrived late at night but were warmly welcomed. The room was barrier-free, very spacious, and comfortable. We could enjoy the Onsen until 11 PM, which allowed us to relax and unwind. Thank you very much!

We stayed here for our ski trip. The location is perfect, right in front of the ski resort. While there are minor points that could affect ratings, overall we were satisfied. The Facility is undeniably old, but the service was good and the meals were as expected. One concern was the slight odor from the drainage in the washing area, which was unfortunate given how great the Onsen was. Also, the cheesecake is absolutely delicious!

Both the price and the service were exactly what I was looking for, and I was very satisfied. The complimentary photo session also resulted in wonderful photos, making it a great keepsake. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to use your service again if I have the opportunity.

The ocean was right in front of us, and we could hear the sound of the waves even inside the Room—it was very relaxing. The staff were also very pleasant and wonderful. We would love to stay here many more times in the future. Thank you very much.

I found this accommodation on Google Maps and stayed here. The room was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. The walls seemed a bit thin as I could hear some noise from the neighboring room. The staff were kind, and considering the price, it’s a good accommodation.

From the hostess’s warm welcome to the stunning third-floor Room and terrace with exceptional views. The Room has windows on three sides. Open the door and you’re greeted by a view of Cape Shionomisaki. A terrace where you can enjoy both sunset and sunrise. Every dish was delicious—we ordered two servings each of the meat course and the fish course, and ended up overeating. I was a bit surprised that access to the Room was via an outdoor staircase I hadn’t expected, but once you come down the stairs, Cape Shionomisaki is right in front of you. If it had been raining, getting around might have been tough, but luckily the rain from the previous day had cleared, temperatures rose, and my mood soared too. The bath is not an Onsen, but while it shows its age, it was clean and felt well maintained. Another thing I loved was the “duvet cover.” It felt so nice that I want to find one for home—I wish I’d asked what brand it was. The Room itself was so comfortable, and it was great to just zone out while gently swaying in the hammock.

This Hotel is highly recommended for anyone considering a stay around Lake Yamanaka near Mt. Fuji. What I appreciated most was the free Shuttle Service from the Fujisan-Yamanakako bus stop to the Hotel. It is available between 15:00 and 17:00, and being taken directly to the Hotel after getting off the bus made me feel very comfortable even on my first visit. If you plan to use it, be sure to make a Reservation in advance online or by phone. The location is also excellent, and Rooms on the Mt. Fuji side offer a stunning view of Mt. Fuji right from the window—truly a highlight. Being able to relax in your Room while enjoying that view feels special. All of the staff were very kind, and it was impressive how attentive and pleasant everyone was, regardless of nationality. The overall atmosphere was warm, and I felt at ease throughout my stay. Before staying, I had seen in a Review that “the shower room is a bit small,” which made me slightly concerned, but in reality it was a unit-bath style setup and personally felt like an appropriate size. It was easier to use than I expected, with no inconvenience at all. I also added meals on-site, and the eel course was excellent—I was very satisfied. There were plenty of dishes included, which was especially enjoyable for an eel lover like me. With great views, location, service, and dining all well balanced, this is a Hotel I would happily choose again.

We stayed for 4 nights. The Room was very spacious, with an unobstructed view—absolutely wonderful. Because there was a low table instead of a dining table, eating was a bit inconvenient, but it also made the Room feel even more open and airy. We planned to cook for ourselves, but it seems some Rooms have a small saucepan and others do not. We might have been able to borrow one if we asked, but we managed without it this time. (It would have been even better if plastic wrap had been provided.) One downside is that since it’s by the sea, the humidity is high, and because it faces west, laundry doesn’t dry easily. In that case, using the in-room clothes dryer in the bathroom worked well and dried everything nicely. Although our contact with Hotel staff was minimal, whenever we spoke to them they were attentive and considerate, which made our stay very comfortable. We would love to stay again for a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

It was a wonderful villa with a lovely atmosphere and great views. Two issues: the dryer switched to cool air drying a few minutes after starting, so it was unusable. Also, please make it so that people inside the toilet cannot be seen through the door (especially when the light is on). That was very uncomfortable.

I’m satisfied and would be happy to stay again if I have the opportunity.

We were worried about the outdoor pool in the extreme heat, but the sea breeze kept it cool and our grandchildren enjoyed it. Snow crab was served at dinner, which surprised everyone since it was summer. They also grilled steak for us, and it was delicious. The watermelon was sweet, and there were also chocolate fondue and ice cream. The breakfast buffet was wonderful too, especially while enjoying the ocean view. We would love to stay again.

In addition to the in-Room bath, there is a large public bath with a small sauna, which was very nice. There is also a laundry with a dryer, which seems convenient for longer stays. The ocean view from the Room was also very relaxing.
