I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. When I called, they kindly said they would log out for me—thank you so much. Thank you as well for all your help regarding the bath. I’d love to visit again!

The property was incredibly clean and spacious, making us feel like we could live here permanently. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 children (ages 4, 2, and two infants), and it was more than enough space. The 4-year-old and 2-year-old were thrilled with the large house and bath, while the crawling infants had plenty of room to move around. Amenities for all 10 of us were thoughtfully prepared, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing morning bath. The sauna was also a highlight—3 adults used it at once with plenty of room to spare, making it hard to leave! Although the parking is listed as accommodating three cars, we found it tight for two standard cars and one compact car; unloading luggage was a bit challenging. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would love to make staying here an annual tradition. The owner communicated kindly via phone and messages throughout our stay—thank you so much!

The room was neither too spacious nor too small, just the right size for two adults. The room was also clean (though I noticed a long hair on the robe, which concerned me slightly). The bath was an open-air one, and while there were houses a bit further away that made me wonder if they could see in, there were adjustable automatic shutters. When fully lowered, they completely blocked the view from outside and kept out the cold air. Despite snow remaining from the previous day, we could enjoy a warm soak without feeling chilly. The temperature of the bath was just right for relaxing. Concerns: We chose a plan with in-room dining for our meals. However, after grilling meat during dinner, its smell lingered throughout the room until bedtime. While it might have been our oversight as well, future guests opting for this plan might want to keep their bedroom doors closed during meals to avoid this issue. It would be considerate if staff could mention this when serving meals or perhaps provide additional amenities like room sprays alongside air purifiers to enhance comfort further. That said, the meat was tender and delicious; other dishes were also very tasty with portions that felt just right. With free beer dispensers, ice cream machines, drinks in the fridge available at no extra cost, and even foot baths provided—this is overall a wonderful accommodation! Next time I’d love to visit again with my mother. Thank you for your hospitality!

We stayed as three families this time. Although it was June, the rainy season had already ended and there were no typhoons, so we had perfect sunny weather every day—an amazing location. The ocean and the pool were both beautiful, and we spent most of our time in Okinawa enjoying ourselves at the Hotel. In any case, the ocean and pool are outstanding. We stayed in the South Tower, and since the Main Tower and South Tower are separated it felt a bit like a maze, but the kids enjoyed that “maze” feeling, and we did too—saying it was good exercise after meals. The food was delicious, and we felt each staff member’s hospitality was excellent, so we would like to stay again. Also, the zipline drone video footage was incredible and truly moving—our top recommendation. The bath water temperature was quite hot and our child didn’t soak in it, so we think it would be better if it were a little cooler. Also, having cups available—not just a water dispenser—would make it easier to drink. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us during our stay.

Fresh sashimi and a variety of colorful, vibrant dishes were served, so much that I couldn't finish them all. The dessert at dinner was also incredibly delicious. Since I couldn't finish everything during dinner, I was allowed to take it back to my Room and enjoyed it after my bath. The bath and the Room were clean, spacious, and very convenient to use. When I sent photos of the food to my parents, they said it looked amazing. Next time, I'd love to bring my parents along. Shakujin Shrine was nearby as well, so I was able to fulfill my wish of visiting there!

We had a truly wonderful time thanks to the clean Room and excellent Facility. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, and the cutlery and dishes were spotless, making our stay very comfortable. There was a power outage on Ishigaki Island on the day of checkout, but you handled it smoothly. We will definitely come again!!

After my first stay in April, I became completely captivated by Kito Nasu and decided I absolutely had to visit again within the year. This was my long-awaited second stay! Last time, I stayed for one night, but it wasn’t enough to fully enjoy this wonderful place, so this time I stayed for two nights! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a delightful blend of wood and incense scents that make you want to take a deep breath. The sauna was as amazing as ever!! The layout is well thought out, and the fresh air makes outdoor cooling sessions incredibly refreshing. If you're experienced with lighting wood saunas, it’s easy to get started; even if it’s your first time, there’s a clear manual provided so anyone can do it quickly! The bathroom amenities are thoughtfully stocked with MUJI products. There’s not only a hairdryer but also a hair iron available. While there is just one mirror in the space, it's spacious enough for two people to use comfortably. I absolutely love the Aqua Feel bath that amazed me during my last visit—it makes you want to soak endlessly! (This time I used it five times!) The washing machine and gas dryer are super convenient; they even provide high-quality fabric softener that leaves your laundry warm, fluffy, and wonderfully fragrant after every wash. The restroom plays soothing music when seated and has its own handwashing area—very convenient—and yes, even the restroom smells great! The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including a large refrigerator and plenty of stylish tableware. Everything here exceeds expectations—it feels like every “wouldn’t it be nice if they had this” has already been anticipated at Kito Nasu. Personally speaking, I don’t think there’s another private accommodation as charming as this one anywhere else. I’ve already started planning my next trip while searching through social media for similar private accommodations like Kito Nasu—but nothing compares so far! So now I'm thinking about visiting again early next year—this time for three nights! It truly feels like a second home where each visit makes you want to stay longer—a very relaxing accommodation. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

I stayed as a solo guest. The room was truly right in front of the ocean, and whether I was in the living room, bedroom, or bath, the view of the blue sea was incredibly refreshing. Since cooking utensils were provided, I made a reservation with No Meals Included but enjoyed dinner at Amanoyu, a restaurant within the group facility. I also found it very appealing that I could access both the sake bar and onsen at Yokaikan, another group facility! I initially planned to relax and work in the villa but was pleasantly surprised to have access to such a spacious public bath! Working surrounded by the sea in such a spacious room was very fulfilling; next time, I'd love to try having a BBQ with friends. Thank you so much!

The in-Room dining tasted great, and the portions were very satisfying! If I had to say one thing, it would be perfect if the time between courses could be a bit shorter. I ended up feeling full while waiting (lol). The open-air bath in the Room was also amazing—I think I used it about 10 times (lol).

The place was thoroughly cleaned, and I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed here last October, and this was my second visit. It’s a new, clean Ryokan, and both the proprietress and the staff were very pleasant. The meals were full of seafood, and I was completely satisfied. However, the changing area in the bath was cold, and the floor there was also cold. The bathwater in the tub was lukewarm as well, so I didn’t feel very warmed up, which was disappointing.

Since it was a No Meals Included plan, we were able to stay at a very reasonable price, and we could also use the wonderful dog run and pool. Throughout the Hotel, we could feel the staff’s kindness and consideration toward dogs, which made our stay very comfortable.

I stayed here to see the sagaribana just before the typhoon. This was my second visit. The hosts’ warm, unpretentious hospitality is wonderful—it really makes you feel like you’ve come to the island. The stars in the night sky were beautiful, almost unbelievable with a typhoon approaching. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

We took a ferry with our rental car to Mukaishima. While the uphill approach was a bit challenging as expected, the view of Onomichi Channel and the town's nightscape from the Room and bath exceeded all expectations! The staff were friendly, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant evening.

I stayed in a single, but it was more like a partitioned space with a curtain at the entrance than a private Room. The pull-out storage was convenient. I had a chance to talk with another guest staying in a single, and it was a nice time. The women-only washroom, toilets, and bath area were clean. Convenience stores and shops are within walking distance, but restaurants may be fully booked or closed on certain days. The Shuttle Service was very helpful. You can freely use the lounge where you can bring your own food. Sometimes there is no staff at reception, but you can contact them by mobile phone when needed. Wi-Fi in the Room building was hard to connect to, so I used it near reception instead. If I visit Rishiri again, I would like to stay here again.

I believe this reflects an intentional design by the owners (a couple): creating a place to Clear people’s senses. 5) The main focus is not “people,” but “place” and “nature” → Prioritizing “what you feel” over “who made it.” 6) A commitment to completing the Accommodation as a “work” → Only three rooms; no adding more Facility features. No indiscriminate advertising. → A mindset of “only those who understand need to come,” aligned with traditional house restoration values. You could say this is for travelers whose purpose is to feel restored and re-centered: 7) Your body resets in the Onsen 8) Your senses reset through fire and food 9) Your mind resets through satoyama landscapes and an old folk house → Redefining travel from consumption to renewal. As tools for restoration, it offers free-flowing natural hot spring water, silence, an aesthetic space, and an Accommodation with high experiential value. → Not just “staying overnight,” but a trip where something changes. Nana’s philosophy feels almost perfectly aligned—its ideas and their realization overlap naturally. Among all the places I’ve stayed in Japan over the past few years, this was the best. In other words, choosing Nana—even for just one night—as a journey to re-center my senses and experience it as a complete work turned out exactly right. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I arrived at 2 PM with an early check-in. Despite the last-minute request, the staff kindly accommodated me. First, I went to the main building where I was welcomed with a drink. The view of the ocean right in front of me was breathtaking! While enjoying the stunning scenery of the sun and sea, I received an explanation about the facility. I used a private open-air Onsen with a Japanese-style design. It was more spacious than it looked in photos, allowing for a relaxing soak in the Onsen. The changing room was also large and clean, with towels provided so you can use it hands-free. After bathing, I enjoyed coffee from a De'Longhi coffee machine while spending some leisurely time. The room was clean and spacious, and as soon as I entered, there was a fresh scent of wood that gave off a sense of newness. For dinner, since I brought my own food ingredients, charcoal for grilling was delivered at 6 PM as requested. Using this charcoal grill along with rice cooked in an electric pressure cooker (which cooks rice in just 20 minutes) provided one of the best dining experiences I've had. Later on, I enjoyed some drinks at the main building before returning to my room to relax in another bath while listening to ocean waves—a perfect moment doing absolutely nothing! The only downsides were that one dish had leftover sauce from previous use and hadn’t been cleaned properly; also, when trying to use a lantern provided by them—it wasn’t charged enough and turned off after just two seconds even if tipped over slightly. Despite these minor issues overall cleanliness stood out positively! I'd love visiting again on sunny days ahead—thank you very much!

The soothing sights of the surrounding hills and the sounds of the river and insects were truly relaxing. The room was clean, and dinner was a delightful BBQ on the terrace while enjoying the sunset view. The meal included vegetables, rice balls, pickles, and an abundance of delicious meat. The private bath in a separate building was spacious and refreshing! Morning and evening walks were incredibly pleasant! Breakfast was absolutely amazing—homemade bread, homemade bacon, freshly picked vegetable salad—it made for a luxurious and blissful morning. There were two adorable dogs guarding the fields; they were so friendly and cute! This wonderful accommodation is filled with the kindness of its warm-hearted owner family. We also received plenty of fresh vegetables as souvenirs—they were incredibly delicious. Thank you for such a fantastic time!

I made a Reservation based on reviews saying it’s close to the sea and the sunsets are beautiful, but it rained from the morning on the day, so we couldn’t see the sunset. We also planned to walk along the beach with our dog, but it was too cold and we had to cancel. The Room was very clean and beautiful, and we were satisfied, but it was disappointing that we couldn’t do what we had hoped for.

I have experienced almost all luxury vacations in Japan, but the support here is undoubtedly the best in the country. We ended up staying on a day when a severe cold wave hit, and upon mentioning the cold, they immediately went out to purchase and set up a heater for us. Despite being a large facility, it was impeccably clean with no complaints about cleanliness. Even though it was a vacation stay, their thorough support allowed us to feel at ease during our accommodation. In contrast to another nearby new facility called N ○○tami where even the main power for the sauna wasn’t turned on and inquiries were poorly handled—making it impossible to use the sauna—this place responded promptly to everything we needed. The staff quality here is comparable to that of butlers at The Ritz Hotel. It’s clear that the owner is very competent. The location is also wonderful and provided an excellent change of pace. Thank you so much! On particularly cold days, having heaters in each room would be even better; however, during daytime hours, sunlight streamed in beautifully and kept us warm enough.
