We stayed here during Golden Week with three family members and our dog. First of all, the service from both the Hotel staff and the restaurant staff was outstanding. For meals, we had Italian cuisine for dinner and both Japanese and Western options for breakfast, and everything was delicious. To be honest, we felt a bit uneasy before arriving because we had seen some negative Reviews—but that wasn’t the case at all. If you keep in mind that you can spend time with your pet anywhere, this is a wonderful Facility. Compared with a luxury Ryokan or Hotel, it may be different—but the bath was spacious and the location was great. Considering that you can stay with your pet both in your Room and at the dining area, we felt it offered excellent value. It really depends on what you prioritize when choosing an Accommodation. We’ve visited several pet-friendly Accommodations, but here we were able to relax without any stress. I believe that’s thanks to the thoughtful care and excellent service from all the staff. We definitely want to visit again with our pet. Thank you very much.

I made a Reservation the day before and was a bit worried, but everything—the Room, meals, staff service, bath, and the Hotel lobby—was excellent. From the Room, Yuyawan Bay spread out before me, and since the weather was good, I was able to see both the sunset and sunrise. For dinner, we ate at the on-site restaurant and chose from the restaurant menu; unlike a buffet, we could relax and enjoy our meal at the table. Breakfast was served in a private room. There were many breakfast options, and the rice in particular was delicious. The bath area was very clean. Bathing while looking out at both the sea and mountains was wonderful, and the Onsen water had a silky texture—each time I soaked in it, my skin felt smoother. It’s a Hotel I’d like to visit again. At welcome drinks they also offered alcohol, soft drinks, and snacks. It’s a comfortable place to stay.

An early Father’s Day gift: an Onsen trip! He was really happy to relax and take his time enjoying both the Onsen and the meals, and I was glad to see him so pleased.

After visiting Ise Jingu from Tokyo, we stayed here. The Hotel is close to Kumano Sanzan and located by the Pacific Ocean. The staff were all wonderful, and the dinner featuring fresh tuna bowl, whale sashimi, and Tatsuta-age was exquisite. At the nearby Whale Museum, we had a rare experience feeding and touching whales. This clean and lovely Hotel offers a luxurious breakfast accompanied by live piano music. We stayed for two nights, enjoying the slow pace of time in Taiji Town—a place filled with whale and dolphin monuments—and hoped that this traditional fishing culture continues for generations to come. The Facility is wonderful and the location is outstanding! There are no other Accommodations nearby, so it’s a very quiet environment. The beach is just a short walk away, and I was able to relax and enjoy three peaceful days. I would definitely stay again next time! That’s all.

Both check-in and check-out were smooth, which was very helpful. The meals were also very delicious, and we were very satisfied. Since we stayed on a hot summer day, if I had to ask for one thing: There are various baths, so it might be nice if one of them were a lukewarm tub. It’s a Facility you can fully enjoy.

I stayed here on my first visit to Kushiro in 13 years. It was very convenient—close to the station and just a short walk to MOO. During the wait between riding the Norokko Train and the sunset cruise, I was able to take a shower and recharge. After coming back in the cold, I went straight to the large public bath; the water was pleasantly hot and really refreshed me. I would have liked to relax longer, but I checked out before 8:00 a.m. the next morning to tour the lake on the Pirika boat. It was a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

Many international guests were staying there. During meals, the staff kindly asked if they could serve portions for us and made sure to let us know so that the small children wouldn’t have to wait in line. My grandchildren were very happy as well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The sun viewed from the ocean-view Room is endlessly captivating. The building is older, but it offers a spacious layout and is kept very clean. The meals when I stayed before were also delicious, made with local ingredients.

I stayed for two nights. The Room, the Facility, and the staff’s hard work were wonderful, and the free-flowing natural Onsen was excellent and very relaxing. I believe it may be a cold spring, but it never made me feel chilled, and being able to soak for a long time is a real treat for Onsen lovers. The Plan included two meals with an all-you-can-drink option at dinner. Dinner had many dishes, but some items that should have been served hot were already cold, and things like the hot-plate grill ended up with the sauce burning, so it was somewhat disappointing. I was happy that Sapporo Classic was included in the all-you-can-drink menu, but since delicacies such as sea urchin were served, I would have appreciated a better selection of sake. For women in particular, options like plum wine would also have been nice. Breakfast offered a variety of small side dishes that I enjoyed; having yogurt would have been great as well. I’m sorry for leaving what may sound like complaints—I wrote them because I truly hope you will continue to improve.

I took time off work to stay one night at Hyatt Regency Kyoto. At the front desk, the restaurant, and throughout the Hotel, I truly felt the pride of a first-class Hotel in the outstanding hospitality shown to guests. I was especially moved by the warm service from the staff at Cafe 33. Thank you very much. Despite closing due to aging facilities, the lobby and guest room were beautiful and impeccably clean. I am highly sensitive—especially to sound—but there were no footsteps or everyday noises from other guests in my room, and I was able to experience exceptional quiet. I strongly hope to stay again before it closes. Thank you.

It is conveniently located near Matsue Castle, and we stayed here while sightseeing.

We have been staying here once or twice a year for about the past 13 years. It has become a cherished family tradition. This time as well, during the May holiday period, the three of us stayed (Japanese-Western style room with dinner and breakfast included), and we returned home extremely satisfied with the consistently reliable service. Even amid recent challenging changes such as rising prices, we can see that you have made tremendous management efforts to maintain both your service quality and pricing. I stayed here for a trip to Mt. Tsukuba Shrine, the Omido pilgrimage, and the Makabe Hina Festival. I also used the private bath, and both the Room and bath were great. This time I booked with breakfast only (no dinner), but breakfast was served in a half-buffet style and the rice was delicious. Next time I’d like to stay with two meals included. Some Reviews mentioned that the toilet is small, but the Room was very clean and nice. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Thanks to the warm smiles and hospitality of the staff, we were able to relax from the moment we arrived. We were impressed by how efficiently our meals were prepared. It was far, far better than in-room dining at a Hotel. The shabu-shabu and the morning sandwiches were outstanding. In a wonderful Room with views of Okinawa’s nature and the sea, our family was able to spend an amazing time together. Soaking in the bath at a leisurely pace while taking in the ocean, greenery, and birdsong left a lasting impression on us. We had been told there might be insects, but perhaps due to the strong wind and temperatures, we hardly saw any during our stay. If we have another chance, we would love to visit again. We stayed for one night with breakfast included, accommodating four people. The room was an ocean-view room. Stepping out onto the spacious balcony, we were greeted by a stunning ocean view. The scenery was beautiful. Inside the room, there were two beds and two futons laid out on a tatami space. The room was spacious enough for four people to stay comfortably. Both the room lights and bathroom lights had dimming functions, which are rare in accommodations, allowing us to adjust brightness as needed—this made it feel like home. It’s a great hotel for an extended stay. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options; while not extensive in variety, there were plenty of well-balanced dishes to choose from, all of which were delicious. Although there didn’t seem to be any izakaya-style restaurants nearby, it was nice that some izakayas offered shuttle service to and from the hotel. The price of the hotel is also reasonable. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity!

I enjoyed a luxurious glamping experience right in front of the ocean. The air felt a bit dry due to the heating, but the breakfast delivered in a basket—made with local ingredients—was truly delicious! It also seemed that the neighboring KAMOME SLOW HOTEL is an affiliated Facility, so I’d love to stay there next time as well.

Our stay for three men, all turning 72 this year, was very enjoyable. - We could park right in front of the Hotel, and the lift ticket counter is connected to the front desk. The 1-day pass was inexpensive (about half the price of other ski resorts), and Accommodation guests also received a 500-yen discount. - Both the Room and the large public bath were spacious, so we could relax. The dinner buffet included 1 hour of all-you-can-drink, and although there was no all-you-can-eat crab option, dishes were replenished quickly when they ran out, which we enjoyed. - A few points to consider: the air conditioner in the Room was quite noisy, and there were no chairs in the ski locker room. Also, the shop’s refrigerator only had ice cream and no ice; unfortunately, a store diagonally across from the parking lot had sold out of ice as well. All of the Southeast Asian staff at both reception and the restaurant were very pleasant—thank you for a wonderful ski trip.

It was truly wonderful. Everything was impeccably clean. The location was perfect, and we were able to relax and unwind. The amenities were well stocked and stylish. The robes were fluffy, too. It was great that pajamas and a light jacket for the sauna were provided! I also appreciated having a hair iron! Although dinner isn’t provided, there’s a Chef Garden within walking distance, so we took a stroll and picked up food there. You can enjoy alcohol as well, and the drink service was excellent—this price offers outstanding value for money.
