Thank you for taking such great care of us the other day. The Room and meals were excellent in every way. We were especially impressed by the all-crab feast. We were very satisfied with the many delicious dishes, including medium-fatty tuna (chutoro). We look forward to visiting again with our family to enjoy another Premium tour.

I ended up enjoying three baths—at night, midnight, and in the morning—and found it pleasantly uncrowded each time. The staff at reception were exceptionally kind and helpful—both male and female employees made us feel welcome. One minor disappointment was that there were no yuk

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, and it’s an ideal location for visiting Onsen spots, with easy access to the town center. It’s also close to the Kitahama bus terminal, making bus travel very convenient. The Hotel Onsen has its own natural hot spring source, and since the water temperature is lower than many of the Onsens in town, I personally preferred it. The breakfast venue was spacious and clean. The food was delicious and very satisfying. The front desk staff were extremely kind and pleasant. There are so many restaurants nearby that it’s hard to choose. A Multiple Night Stay is recommended.

It was a wonderful Room where we could soak in a free-flowing hot spring bath while enjoying the spectacular views of Mt. Hakusan, soothing our tired bodies and minds from everyday life. The meals were also excellent, with delicious dishes served in a private dining room. The building feels a bit old, but it was clean, and it was a comfortable Hotel for us seniors. It is an Accommodation we would like to visit again.

For the past few years, I’ve been staying at the Phoenix Park Hotel whenever I visit Nago. Before that, I used other Accommodations as well. This Hotel is quiet, and 21st Century Forest Park (the beach) is just across the road—an excellent location, with a Starbucks also set to open on the beachside in mid-April 2026. The number of parking spaces in front of the Hotel is limited, but there is plenty of parking on adjacent lots (three locations within a 30-second to 2-minute walk), so it’s not an issue. There’s also a Seven-Eleven within a short walk (under 5 minutes). Emerald, a pasta & pizza place right near the Hotel, is delicious, serves generous portions, and offers reasonable prices. I plan to stay here again next time.

A rare Hotel in Naha City where all guest rooms offer views of Naha Port. Enjoy a buffet-style breakfast with freshly baked bread, roast beef, and Okinawan cuisine while overlooking the harbor view.

We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath. Overall, we were satisfied with everything—the bath, the meals, and the service. We had a wonderful time. The in-room open-air bath while looking out at the sea was very comfortable. The large public bath was also very spacious and not crowded, so we could relax and enjoy it. Both dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented, and we enjoyed them very much—especially the grilled abalone and shabu-shabu. We deducted a few points because the parking lot is far away (which could be difficult in rainy weather), there are limited choices for meal times, the Room does not have an automatic lock, and noise from the hallway carries easily, but overall we think it is a great Accommodation that we can recommend to friends.

I stayed here twice a few years ago, and I was truly happy to be able to return after a long time. All of the staff were genuinely pleasant, and I had a very relaxing stay. In particular, thank you to Mr./Ms. H (I’m using an initial as I’m not sure if it’s okay to share the name) who assisted with my check-in. One thing only: I used FORNI for both dinner and breakfast. At dinner, my meat was upgraded, but I wasn’t asked about my preferred doneness. At breakfast, we were told it would be a choice of main dish plus a semi-buffet, but later we were informed that choosing the Japanese set would not include the semi-buffet, which was a bit disappointing. Even so, this is truly a wonderful Hotel. I look forward to visiting again.

I stayed here last year and it was so comfortable that I came back again this year. You can use the pool until late at night, the Room has a great view, and the on-site restaurant is excellent. It’s efficiently managed, so there are quite a few self-service aspects. That’s convenient with no hassle, but older guests may find it a bit confusing. Having a front-loading washing machine in the Room is extremely helpful (detergent is also provided). If you plan to enjoy the pool and other facilities, be sure to make your Reservation in the Central Building, as each building is separate.

But that’s only if I had to point something out—overall we were extremely satisfied!! We would definitely like to stay again. To the gentlemen and ladies in the dining area: thank you so much for arranging things so that we could take our meal back to our Room for our fussy c

This was my first time in Toi, and I thoroughly enjoyed the quality and temperature of the Onsen. The staff's attentiveness was excellent, making for a very pleasant stay. The Ryokan's facility felt a bit old but had its own charm, which I found quite nice in its way. The Onsen was well-maintained and clean, leaving a good impression. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was very quiet at night, allowing me to have a restful sleep.

From check-in until our car left the Ryokan, the staff naturally came outside to welcome and see us off. I think there are very few Ryokan or Hotels that do this. The preparation of the futon bedding and in-Room dining was pleasant, and it made for a wonderful stay. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were very satisfying. If I had one request, I would be happy if there were a bit more local vegetables—especially for guests in their 50s like us. This may be a matter of preference, but I felt the miso soup would have been even better if it were served a little hotter. Similarly, I would have preferred the water in the large public bath to be slightly hotter. What impressed me most was how thoroughly everything was cleaned. Even at expensive Hotels or Ryokan, you often notice dust in hidden areas or peeling wallpaper and small flaws here and there, but everything visible was very clean. Precisely because it isn’t brand-new, it felt especially comfortable. It was my first stay here, but I feel like I got great value. My only concern is that many of the staff seemed to be around my age or a bit older, so I hope this Ryokan will continue for many years and be passed on to the next generation so guests can keep enjoying it. Our stay coincided with Typhoon No. 9. Normally, dinner requires a Reservation, but since going out or ordering delivery was difficult, they kindly provided a special Okinawa soba dinner for us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the sauna, pool, or the starry sky we had been looking forward to, but thanks to the friendly staff, all-you-can-drink beverages and snacks, and the jacuzzi, we had a very satisfying stay.

The Facility has been renovated and is very well cleaned, with no pet odors or stains. The meals were delicious, and since it was a weekday there were few other guests, so we could relax without worrying. All the staff were kind, and we were touched to receive an illustration of our pet. They even saw us off until we were out of sight when we left, which made us want to come again. Weekdays are recommended! Thank you very much.

Bath baskets were also prepared, showcasing thoughtful attention to detail. Personally, I appreciated that bathrobes were provided as well. This accommodation combines spectacular views, exquisite meals enjoyed at leisure in your room, and heartfelt hospitality from the staff in

Yukata were provided. If possible, I would have appreciated having loungewear in the Room as well. Breakfast was very disappointing, as most items seemed to be frozen foods that were simply reheated. The rice, however, was cooked in a pot and was very delicious. The staff member on the floor had a pleasant smile.

It was disappointing that it was so cloudy we couldn’t see the sunset or Mt. Fuji, but we were satisfied with the Hotel. If there was any issue, it was the squeaking sound of the glass door when entering the bathroom area from the Room, and the air purifier attached to the latest air conditioner was quite loud. The cleanliness of the Room, the campfire, the meals, unlimited beer and soft drinks, and other thoughtful small services were all excellent.

This unexpected beauty left me deeply moved as I sat by the window enjoying coffee while gazing out at this historic scenery—it felt truly wonderful to visit Yashima with its renowned history. I also visited a nearby shrine where historical figures from the Genpei War were depic

I was able to make a Reservation easily, and since I linked it with PayPay, payment was also simple. I’m satisfied because it was cheaper than other sites.

This was our first stay with three dogs. The meals and the Onsen were excellent. The Room was very clean and comfortable. Above all, the staff were kind, making this a truly warm and welcoming Accommodation. We will definitely return. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
