It was so lush and green that it hardly felt like Osaka, and it was incredibly relaxing. The staff were kind, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. We will visit again.

The Room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well, so it was very comfortable. The services are great—manga, a choice of amenities, one complimentary ice cream, and a Japanese sake tasting set. The lighting in the Room felt a little dim for reading manga, but you can also read in the manga corner. Great value at this price with all these services. The front desk staff were also very polite. Next time I’d like to stay with breakfast included.

It was conveniently located close to Laguna Ten Bosch. We stayed in a Room with a private bath. The view was great, and the bath felt open and airy and was very clean—our children were delighted. The staff were very helpful, and the welcome services were also excellent. The meals were delicious, and the children’s menu was thoughtfully planned with good nutritional balance, which was wonderful. It was an Accommodation we would like to stay at again. We visit Okinawa every year with our friends’ family, and now we can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Sunset Village. What stands out most is the breathtaking view from the hilltop. While you can fully enjoy Chatan’s beautiful scenery, the location is also very convenient—an excellent base for getting to areas on the east coast such as Okinawa City. It’s spacious enough that even two families can stay together comfortably, and we’ve discovered a new pleasure: gathering everyone around the dining table in the Room, not just eating out. The kids love this Room too and are already asking to come back next time. We’d like to adjust our schedule early so we can stay here again next year.

We were planning an Onsen trip to celebrate my mother, and it was the first trip for three generations of our family. Since my mother cannot use the large public bath, we looked for a Room with a private open-air bath. Thanks to that, she was able to enjoy the Onsen. The bath in our Room was also fed by Onsen water, and she was very happy. We chose the standard kaiseki meal, but the portions were more than enough—so much that my sons had to give up at both dinner and breakfast. When I requested a cake for my mother’s 88th birthday celebration, they even prepared a red celebratory vest (chanchanko) for her as well, and we truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. The building was clean. The large public bath was small but spotless, and we were very satisfied. In the lobby there was a local sake tasting service, and in the morning there was also coffee service—everything felt very well provided. Our whole family was extremely satisfied. All of the staff were kind, and we had a comfortable stay. It became a wonderful celebratory trip. Thank you very much.

I made a Reservation right as Golden Week began. All the staff were kind, and it truly felt like a Japanese Hotel. A very pleasant Hotel!!

The Room is Western-style, clean, and the beds are spacious, so five of us could sleep comfortably. The bath and meals are at Kotohiki Kairo next door. The bath was large and relaxing, and we enjoyed a delicious meal while watching the sunset over the sea.

They were extremely kind. The next day, I tried to book a sightseeing taxi, but none were available and I was in trouble. A member of the Hotel staff kindly showed me around for half a day. Thank you so much. It may be rude to say this, but I was surprised to find such a wonderful Hotel in Oki.

I first stayed here in January 2026, and this was my second visit. This time I returned in the season of fresh greenery, and along the several dozen meters from the accommodation building to the separate Onsen building, white citrus blossoms were in full bloom. I was able to enjoy their sweet fragrance while soaking in the Onsen. It’s wonderful that each season brings new discoveries. The meals were consistently high quality, and I was satisfied with both the taste and portion size.

It’s not a new Hotel, but it was kept clean and there were no issues. The meals were delicious. However, I’d like to see more menu options, even if the price is slightly higher.

I stayed here for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and I’m glad I did—I had a very satisfying stay. At check-in, the gentleman who assisted me was extremely courteous, which made for a pleasant start to my trip. The Room was spotless, and I was especially happy with the well-stocked amenities. The shower in the Room was excellent. I had assumed it would be small, but there was plenty of space and strong water pressure—very satisfying. I also used the Onsen and the pool. The pool had a great view; it was a shame it was cloudy that day, but there were warmer areas in the water temperature-wise, which felt really nice. If I had to mention one thing, it would be perfect if they were directly connected to the Hotel with no need to go outside. I wanted to use the Onsen before checkout, but even though it isn’t far, you still have to walk outdoors—and I didn’t feel comfortable doing that right after waking up without makeup—so I gave up on that idea. Still, I had a fulfilling and worthwhile time overall, and I’m glad I chose to stay here.

A new Hotel, and everything is clean. It is a little away from downtown, but still within walking distance. Only breakfast is available; dinner is not provided. The breakfast buffet has just the right variety, and personally I liked that it didn’t lead to overeating. It gets crowded on days with group guests, so be aware. You can see the sea from the window, so the view is nice enough. Parking is free. There is a public bath and a coin laundry (washer and dryer are separate machines) on the second floor, which is convenient even for long stays. There is a 24-hour supermarket just a short walk away, making shopping easy as well. Since it was a corner Room, it was spacious. With a table, chairs, and a sofa, you can relax comfortably.

I stayed here for my second night on a solo trip. Tucked away down a small path, it was so quiet—no traffic noise, just birds and insects. There were even cute little frogs on the terrace, which felt wonderful for someone who loves wildlife. The grounds are beautifully planted with lots of greenery, and the Room was extremely clean. The meals used ingredients harvested on the property and were outstanding—carefully prepared and delicate, yet warmly home-style at the same time. After the delicious dinner, they prepared a beautiful open-air bath for me, and I slept like a log until right before breakfast time. The owner couple were also very kind, sharing details about the ingredients, the plants on the property, and recommended spots to visit. This is a truly wonderful Accommodation filled with their care in every aspect—from the Room to the food to all Facilities. It’s an Accommodation I’ll definitely want to return to. The check-in service was excellent, and the Room was comfortable, so I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I would like to stay here again next time. From JR Bentencho Station, it felt a bit far when carrying a suitcase, so next time I plan to use the subway.

I stayed in a Superior Twin on the 9th floor. From the window, you can see the sea of Otaru, and the sunrise rising from there is truly breathtaking. From the large public bath, you can also enjoy Otaru’s night view, and the scenery helps melt away your fatigue. Since this is Hokkaido, I chose No Meals Included. In hindsight, I think adding breakfast might have been a good idea.

The Room was spacious and had a great ocean view. The meals were served in just the right portions, and every fish dish was delicious. Breakfast venues are often crowded, but here there was plenty of space, so we could dine comfortably in a relaxed, calm atmosphere. We would love to stay again.
