I booked at the last minute and only a Room with beds was available, but I was surprised to find that a larger Room was available on the day. Since the price was low, I wasn’t expecting much from the meals, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious and I was very satisfied. The front desk staff kindly explained various things, and I would like to stay again next time.

I made this Reservation on behalf of my father and mother. They really liked the Onsen, and they said the breakfast style—taking small side dishes—made it easy even for my father, who has limited use of his hands. Last time they took more food than they could finish, so this time we chose the lowest-priced Plan, but they were still satisfied with the meals. They love the hot spring water. We look forward to staying again.

We were able to relax in a retro yet well-kept Room. The main meal, especially the tuna, was truly outstanding, and everything—from the delicious dishes and local sake to the freshly cooked rice—was wonderful, allowing us to enjoy a lovely time. This was our second stay at Seven Colors, following last year. After our stay last year, we didn’t hesitate to choose it again this year because everything was outstanding—the views, the baths, the food, and above all the wonderful hospitality from the staff. This time was just as fantastic. Due to a typhoon approaching and JAL’s special arrangements, we had to cancel one night, but you kindly processed a refund. I truly appreciate your excellent handling of the situation. Thank you very much. The views are amazing, and I especially love breakfast—absolutely my favorite. Thank you as well for accommodating takeout so we could head to the beach; both the portion size and taste were excellent. We’ll be back for two nights in October. We’re also planning another visit in November. Highly recommended.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. The dining area was spacious, and the food was delicious—overall, it was very good. There were also a well-equipped arcade and shop, so we could enjoy ourselves even while staying inside the Hotel. It was also great that there was a nearby ropeway to Atami Castle. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Atami.

It was great that we could use the bath anytime. The open-air bath uses natural hot spring water, and the temperature was very hot, but it left my skin feeling smooth. The Room was also very spacious. There were power outlets next to the bed, which was a nice touch. However, the air conditioner vent was directly overhead, so it felt cold. The dining venue was very large, so even with many guests it didn’t feel too crowded. There was a wide variety of dishes and free drinks, so we were very satisfied. All of the desserts were especially delicious.

True to its name, the baths were excellent. The large public bath was spacious, and the open-air bath in the Room was a comfortable size, so we were able to fully enjoy the baths. The meals also offered a wide variety; we had rice with simmered golden eye snapper and left completely satisfied. The rice was especially delicious, and we ate more than we should have. We would love to stay again.

One of my recent pleasures has been traveling during summer vacation with my daughter and grandchild. This year, we chose Kinosaki Marine World. The Accommodation was naturally Kinparo. For two days, we had unlimited entry and re-entry. That was very helpful. We enjoyed the attractions too—like the dolphin trainer experience—and had fun like kids again. Of course, my 6-year-old grandchild was thrilled as well. The meals and the Onsen were great. However, there is room for improvement in the children’s menu. Kids have sharp taste buds. Extra French fries would have been better. It’s similar everywhere, but meals for children are often disappointing. Other than that, everything was comfortable. All three generations had a wonderful time together.

The staff were very kind and helpful, which was great. The Facility feels a bit old, but it is kept very clean and well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here.

Located in a very convenient area of Miyajima. The meals were excellent, with both dinner and breakfast being incredibly delicious. The staff were extremely kind and provided thoughtful advice not only for sightseeing but also for our stay in Hiroshima after check-out, which was truly impressive. The view from the open-air bath was stunning, but the Room's private bath was also excellent. Everything else lived up to its price. I would love to visit again!

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. When I told you I can’t eat raw fish, thank you for preparing alternative dishes. The food looked great and tasted wonderful, and we also enjoyed the complimentary extra dish. The bath warmed me up so well that I stayed warm for a long time afterward. The detox water after the bath was also delicious. It was great to be offered a draft beer as a welcome drink at check-in—it was the perfect refreshing drink after a long drive. I would love to stay with you again.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. We stayed with five women and four children. Everything felt very clean, and even the amenities were branded, which got everyone excited! Everywhere you look is photo-worthy, and best of all, the BBQ while watching the sunset was amazing. It was still a bit chilly for the season, so we couldn’t use the pool, but we’d love to come back when it’s warmer. The staff were also very kind—thank you so much.
