Whenever I have a get-together nearby, I always stay here. The pet-friendly size, the bath size, the feel of the Room, and the cleanliness— even down to the amenities—are perfect for me. Of course, the front desk staff are also very friendly. Thank you as always.

The Room was spacious, and the bath and toilet were separate. The amenities were well stocked. There were also bath salts, so I was happy to be able to relax in the bath. The Hotel is conveniently located near Karato Market and shopping facilities, so we enjoyed exploring on foot. Thank you very much.

We stayed at the Nagasaki Marriott for two nights, in a Harbor View Suite on the top (13th) floor. With the summer Plan, Child Sharing Existing Bedding and breakfast were free for our child, so it was an excellent value. We also arranged a sofa bed for an additional fee (8,960 yen), and it was very comfortable. The Hotel is directly connected to Nagasaki Station, so access is outstanding. It’s easy to dine and shop at the station building, which was extremely convenient. Because we checked in late, we used room service, and every dish was high quality—we were very satisfied. In addition to Goto udon and burgers, there were plenty of kids’ menu options as well. From the room we could see large cruise ships, and the Harbor View scenery was truly spectacular. As it has only recently opened, the property is very clean throughout, and the modern, sophisticated interior design left a strong impression. The bathroom had a spacious round bathtub; the vanity had an easy-to-use double sink; and with two toilets available as well, our family stay was very comfortable. We had breakfast on both days; some items changed between days so we never got bored. Local Nagasaki specialties such as kakuni buns and sara udon were all delicious, as were the shumai. There was also a wide selection of cheeses, dried fruits, and breads. Both Japanese- and Western-style options were plentiful—something international guests would enjoy too. We couldn’t use the lounge during food service hours, but since it’s open 24 hours a day, it was nice to relax there with coffee. In terms of location, rooms, dining options, and service overall satisfaction was high—it was a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Nagasaki.

The Room had a great view, and the large public bath was very relaxing. Also, being able to use the rental bicycles was helpful, as it allowed us to visit places that are difficult to reach on foot.

Although it was cloudy on the day of arrival, I was able to enjoy the view the next morning. The Room was new, very clean, and comfortable. Above all, both dinner and breakfast were unique, delicious, and enjoyable. The hospitality was outstanding. I enjoyed sightseeing in Amakus

The ocean views from the Room, the large public bath, and the dining area were outstanding—scenery we could have watched forever. There were very few guests, not only foreigners but also Japanese; only about five groups were dining at the same time, and the open-air bath in the morning felt completely private, so time passed at a wonderfully relaxed pace. If I had to ask for one thing: Rooms without a bath require using the large public bath, so I would have appreciated a carry basket for taking items with me. Also, my husband mentioned that having shaving soap in the Room would make morning grooming easier. The meals were delicious as well—we were extremely satisfied!

This was our first trip with our dog after he turned one year old. Our two daughters and our dog played a lot in the garden. We were very satisfied with the clean Room from check-in until departure. We would love to stay again.

This time, I stayed with my son and his wife. The small, guest-only bath is truly wonderful and incredibly relaxing. At the shop, they made me a discount card, so I could shop at a great price. The meals are delicious, and above all, I love the staff’s hospitality and smiles. I stay here whenever I return to my hometown, and every time the attentive service is consistently excellent—it feels like a miracle to be able to stay at this price. I traveled with my dog and friends. It was my first time at Wanpara Lake Hamana, and I was truly impressed by how kind the staff were. The meals were wonderful—enjoyable to look at and delicious to eat. There was a clean dog run for dogs, and we had a great time playing there. The Onsen was also excellent. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

We planned a trip to Hakodate to celebrate my elderly father’s birthday, and after careful consideration, we made a Reservation at this Hotel. However, while sightseeing on Mt. Hakodate, my father suddenly became unwell, was taken by ambulance, and was admitted to the hospital immediately. He had been truly looking forward to it, but he was unable to enjoy the meals, the Onsen, or the Room here, so only my mother and I stayed. When we explained the situation, you responded appropriately and offered us warm words of support. I had little appetite after such an unexpected event, but everything we ate was wonderful and delicious—and it made me wish even more that my father could have enjoyed it too. The Room was also excellent. We are deeply grateful to all of your staff.

The hospitality of all staff, starting with the front desk team, was outstanding. I have stayed at many Hotels, and this was the highest level of hospitality I have ever experienced.

We stayed to celebrate our sons’ school entrance and to unwind after the hectic start of our new routine. The ocean was right in front of us, the property was spotless, and above all, the food was delicious—we were truly satisfied! I haven’t often found really good sashimi in Boso, but dinner here was excellent!! Thank you as well for your thoughtful kindness toward our children at dinner—they were delighted and finished everything…! We would love to visit again.

I was able to relax in a clean, comfortable, and pleasantly spacious Room that was easy to use. Because it was a bit foggy, we couldn’t see much of the Kanto Plain, but we still enjoyed the in-room open-air Onsen bath. We usually eat dinner early, and we weren’t kept waiting—one delicious dish after another was served at just the right pace, with plenty of variety, and we were completely satisfied. It was my first time in Tsukuba, but it’s close to Tokyo, and we were able to see beautiful flowers at the perfect time—azaleas and mountain wisteria in bloom, and nemophila at full peak. The view of the Sea of Japan was breathtaking. From the Room window, I could lie on the futon and watch the sunset—pure happiness. Dinner was an incredible feast of seafood, and it was truly blissful. The most delicious dish was the grilled dancing abalone. The luxurious course left me so full I thought I might burst. The only reason for -1 star was that the indoor bath water was too hot for me. The open-air bath was just right. All of the staff were kind and courteous, which made our stay very pleasant.
