This was my first time visiting Hakodate. The view from my Room at Tokyu Stay Hakodate was amazing—I could see the mountains, the sea, the morning market, sunrise and sunset, and even cruise ships. And there’s an Onsen too! Absolutely perfect. I’ll definitely be back again and again, flying in from Haneda to stay here.

We booked a Room with an open-air bath, and it felt more open than we expected, which made us a bit nervous, so we used it early in the morning and at night when it seemed like no one would be around. The meals were also delicious, and we were very satisfied! We ate so much we could barely move.

I had to go to Obihiro on short notice and looked for Accommodation, but only very expensive Rooms were left near the station. Since I had a rental car, I made a Reservation here a little farther away. The building has been carefully renovated, and the buffet offers a wide variety of dishes—especially recommended are the raclette and the homemade dressing. I could even enjoy a seafood bowl in the morning. The Onsen is also spacious. Choosing this place was absolutely the right decision.

Our family of four stayed in a room with an open-air bath. Even putting it modestly, it was amazing. The meals, baths, and views were all excellent. The food was generous and delicious, and at night we enjoyed a sky full of stars. The bath left our skin silky smooth—especially the morning bath, which I highly recommend. We had the pleasure of enjoying the private dinner Plan at Soro Residence. The cuisine was not only delicious, but each dish was beautifully presented like a work of art. The flowers arranged to match the dishes and the floral decorations throughout the Room were truly wonderful, creating a special space that felt extraordinary. The wine pairing was also exceptional—each time we paired a sip of wine after a bite, both were elevated, and we were repeatedly moved by how much the flavors opened up. This was my first stay here. The staff were very courteous, and the meals offered a wide variety of dishes. Being served in the Room allowed us to relax and take our time. I did notice some dark staining on the shower hose and floor in the bathing area, but there were many types of facial cleansers and serums available, as well as horse oil shampoo, which left both my skin and hair feeling great. Early in the morning by the sea, I went fishing at a spot I was shown and caught plenty of good-sized whiting. Because of the heat, it was a short trip, but I was very satisfied with the catch. We stayed for three nights! The Room was spotless, with no noticeable odor from other dogs. The tableware, cookware, and appliances were well stocked, and there were plenty of pet amenities too—it honestly made us think, “We want to live in a place like this!” (lol) You can see the beach and ocean from the living room window—an absolutely amazing location. There are several Accommodations next door in a row, and the beach right in front seems to be a popular hidden spot, so it was often used by people other than guests. We had a truly luxurious stay and were very satisfied!

We stayed here for my daughter’s birthday last year and loved it so much that this time the three of us—my husband, daughter, and I—booked a Nikko Superior Room and also used the lounge. The open atrium atmosphere and the view from the Room helped us escape our busy daily routine and relax at a leisurely pace.

I was satisfied with everything—the beds, shower booth, bath, amenities, and the breakfast buffet full of Shikoku specialties. The staff were always smiling and provided excellent service, making my stay very comfortable. The location was also convenient, so getting around was very smooth. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when I visit Takamatsu.
