It was the best stay. The hospitality was better than any Hotel I have stayed at, and the staff were truly wonderful. We enjoyed hearing various stories during the Shuttle Service ride. We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, amenities, and minibar. The view from the Room was absolutely breathtaking, and we were able to spend a truly happy day. Of course, the food was also very satisfying. The main dishes—venison and sweetfish—were incredibly delicious and made us want to come back again.

We reserved two cottages for three generations. With so many requirements, it was difficult to find an Accommodation, and we decided at the last minute again this time. Thank you very much for kindly accommodating our requests. When we arrived, our first reaction was, “Wow, what a great place!” We checked in at the café building and received the keys, and when we went inside everyone exclaimed, “Wow—it’s so spacious!” We were all thrilled. We chose the plan with two meals and had BBQ for dinner. Everything was set in the refrigerator—just grill it or heat it up—and the portions were very generous. The in-room Onsen bath had silky-smooth water that left our skin feeling soft. It was also wonderful that all four adults could sleep in beds; we were able to rest comfortably. For breakfast, we ate at the café right in front of us—the freshly baked bread was incredibly delicious. Our family also visited the Onsen Facility across from us and said they loved it as well—the water there was silky too and felt amazing. Not everyone drank it, but I personally loved the coffee bags in the Room—they were innovative and tasted great. We really liked everything. It became a favorite for our whole family, and it’s an Accommodation we would definitely love to visit again. Thank you very much.

The villa was located slightly uphill from the coastal road. The moment we opened the door, we were impressed by the stylish Room and the stunning view. The staff who guided us was very polite, and the food was delicious, making it a truly satisfying stay. Although it was just one night, we fully enjoyed Awaji Island. We stayed as a family of four. Since all Rooms for four were fully booked, we made Reservations for two Rooms. Although the Plan did not allow Room requests, we explained our situation and they kindly arranged adjacent Rooms for us. We had a very comfortable stay. We would like to stay again.

This was my third stay, following last year, with visits in June and July this year. With the cool highland climate, I have also made a Reservation for next month. The room was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy, so I had a comfortable stay. The staff’s service was generally excellent, though a few seemed to have some difficulty understanding Japanese. The Onsen private bath was clean and relaxing, and I was very satisfied. The food quality was high, with great ingredients prepared deliciously. It seems they had my previous stay on record from last month, and they thoughtfully ensured the menu did not overlap—an attentive touch that made me very happy. The portion sizes were just right, though younger guests might find them a bit small. One suggestion: the dress code at meals is smart casual, but as this is a Resort Hotel, it may be nice to allow dining in loungewear so guests can relax. Some airlines provide pajamas in first or business class on long-haul flights to help passengers enjoy meals comfortably. I would appreciate it if you could consider this. This was my fourth stay—I’m a repeat guest. I’m always comforted by the warm hospitality of the staff. I’m giving 4 stars because dinner felt less filling than before. I’d be happy if you could serve local fish. Breakfast was excellent, just as expected. I’d love to come again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The service was courteous, the Room was clean and spacious, and I was able to do laundry. There was also a desk and chair where I could relax with tea. The bath had a Mirable shower, a jacuzzi, and a mist shower that felt wonderful. I only ordered breakfast in the morning, and the bread was delicious.

Although I live in the prefecture, I had wanted to stay here for a long time, and I was finally able to do so this time. It’s a dog-focused Hotel in every way, and all the staff were very friendly, so we had a truly enjoyable time. Because it was extremely hot for the season, we couldn’t use the outdoor dog run, but we still had fun using the indoor dog run and taking walks around the property. The meals were stylish and delicious, and the large public bath was not crowded, so I could relax—overall I was satisfied with everything. I can’t stay often, but it’s a Hotel I’d like to visit again if I have the chance.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a gift of a hot towel and chocolates at check-in. Of course, the staff’s hospitality was also excellent. I had checked in advance that there was a gym and spa, but the gentle, convincing suggestion—“Your Accommodation Room is on the Mt. Fuji side, and the spa is on the Skytree side, so please feel free to use it”—led me to enjoy both. The Room décor was elegant and refined, and I was amazed they even provided binoculars (unfortunately, the weather was bad so I couldn’t use them). The amenities and drinks were more than sufficient, but when I learned there were several types of pillows available, I couldn’t resist requesting one. Not only are the facilities outstanding, but every single staff member—including those at the breakfast restaurant—provided attentive service; everything on the service side was flawless. Hats off to them. I’ve never had such a comfortable stay before; my companion and I kept saying “We don’t want to leave,” as we checked out.

I don’t have many opportunities to visit Akita, but this was a special Accommodation that made me think, “I will definitely come back.” I also purchased and read the book that tells the story leading up to the opening. I deeply resonated with the passion and convictions behind it and found it truly inspiring. We traveled from Aichi Prefecture to visit Tottori and Shimane. After sightseeing at Matsue Castle, we made a Reservation at this Ryokan. Even though it was the day of our trip, the front desk staff were very helpful, and the Room and overall environment were excellent.\n\nIf you’re heading from Matsue Castle to Izumo Taisha, I highly recommend this Ryokan.\n\nThe morning clam miso soup was delicious.\n\nI would love to stay again if I have the chance. The staff provide courteous and kind service. The bath and in-room amenities are well stocked. As it was midwinter, a warming gel pack had been placed inside the bedding, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of a cozy, warm futon. The Room air conditioner kept us plenty warm, and a fan heater was also provided as a backup to further heat the room if needed. The meals were excellent in both taste and portion size. We were able to fully enjoy spiny lobster until we were completely satisfied. Overall, it is a wonderful Accommodation with an elegant atmosphere.
