Thank you very much for your hospitality. We were able to spend a relaxing time with our family over the New Year holidays in an amazing location! The beautiful weather made the sunset views even more spectacular. The amenities were excellent, and we enjoyed the sauna, pool as a cold plunge, and even had a family karaoke competition. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We stayed as a family of four, including a child who will turn 2 in a week and a 6-year-old (preschooler), with the main plan being to visit the Churaumi Aquarium on the second day. The location was easy to find thanks to clear signage. Since the parking lot is a bit far, we recommend checking in early, leaving your luggage in the room, and then heading out for activities. The room had two large beds, which was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. The toilet and bathroom were separate, and it was helpful that you could take off your shoes before entering the room. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided. We rented extra towels for our children at an additional cost. The room was clean and comfortable; however, we had trouble with the shower as it didn’t provide consistent hot water despite operating the water heater switch in the room—it only lasted about 30 seconds at one temperature. Perhaps proper instructions would have helped resolve this issue? For families with long-haired children like ours, bringing your own hair dryer is recommended since the provided one has low airflow strength. Unfortunately, it was cloudy during our stay; otherwise, I believe we could have enjoyed beautiful ocean views from the balcony. The next morning we received bread for breakfast along with portions for our kids as well! However, note that their orange juice has a fizzy or tangy taste more suited for adults. Another reason we chose this accommodation is its excellent location—very close to Churaumi Aquarium! We arrived right when it opened and enjoyed watching whale sharks peacefully from in front of their large tank during quieter morning hours. Overall, considering its proximity to attractions and staying within budget limits made this stay very satisfying—thank you so much!

I had a very relaxing stay! The front desk staff’s smile and service were excellent!

The Facility seemed to have been renovated and was very clean. During sunset, wine and tamakon were served in the lobby. The Shuttle Service to Tsuruoka Station was also available, which was very helpful.

I requested the Shuttle Service, and everyone was very kind, including on the phone. It was my first time trying lukewarm bathwater, but afterward my skin felt smooth and I stayed warm—it was a pleasant surprise. Dinner was delicious and far more than I could finish; I wished I had asked for a smaller portion. For breakfast, the miso soup and rice were especially good. The place had a comforting mix of nostalgia and warmth, and it was truly relaxing.

A quiet, two-story condominium-style Hotel in light blue tones, located right in front of Sunayama Cafe and within walking distance of Sunayama Beach. The Room was spotless, the shower Room was spacious, and the balcony had both a washer and dryer. It also came well equipped with a mini kitchen and microwave, plus detergent, sponges, and other essentials. In addition to the bed, table, and chairs, there was even a hammock that could be used for drying laundry. We stayed comfortably for 3 nights and 4 days. The only thing I wished for was a slightly larger refrigerator; otherwise, since we were out exploring Miyakojima actively from morning to night, it felt more relaxed than staying at a Hotel—like living there—and it suited us perfectly. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The washing machine was not securely fixed, which caused the spin cycle to take longer, and the bathroom dryer timer could only be set for one hour. Other than that, everything was excellent. I appreciated the prompt response to my request for additional cooking utensils. It would be great if the provided pot were slightly larger. I would love to stay here again!

The living room is spacious, there are many guest rooms, a large TV, a pool, sauna, and barbecue facilities. It was enjoyable without needing to travel abroad. It was unfortunate that the knives were not sharp enough to prepare fish. I would love to stay here again.

While the building is undeniably old, the staff at the Accommodation were very kind, and I was fully satisfied with my stay. It was a little disappointing that there was no refrigerator or tissue paper in the Room (there were plenty of pocket tissues at reception, so it was fine).

As there are very few clean Hotels in Nanki, I truly appreciate Fairfield for providing a stay where I didn’t notice any dust or dirt. I hope you will continue to do so for many years to come.

Having had a great impression last time, I decided to return after several years, and my positive feelings have only grown. First, the accommodation is impeccably maintained and cleaned in every corner, making for a very pleasant stay. This level of care is not easy to achieve. The meals are heartfelt and allow you to fully enjoy the bounty of the sea. Additionally, while the panoramic bath with an ocean view is not an onsen, it can be enjoyed in the morning as well and was spotlessly clean. The guest rooms and bedding are simple as it is a guesthouse, but yukata robes and bath towels are provided. It may not suit those seeking luxury ryokan services; however, for travelers looking for an enjoyable trip at a reasonable price, I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

We stayed in the Luxury Suite as a family of four. The Ryokan slippers were a bit hard and uncomfortable to wear. Other than the distance and cold walk from the Room to the large public bath, everything was excellent. The rental yukata and hair accessories were lovely. On snowy days, we recommend avoiding the Yamanami Highway. We are grateful for the front desk's kind advice on the best route home.

Following last year, we stayed again this year for a Multiple Night Stay. It feels less like staying in Okinawa and more like living there, which is wonderful. The complimentary can of jasmine tea per night is very convenient. After I mentioned in the Review section last time that the first-floor bed springs were too firm, it had been improved this time, which I really appreciated.

Both the price and the service were exactly what I was looking for, and I was very satisfied. The complimentary photo session also resulted in wonderful photos, making it a great keepsake. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to use your service again if I have the opportunity.

It was a very satisfying stay!!! The room was very clean and stylishly decorated! I wish I could live in a room like that. The facilities, including tableware and appliances, were well-equipped. The washing machine detergent and hangers were helpful. Since the mirror is only in the washroom, it would be even more helpful if there was a stand mirror. The view from the 7th floor was beautiful, with a view of the sea. All the staff were friendly and kind, providing very pleasant service. It was during the typhoon season, but they explained the precautions during the stay carefully, which made me feel at ease. Breakfast had a moderate variety, and everything was delicious. It was nice to be able to make things like Yaeyama soba and taco rice by myself. I was also happy to have Genki bread. Since the system involves going to an affiliated store to eat, it might be a bit difficult on rainy days, but it was nice to take a walk. (A little over 5 minutes on foot) The port and Euglena Mall are within walking distance, and there are Yaeyama soba shops and izakayas nearby, making it very convenient even without a car. It was a very satisfying stay!!! I will use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

As the title says, it was a great Hotel. I rated it 4 because there was no bathtub, but the shower was refreshing and left me feeling clean. If this Hotel is available on future trips, I will choose it without hesitation. Thank you.

There were spiders and ants crawling around, but that actually felt like island life, which was nice. Above all, the food is delicious. Fully satisfied with both the portion size and the taste. And the staff’s service is a pleasure. A guesthouse I definitely want to stay at again when I come to Taketomi.

It was my first time staying at a trailer house Hotel, and although I was initially anxious, it was neither cold nor unclean, and I had a comfortable stay. Additionally, they kindly accommodated a sudden change to dinner plans. Everyone was so kind, making this Hotel highly recommended if you're in the area. The barbecue meat was delicious. Of course, the breakfast sandwiches were also very tasty. Thank you very much!

I stayed for three nights in late March. The property is family-run, and it had a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. The Room was spacious and well maintained. As mentioned in other Reviews, the breakfast was incredibly delicious!! The menu changed every morning, which made it exciting. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best weather during our stay, but we were able to see the stars early in the morning on our last day. There’s a hammock on the rooftop, so I also recommend it for anyone who wants to relax and stargaze. Next time, I’d love to watch the sunset too. It’s a little away from downtown, but even after drinking in the nightlife area, we were able to get back by taxi for around 2,000 yen. When I visit Ishigaki Island again, I will make a Reservation at Three Heart again. Thank you very much.
