The Room was spacious, and the views were wonderful from both the guest room and the large public bath. Above all, the location was excellent. I woke up just after 5 a.m. and took a walk to nearby Ubuyagasaki and the Kawaguchiko Ohashi Bridge. The scenery from there was truly beautiful, and it was a moment that made me genuinely glad I chose this Hotel.

I stayed here for fishing both last year and this year. The lakeside view from the window was wonderful, and I was able to relax and get plenty of rest. I’d like to stay again next year.

Close to the station, and Shuttle Service to the Hotel is available. There is also a car rental company operated by a gas station, making it ideal for sightseeing at Usaki Coast, Godzilla Rock, Oga Aquarium, Nyudozaki Cape, the Namahage Museum, and Kanpuzan. There is no convenience store nearby, but a supermarket open until 8:00 PM is within walking distance of the Hotel.

I stayed for two nights. The Room, the Facility, and the staff’s hard work were wonderful, and the free-flowing natural Onsen was excellent and very relaxing. I believe it may be a cold spring, but it never made me feel chilled, and being able to soak for a long time is a real treat for Onsen lovers. The Plan included two meals with an all-you-can-drink option at dinner. Dinner had many dishes, but some items that should have been served hot were already cold, and things like the hot-plate grill ended up with the sauce burning, so it was somewhat disappointing. I was happy that Sapporo Classic was included in the all-you-can-drink menu, but since delicacies such as sea urchin were served, I would have appreciated a better selection of sake. For women in particular, options like plum wine would also have been nice. Breakfast offered a variety of small side dishes that I enjoyed; having yogurt would have been great as well. I’m sorry for leaving what may sound like complaints—I wrote them because I truly hope you will continue to improve.

It was my first visit in a while, but just like before, I was able to relax and enjoy a quiet, peaceful time while listening to the sound of the waves. This time, I brought my newlywed son and his wife. As it was her first stay, my daughter-in-law was impressed by the views and the food. We would love to visit again.

It was my first trip to Wakasa, and I made the booking after watching the weather closely. Part of the first-floor area was under construction, but it was kept clean and left a good impression. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the window was the sea. Given its age, some signs of wear are understandable. Overall, it felt like a quiet and pleasant Hotel. The meals were plentiful, and I thought they tasted great. Next time, I’d like to stay again when traveling to Mikata Five Lakes with my siblings and their spouses.

You can wash your dog here, and there’s a park nearby, making it very dog-friendly. The food was also great, and we’d love to come again.

The rooms are spacious, with two double bedrooms. Having two bathrooms is a big plus—no need to compete for the sink in the morning. You can enjoy an ocean view right from the balcony, and there is a simple kitchenette available. The breakfast restaurant also overlooks the sea, and the breakfast is delicious. After breakfast, you can take the nearby path straight to the beach. There aren’t many outside visitors, so if you’re traveling with children, they can play by the sea for a long time. Highly recommended Accommodation for family trips.

This was my second stay. The front desk staff were polite, kind, and quick to assist, and the Room was clean. Personally, I found the amenities well stocked, so I was very satisfied. I would definitely like to stay again!

It was my first stay, and the Shuttle Service from the station was very helpful. The most outstanding part was the meals. The abalone liver sauce was especially delicious. The Onsen quality was excellent, leaving my skin smooth and soft, which made me very satisfied. I have booked a different Room type for my next visit. Looking forward to staying again!

I stayed here on my first visit to Kushiro in 13 years. It was very convenient—close to the station and just a short walk to MOO. During the wait between riding the Norokko Train and the sunset cruise, I was able to take a shower and recharge. After coming back in the cold, I went straight to the large public bath; the water was pleasantly hot and really refreshed me. I would have liked to relax longer, but I checked out before 8:00 a.m. the next morning to tour the lake on the Pirika boat. It was a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed for two nights on our trip to Okinawa. The Room was spacious and clean, which left a great impression. Since we got drenched in sweat during the trip, being able to use the coin laundry was a big help. Breakfast was satisfying—we could even have taco rice and (a small amount of) Soki soba. A few minor points that could be improved: - The elevator signage inside the Hotel was a bit hard to understand; I didn’t realize until the second day that there are vending machines besides the ones on the 1st floor. - There were no loungewear in the Room, and it took me a while to notice that you can freely pick them up from the elevator hall. - I only realized at the washing machines that detergent must be purchased at the front desk, so I had to make an extra round trip. None of these were really the Hotel’s fault—just things I would have figured out if I’d thought about it—but having them clearly noted would have been convenient.

I took time off work to stay one night at Hyatt Regency Kyoto. At the front desk, the restaurant, and throughout the Hotel, I truly felt the pride of a first-class Hotel in the outstanding hospitality shown to guests. I was especially moved by the warm service from the staff at Cafe 33. Thank you very much. Despite closing due to aging facilities, the lobby and guest room were beautiful and impeccably clean. I am highly sensitive—especially to sound—but there were no footsteps or everyday noises from other guests in my room, and I was able to experience exceptional quiet. I strongly hope to stay again before it closes. Thank you.

Since it is connected to a shopping center, we didn’t have to worry about parking, and even on rainy days we could unload our luggage from the car without getting wet and enter the Hotel. The fish at breakfast was delicious.

It was truly wonderful. Everything was impeccably clean. The location was perfect, and we were able to relax and unwind. The amenities were well stocked and stylish. The robes were fluffy, too. It was great that pajamas and a light jacket for the sauna were provided! I also appreciated having a hair iron! Although dinner isn’t provided, there’s a Chef Garden within walking distance, so we took a stroll and picked up food there. You can enjoy alcohol as well, and the drink service was excellent—this price offers outstanding value for money.

This was my first time visiting Fukui Prefecture, and I stayed at this Hotel. The Room was very spacious and comfortable (it was a bit disappointing that there wasn’t a toilet in the Room). The hand-rolled sushi for dinner was delicious—I couldn’t stop eating. Tojinbo was also nearby, which made getting around very convenient.

Dinner was served buffet-style, and we were able to enjoy freshly grilled seafood at the table (scallops, clams, and turban shells). The buffet offered a great variety, so I think it’s something guests of all ages—from children to seniors—will enjoy. Breakfast was also buffet-style, with both rice and bread available. There were many side dishes as well, making it fun to choose. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Thank you very much.

I enjoyed a luxurious glamping experience right in front of the ocean. The air felt a bit dry due to the heating, but the breakfast delivered in a basket—made with local ingredients—was truly delicious! It also seemed that the neighboring KAMOME SLOW HOTEL is an affiliated Facility, so I’d love to stay there next time as well.

I chose this Accommodation because I wanted to relax in a bath with an ocean view, and it offers ocean-view rooms with private open-air baths. I later realized it was featured in the Michelin Guide (Tokai edition). There are many baths throughout the Accommodation—on the rooftop, on the 5th floor, two on the 3rd floor, and one on the 2nd floor—but unfortunately the 2nd-floor bath was closed on the day of my stay. The in-room open-air bath had plenty of hot water and a great view, and I enjoyed it very much. The 5th-floor bath is a reservable private bath in 25-minute slots, so it felt a bit rushed. On the 3rd floor, if it’s available you can lock it and use it privately; I used only one of them, and its semi-open-air style was best suited for washing up. I used the rooftop open-air bath after dinner—the gradient of colors in the sky was stunning, and I could even see an evening star, making for a truly beautiful experience; however... because there is nothing to block the wind on the rooftop, I felt very cold even during the short walk to the tub. You may want to choose your season if you want to fully enjoy it. The staff were cheerful and kind. I booked a Plan with breakfast and dinner; both meals were delicious and felt like just the right amount. Perhaps because everything paired well with alcohol, I got thirsty at night and drank water several times (I appreciated that cold water was provided in a pot in my room). The bedding was high quality and I slept well. Overall satisfaction was high—an Accommodation that made me want to return. One disappointing point—also mentioned by others—was that there were many marks on the tatami mats that looked like they came from dragging tables or other furniture around. Also as others have noted, there were some areas where cleaning seemed insufficient: higher spots and exterior sides of window frames looked like they hadn’t been wiped for quite some time. What bothered me most this time was that weeding around the open-air bath area hadn’t been done at all. It seems like it could be finished within an hour—or handled with weed killer—but since there don’t seem to be many young people locally and older staff appear to be running things mainly themselves, this may be easier said than done.
