Upon arrival, the parking lot was already full, which showed how popular this place is. The front desk staff were efficient, and we quickly checked in and enjoyed a welcome drink. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, which we thoroughly enjoyed! Everything was delicious.

We stayed in connecting rooms with three generations—our children, our grandchild, and us. On the day we arrived, we went to Dino Park; early the next morning, we visited the Dinosaur Museum; and in the afternoon, we had a great time playing at the Hotel. Our 8-year-old grandchild was thrilled and said, “This is the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed at!” It didn’t feel old at all—perhaps it has been renovated—and there were plenty of play areas for kids, so we could enjoy both indoors and outdoors. The food was delicious as well. My husband says he wants to come back in winter, and our children want to return again with all the cousins. The nature was beautiful, and it turned into a wonderful summer vacation for both adults and kids. Thank you.

I stayed here in June and loved it so much that I came back. Even though it was the most affordable Room, it was very spacious, clean, and had a great ocean view—perfect. The ocean view from the open-air bath in the Room is truly relaxing. As a sauna lover, the sauna is an important point for me, and the löyly sauna here feels amazing. The cold plunge pool is nicely cold, and there’s also a relaxation area—excellent. (However, my partner mentioned that there is neither a clock nor an hourglass in the men’s sauna, so it would be nice to have one.) The meals offer plenty of delicious options such as fresh sashimi, salmon roe, and steak, and all of the fruit is tasty as well. I especially love the whole mandarin orange dessert that you don’t find at other Livemax properties. I’d definitely like to stay again.

This was my third trip to Miyakojima, but my first time staying overnight here. The building feels a bit dated, as it was built during the bubble era, but it was very well cleaned and felt spotless. One thing I noticed was that the hallway was very hot—probably to save electricity. Being able to take a shower after check-out was extremely helpful, and the staff were great at that time as well. You can see the sunset and even catch a bit of the sunrise—amazing. When I come back to Miyakojima, I will definitely stay here again.

On my first trip to Kushiro, I stayed two nights and spent the second night at Lake Akan. From the entrance to the front desk area looked just like the photos, with lots of wood throughout, and I relaxed on the lobby sofa before heading to my Room. I took a coffee out the back entrance and sat on a bench overlooking Lake Akan—such a great start. The Room was a double Japanese-style Room, more than enough for one person. It may have been renovated; it was a modern, clean tatami Room with a bed, which was great. The bath was a large indoor bath, but I also took the shuttle bus to an affiliated property and enjoyed their rooftop open-air bath—very satisfying! You’ll regret it if you don’t go (lol). Dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was delicious. You tend to think “Hokkaido = seafood,” but all the other dishes were also carefully prepared and tasted amazing. I planned to have a drink at the bar next to reception afterward, but I was too full and gave up (lol). The next morning, while taking a walk around Lake Akan, I ran into wild deer! After that, I took an early sightseeing cruise over to Marimo Hall. The cloudy sky wasn’t ideal, but the breeze felt great and it was very relaxing. It was just one night/two days, but I fully enjoyed nature and felt refreshed. I’d love to stay again if I get the chance.

The building seemed a bit old, but it was well cleaned and felt very tidy and comfortable. I stayed for one night and two days. On the first day, I used the adjacent Agannasse baths. The variety of cold-water baths was great, and there was also complimentary coffee. The next morning, I used the large public bath before departure, which was also very nice. A truly wonderful Facility! The Room was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. There was a pool right in front of the Room, and we could also see the Kouri Bridge—an absolutely stunning view! We’d love to stay again!

The Reviews were good, so we were really looking forward to it.\nI called because I thought we might be late for check-in, and the response was smooth and courteous. The explanation at check-in was also clear and helpful.\nThe boxed dinners changed daily and were delicious every day! The portions were just right, too. The rice was also excellent!\nThe Room was thoroughly cleaned, and we had a comfortable stay. We could relax while looking out at the sea. Maybe because we had good weather, the ocean looked beautiful and clear.\nThe breakfast buffet had just the right variety. The egg over rice was delicious! Personally, I only wished there had been a small dessert option at breakfast.\nWe didn’t use the Onsen, so I rated it as average.\nThere were no amenities in the Room, but everything we needed was available in front of the elevator area, so we could pick them up there. I actually prefer this setup.\nThere aren’t any convenience stores nearby, so it may be best to buy what you need before you go.\nAll staff members were polite and helpful as well.\nOn our way back we toured around Shimane safely and had a great time.\nThank you very much. It was my first time visiting Shodoshima. The two-meal Plan at this price is an excellent value. Sashimi was served with five different ways to enjoy it (local soy sauce, olive oil, etc.), and every dish made with local ingredients was very satisfying. The Facility feels a bit dated, but the Room, the bath, the views from the restaurant, and the wonderful service from all the staff greatly increased our overall satisfaction. Thank you very much for taking care of us. I would like to stay again.

The Onsen is mild, silky-smooth, and very relaxing. The Kiso River cormorant fishing season had also begun, and we could see it right in front of the Hotel. Both my friends and I were truly impressed. The Hotel staff were kind and took great care of us.

The Room is Western-style, clean, and the beds are spacious, so five of us could sleep comfortably. The bath and meals are at Kotohiki Kairo next door. The bath was large and relaxing, and we enjoyed a delicious meal while watching the sunset over the sea.

This was my second stay, following last year. The calm atmosphere throughout the Hotel truly felt like “THE Ginza”! The Room was stylish yet functional, and I stayed in great comfort. In particular, the Tokyo night view—including Tokyo Tower—made me feel how wonderful it is to be in Ginza. And I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast I had been looking forward to; it exceeded my expectations. I was deeply moved that a staff member remembered my stay last year and spoke to me. Everyone on the Hotel team is kind, attentive, warm, and friendly. Seeing the younger staff work with bright eyes was beautiful, and it made for a soothing stay—my personal oasis in Tokyo.

I visit Ajiro for fishing and always choose this accommodation as my regular stay. It's so comfortable that I often end up extending my stay. The view is great, and the private bath is absolutely amazing. I will continue to support you!

This was my first stay here. The staff were very courteous, and the meals offered a wide variety of dishes. Being served in the Room allowed us to relax and take our time. I did notice some dark staining on the shower hose and floor in the bathing area, but there were many types of facial cleansers and serums available, as well as horse oil shampoo, which left both my skin and hair feeling great. Early in the morning by the sea, I went fishing at a spot I was shown and caught plenty of good-sized whiting. Because of the heat, it was a short trip, but I was very satisfied with the catch. Next time, I’ll visit during a cooler season. Overall, I was extremely satisfied—especially with the meals! Thank you again, and I look forward to staying with you again.
