True to its name, the baths were excellent. The large public bath was spacious, and the open-air bath in the Room was a comfortable size, so we were able to fully enjoy the baths. The meals also offered a wide variety; we had rice with simmered golden eye snapper and left completely satisfied. The rice was especially delicious, and we ate more than we should have. We would love to stay again.

Being able to enjoy a variety of alcoholic drinks during dinner was amazing! I was especially happy to have a Nagisa Beer server. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also appreciated the free massage chair. There are many stairs to the large public bath, and even more to the panoramic open-air bath. It might be tough for elderly guests. However, the view and the hot spring water are wonderful, so I definitely recommend going.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. Above all, the bed was more comfortable than anything I have ever experienced, and I slept wonderfully. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again. This time, I stayed with my son and his wife. The small, guest-only bath is truly wonderful and incredibly relaxing. At the shop, they made me a discount card, so I could shop at a great price. The meals are delicious, and above all, I love the staff’s hospitality and smiles. I stay here whenever I return to my hometown, and every time the attentive service is consistently excellent—it feels like a miracle to be able to stay at this price. We visit Okinawa every year with our friends’ family, and now we can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Sunset Village. What stands out most is the breathtaking view from the hilltop. While you can fully enjoy Chatan’s beautiful scenery, the location is also very convenient—an excellent base for getting to areas on the east coast such as Okinawa City. It’s spacious enough that even two families can stay together comfortably, and we’ve discovered a new pleasure: gathering everyone around the dining table in the Room, not just eating out. The kids love this Room too and are already asking to come back next time. We’d like to adjust our schedule early so we can stay here again next year.

Due to an approaching typhoon, we urgently changed to this Hotel because the Hotel we had originally booked did not have an indoor pool. It turned out to be the right decision. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurants were very helpful. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the outdoor pool because of the bad weather, but the indoor pool was more than sufficient. However, there was one thing that concerned me. The slide in the indoor pool is quite fast, but several people were playing at the end of it. Since it’s not a very large area, I was worried about someone coming down and colliding with them and causing an accident. A lifeguard was watching, but no one gave any warnings, and it was up to each person to decide when to go down. I think guests who have finished sliding should be asked to move away promptly, so please check this before an accident happens. There is also a craft corner inside the facility where you can decorate a small container yourself and take it home. The staff there were also very kind, and our child really enjoyed it. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were great as well. We would love to visit again if we have another opportunity. Thank you very much.

Thank you for upgrading our Room. Thanks to you, we had a very comfortable stay. From the window, we could relax and enjoy views of the sea and ships, and since it was perfectly clear, we could even see Harukas in the distance. I think both the Room and the Hotel were thoroughly cleaned; everything was very spotless. Perhaps because my Room was on the top floor, the view was wonderful, and I found myself looking outside again and again. The layout also felt spacious—there was plenty of room even with my suitcase opened on the floor, and I really appreciated having a table-and-chair set as well. The only downside was the shower curtain. Whether it was too short or not wide enough, the floor ended up getting wet all three times (and I’m usually careful when showering). From another perspective, though, the service from an experienced female front desk staff member was excellent. She kindly responded to my request for “a place within a 15-minute walk where I can drink quietly alone and enjoy good tuna,” and explained how to get there in a very thoughtful way. Thanks to her, I got there without getting lost—and it turned out to be the best tuna I’ve ever had. I was also able to relax and take my time. A Hotel with staff who provide such attentive service will surely help younger employees grow as well (sorry if that sounds presumptuous). It’s also a big plus that there is a restaurant, a 24-hour convenience store, and a bakery on the first floor of the building where the Hotel is located. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay.

We traveled with children, and they seated guests with kids in a separate Room, so we could enjoy our meal without worrying about disturbing others. We made a Reservation for our toddler without meals, but they kindly prepared rice and furikake for us, which we really appreciated. Both dinner and breakfast were luxurious, delicious, and more than enough—we were completely satisfied. The view from the Room was wonderful, and soaking in the bath while listening to the sound of the sea was truly relaxing. The beach is right outside, which made our child very happy. We would love to stay again.

I was able to relax in a clean, comfortable, and pleasantly spacious Room that was easy to use. Because it was a bit foggy, we couldn’t see much of the Kanto Plain, but we still enjoyed the in-room open-air Onsen bath. We usually eat dinner early, and we weren’t kept waiting—one delicious dish after another was served at just the right pace, with plenty of variety, and we were completely satisfied. It was my first time in Tsukuba, but it’s close to Tokyo, and we were able to see beautiful flowers at the perfect time—azaleas and mountain wisteria in bloom, and nemophila at full peak. My second stay, following last winter. Last time I came by car. After sightseeing at Owakudani and other spots, I followed the navigation system and didn’t really know where it was, but this time I used the mountain railway and was surprised to find it was very close to Sounzan Station. Even on the walk from the station, I felt welcomed by a pleasant breeze and birdsong, and arrived at the Accommodation in great spirits. The attendant who looked after us was the same as last year. Their cheerful manner and excellent timing in serving meals were unchanged. The Room and shared areas were just as spotless as before—not a speck of dust—making everything feel wonderfully refreshing. The open-air bath assigned to each Room is located a short distance away, and ours was excellent again this time. With cuckoos calling more beautifully around this season, I could truly relax in both sound and hot water. The meals were delicious as before: a soup with pike conger eel (hamo) and junsai; seasonal ingredients like Manganji peppers with superb seasoning; gourd “kaminari-boshi,” which I hadn’t tasted in ages; plus breakfast highlights such as the vegetable salad and dressing, perfectly grilled salted salmon (both seasoning and doneness), and fresh yuba served at just the right moment. An Accommodation I’d love to return to for its hospitality.

I stayed here for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and I’m glad I did—I had a very satisfying stay. At check-in, the gentleman who assisted me was extremely courteous, which made for a pleasant start to my trip. The Room was spotless, and I was especially happy with the well-stocked amenities. The shower in the Room was excellent. I had assumed it would be small, but there was plenty of space and strong water pressure—very satisfying. I also used the Onsen and the pool. The pool had a great view; it was a shame it was cloudy that day, but there were warmer areas in the water temperature-wise, which felt really nice. If I had to mention one thing, it would be perfect if they were directly connected to the Hotel with no need to go outside. I wanted to use the Onsen before checkout, but even though it isn’t far, you still have to walk outdoors—and I didn’t feel comfortable doing that right after waking up without makeup—so I gave up on that idea. Still, I had a fulfilling and worthwhile time overall, and I’m glad I chose to stay here.

This was our second stay at Seven Colors, following last year. After our stay last year, we didn’t hesitate to choose it again this year because everything was outstanding—the views, the baths, the food, and above all the wonderful hospitality from the staff. This time was just as fantastic. Due to a typhoon approaching and JAL’s special arrangements, we had to cancel one night, but you kindly processed a refund. I truly appreciate your excellent handling of the situation. Thank you very much. The views are amazing, and I especially love breakfast—absolutely my favorite.
