This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. I will definitely return.

This was my third stay. When choosing both the sea and a comfortable Hotel on Okinawa’s main island, I always end up wanting to stay here. For me, Moon Beach in Onna Village is the most beautiful, and this Hotel has a charm that enhances the beach’s appeal. The well-maintained greenery that blends into the beach and the low-rise design that makes great use of the pool Facility create a calm atmosphere that feels like being in another world. I can also sense the unseen efforts and thoughtfulness of the staff, who respond so gently, and I have never once felt uncomfortable here. The Room, pool, and lounge are all clean, you can feel the breeze, and it’s so comfortable that I want to stay for hours. Meals are breakfast buffet only, but there is a wide variety. I stayed three nights; I don’t think the menu changed much, but there were enough options that I didn’t get bored. Even in April it was around 28°C, so we could swim in the sea. Near one end of the beach there are fish swimming around, which you can enjoy watching with goggles. Also, I hope you’ll visit Yo Island managed by this Hotel at least once—there is a guide included and you can snorkel comfortably and have a great time. At night, because of its convenient location, restaurants are just a short walk away—and even after drinking you can walk back easily, which is another plus. One thing: I wish the laundry area had fewer broken machines/parts and felt a bit cleaner. Keeping all of what makes this Hotel special—I know it must be hard work for everyone on staff—I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Tatami with beds, very relaxing. Traditional hospitality with tabi socks provided. The bath on the 18th floor offers a stunning night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the open-air bath. Breakfast exceeded expectations with New Year's osechi dishes. About 80% of guests were from overseas, but everyone had good manners, and the bath area was kept clean. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street.

With the gentle sound of waves in the background, we enjoyed delicious food while watching the sunset and had a wonderful time. The dinner course in particular was excellent, and we were very satisfied. The owner couple were also very welcoming, which made it easy to relax. We would love to stay again if we have the chance. I stayed here three times in one year. It’s my favorite Accommodation, where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful stay in a quiet location. The hostess and her husband are so friendly and warm, and I looked forward to every visit. The food is always truly delicious. This time I stayed for two nights, and I was deeply impressed by how thoughtfully they changed the dishes each day. Waking up early to watch the sunrise over the sea was also wonderful! The shared spaces were kept clean and comfortable as well. After traveling around Ehime Prefecture over the past year, choosing this place again at the end was absolutely the right decision. Thank you for your hospitality the other day. When I told you I can’t eat raw fish, thank you for preparing alternative dishes. The food looked great and tasted wonderful, and we also enjoyed the complimentary extra dish. The bath warmed me up so well that I stayed warm for a long time afterward. The detox water after the bath was also delicious. It was great to be offered a draft beer as a welcome drink at check-in—it was the perfect refreshing drink after a long drive. I would love to stay with you again.

Following our stay in January, we returned for another Multiple Night Stay. It was so comfortable that we changed our plans and came back to Ishigaki Island again this February, and had an amazing time. My companion went fun diving and encountered manta rays every day, and was thrilled to get closer than ever before. We look forward to staying with you again this year—and also on our already confirmed Reservation for next year!

We stayed with a group of five—close friends and family. It was the first weekend of August, and we arrived smoothly with no traffic on the way there. The place was spacious, very clean, and had a great atmosphere—we almost didn’t want to leave the Room, but since the ocean was right in front of us, we headed out. The waves were calm, making it perfect for a relaxing time by the sea. There are probably no beach huts or vending machines nearby, so we recommend bringing your own drinks and other essentials. In the evening we chatted while having a BBQ, then played games together at night—and slept soundly in our beds. The next morning we enjoyed Kamogawa Sea World before heading home. A fully serviced Hotel is comfortable too, but for groups who want to enjoy preparing everything themselves—with plenty of equipment provided—this place is ideal!

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. This time we stayed in the dog-friendly Room with our daughter and her husband. My spouse and I have stayed here four or five times, and we keep coming back because the meals are delicious and the service is very attentive. It was our daughter’s first visit, and she was happy with how good the food was. Since it was our first time visiting in summer, we were surprised by how many insects there were and how crowded it was, but we were able to spend comfortably in the Room. However, one Room for four people and two dogs felt a bit cramped, so next time we plan to book two Rooms. The Room was clean and had no dog odor.

Both the bath and the Room were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Above all, I was truly impressed by how delicious the breakfast was! The luxurious buffet made me feel happy from the morning. The new pool was also very comfortable. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

The location, Facility, Room, Onsen, and breakfast were all of higher quality than expected. I changed my plan to go out early and explore the city until catching the midday bus, and instead enjoyed my stay so much that I relaxed by the poolside and unwound in my Room right up until check-out time. It would be even better if the front desk could consistently respond from the guest’s perspective.

We stayed as a family with our 2-year-old son, and just as the title says, we truly had an incredibly satisfying 4-day, 3-night stay. The breakfast and dinner meals were lavish every time, with an amazing variety of dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious! Since it was the season for it, they prepared a daily lottery draw for children, and we could also enjoy fireworks in the Facility garden. We were especially grateful that they lent us a fireworks set and even collected the leftover fireworks afterward. Both the outdoor pool and the Onsen had areas designed for children, which we really appreciated. All of the staff were warm and friendly, chatting with us in a casual way—our son looked very happy too. This was an Accommodation we would definitely love to return to. Thank you so much!

The staff provide courteous and kind service. The bath and in-room amenities are well stocked. As it was midwinter, a warming gel pack had been placed inside the bedding, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of a cozy, warm futon. The Room air conditioner kept us plenty warm, and a fan heater was also provided as a backup to further heat the room if needed. The meals were excellent in both taste and portion size. We were able to fully enjoy spiny lobster until we were completely satisfied. Overall, it is a wonderful Accommodation with an elegant atmosphere.
