Just as other Reviews mentioned, the view was simply amazing. We stayed with our dog, and we really appreciated that they had pee pads, etiquette bags for walks, food and water bowls, and even dinner for our dog ready for us. It was the first time I’ve ever felt this refreshed at an Accommodation. We’ll definitely stay again!

It was the best stay. The hospitality was better than any Hotel I have stayed at, and the staff were truly wonderful. We enjoyed hearing various stories during the Shuttle Service ride. We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, amenities, and minibar. The view from the Room was absolutely breathtaking, and we were able to spend a truly happy day. Of course, the food was also very satisfying. The main dishes—venison and sweetfish—were incredibly delicious and made us want to come back again.

We stayed for two nights and three days to celebrate my 61st birthday a week early. The lounge staff shared the information about my birthday, and I was truly moved by everyone’s kind greetings. Our third-grade daughter also decided she wanted to do a “job interview” for her summer vacation school project, and we are deeply grateful that you took the time to accommodate her as well. My wife was able to relax fully over the three days, and we’ve agreed that we would definitely like to stay again for our wedding anniversary at year-end. I first stayed about 10 years ago. The hospitality was wonderful, and since then I’ve been staying at Sennentei once every few years. This was my fourth visit. This time, I informed them in advance that a family member has difficulty walking. Upon arrival, they kindly prepared a parking space close to the entrance when welcoming us in the parking lot—thank you very much. They also showed great consideration with our Room, and our whole family had an enjoyable stay. Perhaps because of the season, there was also a free firefly viewing tour, and we were moved to see fireflies for the first time. It became a great memory. Next time, I’d like to stay in a higher-ranked Room! Thank you again, and we look forward to coming back!

We stayed as a group of four—my older sister, my mother, my aunt, and me—to celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday. Thank you for the flowers and message card delivered to our Room. Having photos taken during dinner also became a wonderful keepsake. You even prepared a special outfit for the 60th birthday celebration, which truly warmed our hearts. Since it was a weekday, the baths were not crowded, which was perfect for my elderly mother and aunt. For dinner (we chose a Plan with fewer dishes because two of us are elderly), everything was elegantly seasoned, and there were still enough dishes to leave us completely satisfied. It was the most delicious meal I have ever had in my life. In two years, I would like to stay again to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday.

Blessed with fine weather and feeling well, my spouse and I were thoroughly satisfied with the beautifully crafted French dishes, each like a work of art. The location was excellent, and we fully enjoyed watching Mt. Fuji change color moment by moment through the window. The Ikeda 20th Century Museum of Art is also nearby, making it a wonderful day.

It was pleasant that everything—from the lobby and hallways to inside the elevator—was covered with tatami mats. Right after check-in, we were welcomed with cold matcha tea, which was a nice touch. We had both breakfast and dinner in a private room across the hallway. The simmered kinki (rockfish) was especially delicious. The staff were also very attentive. It would have been perfect if face towels were provided in the large public bath.

Both the facilities and the staff were top-class—an outstanding Hotel. Every staff member’s dedication and politeness came through in their service, making our stay truly comfortable. In terms of receiving hospitality that exceeds the room rate, I think it offers the best value for money in Tokyo. In particular, the gentleman in the Executive Lounge (the person on the right in the photo) was exceptional—his conversation, service, and cocktail-making skills were all truly first-rate, adding even more value to our stay. He kept an ideal distance while attentively looking after every guest. I give five stars to him for making us feel glad we stayed here and eager to return.

This is our fourth stay, and everything—the staff, the meals, and the cleanliness of the Room—is outstanding. Whenever we come to Awaji, this is the only place we want to stay, so we will continue to choose this Accommodation. We have a dog, and they are very welcoming. It’s also a quiet environment where we can’t hear other dogs, so both our dog and we can relax with peace of mind. Having an on-site dog run is also a big help. The meals are exciting every time—carefully crafted course dishes that truly impress us. The staff are kind as well, and we always have a pleasant stay. We stayed for one night during extreme heat. The Hotel was very clean, and we were completely satisfied with the Room facilities. The staff’s service was flawless, making our stay extremely satisfying. There doesn’t seem to be much nearby for walking and exploring, but the Hotel itself has a pool for dogs and a slightly small dog run, so it seems like there’s plenty to enjoy in summer. The food was delicious, and service was quick—we never had to wait after ordering drinks. I even had seconds of rice! If I had to mention one thing, travel might be faster if there were more expressways or toll roads—though that’s separate from evaluating the Hotel. We’d like to stay again.
