In the nature-rich town of Kuroshio, famous as a place to encounter whales, large Bryde's whales up to 12 meters long and dolphins live in the surrounding waters year-round. From May to October each year, whale-watching boats depart from a nearby port. On July 31, 2021, two glamping Facilities were opened.
