The bath features the only projection mapping in the Kanto region, offering seasonal visuals and entertaining content for children. The windows are designed to open, allowing you to enjoy a semi-open-air bath experience. On clear nights, you may even be able to gaze at a sky full of stars.
Wakkanupuri is located within Akan National Park in Eastern Hokkaido. It is situated on the shores of Lake Kussharo, Japan's largest fully frozen lake and the second-largest caldera lake in the world. The majestic Mount Mokoto rises in front, and the property is surrounded by a forest where owls can be heard. A 46-degree Onsen springs forth on the property grounds, continuously flowing into both indoor and open-air baths, available 24 hours a day. This property accommodates only one group per day.
