Nagahama was developed in the late Sengoku period as the castle town of Hashiba (Toyotomi) Hideyoshi. “Hamakozuki” is an Onsen fine-dining Ryokan on the shores of Lake Biwa, beside Hokoen Park (Nagahama Castle).Kohoku and Nagahama still preserve much of the culture and romance of the Sengoku era. The "segai-dashi beam construction" creates a beautiful landscape with large white walls and black beams. It recreates the traditional architectural style that has been passed down since the Edo period when it was founded. At Ryotei Murakami, Esashi, a town with the oldest history in Hokkaido, you can enjoy Onsen from natural sources, meals utilizing rich ingredients, and relaxing time in 7 independent guest rooms. The area around the Property includes the Sea of Japan, Kamome Island, the Kaiyomaru ship, the marina, and the historic street, where you can encounter nature and history.

This is a long-established Ryokan at Kawayu Onsen, where Onsen springs flow from the riverbed. It is the closest Ryokan to the large open-air bath "Sennin-buro," which is available from December to February every year. In November 2008, we opened three "Kumano Modern Rooms," guest rooms with open-air baths and foot baths inspired by the bamboo, wood, and earth of Kumano. Enjoy the ultimate relaxation of a foot bath while overlooking the river's open-air bath and the Sennin-buro (available from December to February). Additionally, a private open-air bath with a reclining bath was also opened in November 2008. All Rooms face the river, allowing you to fully experience the natural beauty of Kumano.
