In Hamasaka, there is a Crab Sommelier system, where certification is granted after training and exams. A Crab Sommelier is an "expert in crabs and hospitality," sharing knowledge about crab dining as well as the history and culture of Hamasaka with guests. Our Property has four Crab Sommeliers who are here to assist in making your journey memorable. Shinonsen Town, Hamasaka, is a small rural town and not a major tourist destination. It is our pleasure to provide a memorable travel experience with the slow pace of the countryside and delicious meals. Our Rooms include Japanese-style Rooms and Japanese-Western hybrid Rooms with beds, all equipped with private toilets and washbasins. Wi-Fi is available in all Rooms. While we have a small family bath, we also provide free admission tickets to the Yutopia Hamasaka or Shichikama Onsen Yurakukan public baths so you can fully enjoy the Hamasaka Onsen experience. As residents of this area, we are here to assist in making your journey in Tateshina even more enjoyable and memorable. We are always curious and continue to take on new challenges with enthusiasm. To ensure that every guest leaves with a smile. - Our Property was renovated in 2015 but is a 30-year-old guesthouse. We focus on cleanliness, reasonable pricing, and hospitality (warm and welcoming service). We strive to maintain an appropriate distance without interfering too much with our guests. - We started this pension after moving from Chiba to live a life free of constraints on "money" and "time." If you are considering relocating to the Yatsugatake area, feel free to ask us about the climate, lifestyle, and more here (of course, there is no consultation fee). Since 2023, we have purchased a home in Chino City, Hiromi, and are currently living a dual-base lifestyle in Tateshina. - There is a grand piano available, which can be used for individual practice or music camps for groups.
