Due to an urgent matter, I couldn’t make it in time for check-in, and when you called, you handled it very politely. The Room was simple but very clean, with warm tones that made it feel welcoming. Since I booked a Plan without meals, I’d like to make a Reservation with a meal-included Plan the next time I visit Osaka.

I used the spa sauna twice, on the first and second days. There were always clean towels, bathrobes, and amenities available, and the high-temperature sauna was very relaxing! Perhaps for eco-friendly reasons, there are fewer amenities in the Room. Even though two of us stayed, there was only one set of cotton pads and swabs. The slippers were plush and very nice. The staff were extremely helpful. Even the international staff spoke in a Kansai dialect, which left a great impression.

Directly connected to the station, so you won’t have to worry about the rain! Incredibly convenient!

Although I should have confirmed in advance, you kindly made special arrangements and allowed me to park my motorcycle. Thanks to the staff’s warm smiles and thoughtful care, I felt truly relaxed and made wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

I chose this Hotel for its great location and price. It’s close to the elevator at the Asakusa Line station, which made carrying luggage very convenient. The Room was clean. The bath area and the shelves in the Room had slightly more space, making it easy to place items, and I felt it was thoughtfully designed. The amenities were well stocked, and I especially liked that the quality of the cotton pads was better than at other Hotels. When staying in Asakusa, I would like to use it again.

The female staff member kindly assisted us by quickly storing our luggage as we were in a hurry to return our rental car, and by showing us how to restore the app. She also recommended a great Okinawan izakaya, which made for a wonderful end to our trip. Thank you!

I stayed here because I had an early morning flight from Haneda the next day. It was very convenient, as it’s close to the station and also close to the airport.

After the Obon holidays, my spouse and I stayed at this Prince Hotel to relax. 　As always, we enjoyed watching Tokyo Tower in the distance, along with the Shinkansen and the Keikyu Line, and felt like kids again. 　What impressed us most was dinner at the Chinese restaurant—wonderful dishes that made the most of fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, with excellent flavor and generous portions. 　We enjoyed it at a leisurely pace with draft beer. 　We were also worried about breakfast crowds, but we were seated smoothly and fully enjoyed the lavish buffet. 　Good food makes you happy. 　Thank you very much. We will be back again.

The Room was very clean, which was great. I was satisfied with the amenities overall, but I wish there had been lotion and toner available, even for a fee—so I’m giving one less star. Sorry. The provided items like the toothbrush and shampoo were excellent and I really liked them. The front desk staff were polite and kind as well. The area around the Hotel is convenient, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I was also impressed that you can order from a pizza place directly from the Room—it’s a very convenient Hotel. However, when I stayed, a typhoon was approaching so I stocked up on food instead; next time I’d like to order pizza and relax. Thank you very much for this stay.

The in-room refrigerator was fridge-only, but I had a small item that I really needed to freeze, and the staff kindly helped me. Even after checkout, they were happy to store my luggage until my departure time, which was a big help. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service in the lobby. I’d definitely stay again!

We ended up staying here at short notice as well while sightseeing with our son’s family. The front desk staff member was from overseas, but spoke fluent Japanese and kindly acknowledged our long journey, making check-in pleasant. The other staff were also very attentive—it really felt like a long-established Hotel. Breakfast was delicious, and we ate far too much. The Room shows its age and the door was a bit hard to close, but overall it was fine. There aren’t many amenities, but we knew that in advance, so it wasn’t inconvenient. There are also commercial facilities nearby, which was very convenient. If possible, we would be completely satisfied if the shuttle bus could run on weekdays as well. Thank you for the wonderful memories with our grandchild.

I made a Reservation looking forward to the bath, but it was unfortunately out of order. However, thanks to the Hotel’s kindness, my Room was upgraded. I was very satisfied and enjoyed the spacious indoor bath. For breakfast, I had freshly baked bread, corn soup, and plenty of fresh vegetables—it was filling and became a wonderful travel memory. I would like this to be my first choice for my next stay in Sapporo.
