This time we stayed in the dog-friendly Room with our daughter and her husband. My spouse and I have stayed here four or five times, and we keep coming back because the meals are delicious and the service is very attentive. It was our daughter’s first visit, and she was happy with how good the food was. Since it was our first time visiting in summer, we were surprised by how many insects there were and how crowded it was, but we were able to spend comfortably in the Room. However, one Room for four people and two dogs felt a bit cramped, so next time we plan to book two Rooms. The Room was clean and had no dog odor.

The Room was just the right size for two people, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. Considering the number of Rooms, there were quite a few staff members as well; their hospitality and service were excellent. As I always think—given what we paid this time—it truly deserved f

The in-room dinner was very delicious. The broth of the clam and mushroom hot pot was exquisite, and the gratin of pear was a wonderful meal. Thank you for the birthday message card with a beautifully hand-drawn picture and text. This was my second stay, and I will use it again.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast offered plenty of vegetables and a wide variety of dishes, which we really enjoyed. The Room was spacious, and we relaxed watching movies on a large screen while enjoying cakes from a well-known nearby shop. There was also a jazz live music venue close by, making it convenient on the way back as well. It was the perfect Hotel for enjoying the city.

It was perfect—close to the station and with a large public bath. However, when using the hair dryer in the bath’s changing room, there was one spot without an outlet, so I had to move seats to use it. Why is there no outlet nearby even though there’s a hair dryer? For breakfast, I thought the cutlet and fried shrimp might feel heavy in the morning, but they were lightly fried and crispy on the outside and tender inside—so good that even I, who usually don’t eat fried food, enjoyed them. It looked a bit tough for one staff member to handle everything alone, but when I left, they greeted me with a wonderful smile. Even if I’m not staying at the Hotel next time, it’s a place I’d like to visit again.

Although we stayed in a twin room, the bathroom was spacious and helped us relax after a long day. It was farther from Osaka Station than we expected, but it was easy to find. Thank you very much.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. As I was traveling from outside the prefecture for dinner at Le Clos de Mariage, I was looking for a place to stay because I’m not good with directions. While searching for a Hotel near the station and even closer to Le Clos, I found APA. The soundproofing was excellent, everything was very clean, and all staff were kind and courteous. Accommodation Fees have been rising lately, so I truly appreciated that it was nearly half the price. A few years ago in Tokyo, after attending a Christmas dinner show, it was dark and I lost my way back to my Hotel near the venue. I ended up walking around Tokyo Tower for almost three hours before finally arriving—so exhausted that I collapsed onto the bed still wearing my coat. What should have been a wonderful memory turned into a painful one. Being in an unfamiliar place in the dark is frightening. As an older person who easily gets lost, choosing the right Hotel is very important to me. When I saw the APA sign from the station, I was so relieved that it brought tears to my eyes. Because it’s also close to Le Clos, I could attend with peace of mind and return safely afterward. I was able to take my time and enjoy a relaxing bath as well, making it a truly good memory. Thank you very much. With sincere gratitude—I didn’t get lost this time.

I had to go to Tokyo for an errand, and when I checked to see if there were any events that day, it turned out to be the famous Sumida River Fireworks Festival. Since I’d always wanted to see it at least once, I made a Reservation at this Hotel in Ryogoku. Without knowing anything beforehand, I arrived to find that the street in front of the Hotel was part of a one-way detour route toward Kuramae Bridge, a great spot for viewing the fireworks—so by simply following the flow of people, I ended up being able to watch them. It felt like a lucky break. The Hotel even handed out uchiwa fans to guests heading to the festival, which was a thoughtful touch. As for the Facility itself, there’s a convenience store on the second floor, which is very handy. The large public bath in the basement also looked appealing and I really wanted to try it, but I was so exhausted that I used the bath in my Room instead—so unfortunately I didn’t get to use it this time. An excellent Hotel for the price. I’d definitely like to stay again.

The toilet and bathroom are separate, so you can enjoy a relaxing bath. From a woman’s perspective, I was happy to find not only shampoo and conditioner, but also a well-stocked selection of amenities from two cosmetics brands. The round table is small, with space for only one laptop, so it may be inconvenient for working. One thing I noticed was the light by the vanity mirror—it wasn’t bright enough for applying makeup. The front desk service and cleanliness were both excellent, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

It was close to Ikebukuro Station, and being directly connected to the station meant we didn’t have to worry about the heat while getting around. The Room was just the right size for two people, and the sofa and luggage space were convenient, so we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a Japanese buffet where you could choose a main dish, and side dishes were served in small bowls you could pick up yourself, which felt clean and satisfying. We will definitely stay again.

I was able to enjoy a relaxing time with the welcome café, the luxury room, and the Onsen sauna. It has great access to both Kyobashi and Osaka Castle—I didn’t realize it was this convenient, so I’ll be using it often from now on. Thank you very much.

The roads in Arima Onsen are narrow, and they kept getting narrower on the way to the Hotel parking area, which made us a bit anxious, but we arrived safely. The staff were kind and attentive, and there were snacks and drinks in the lobby, so we could relax. The Room was also clean and well prepared; we took a short rest and enjoyed a walk around the Onsen town, which was fun. Since we requested a later dinner time, we were able to enjoy the bath at a leisurely pace. We thoroughly enjoyed plenty of meat with our meal. The other dishes also felt carefully prepared and were delicious. It was also nice that we could enjoy dessert in the lobby later in the evening after taking some time. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been better if breakfast items like bacon and sausages were served hot. We thought this might be our first and last trip to Arima Onsen, but now my spouse and I would like to visit again. We were happy with the Room upgrade—thank you very much.

We stayed as a couple. It was a beautiful, wonderful Hotel. The Room was great, and the large public bath was excellent. The counter seats at breakfast are also recommended. It was very tasty and enjoyable while looking out over the streets of Fujieda. If you come to Fujieda, this is a must-stay Hotel!

I’ve stayed at several APA Hotels & Resorts, and I’m impressed every time by how wonderful the service is. The VOD includes recent movies (this time they already had the second part of *Wicked*!), the large public bath is spacious, clean, and relaxing, and the breakfast is luxurious and truly delicious. The Room is compact at 14 m², but because the bathroom area is efficiently designed, it feels more spacious than expected. Considering the reasonable price, I’m grateful for such a high level of service. Breakfast while enjoying the open view from the 40th floor was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The grilled fish was thick and perfectly tender, and even the broth served with their “beauty tofu” was delicious. There were so many great options—seafood rice bowls, clam ramen, smoked salmon, and more—that it was hard to choose, and it made me happy from the very start of the day. They also cleared plates promptly, which made everything feel comfortable. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

It’s just a little (in terms of feeling) away from the station area, but that made it calm and comfortable. It’s still close to the station, and there’s also a convenience store nearby. In the Room, if you open the roller blind, you can be seen from outside, so it would be perfect if there were an additional sheer curtain. The bathroom was clean, and I ended up using it many times. The breakfast venue felt slightly hot—perhaps because of the oden or the air conditioning. I think it would have been even better with lower humidity. The meals felt like standard business-style fare with a Kanazawa touch. I slept well. If I have another chance, I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stay here regularly. The Room is always clean, and all the amenities I need are available in the lobby, so there’s no waste and it’s very convenient. The bathroom is also clean, so I can fill the tub, use bath salts, and relax—especially in winter, I end up staying more often. Hotel prices have been rising lately, but this place still offers service that matches the cost. It’s a bit of a walk from Kinshicho Station, but if that doesn’t bother you, this is a Hotel I can recommend.
