We offer an open-air Onsen bath supplied with hot spring water transported from the source at Karurusu Onsen (Noboribetsu City, Hokkaido), along with carefully selected ingredients from across Hokkaido. The concept of “ONSEN RYOKAN YUEN” is to “reimagine the essence of a Ryokan.” We refine the appeal of a Ryokan into spaces and services that are more accessible for urban travelers and international guests. In April 2021, as a Hotel perched atop the station building adjacent to JR Kumamoto Station's Shirakawa Exit (East Exit), the entire Hotel was designed with the concept of "Kumamoto Goten" to become a new symbol of Kumamoto.
