I have stayed here multiple times, and every visit is met with such warm and attentive service that it truly soothes my heart and melts away my fatigue! This time, I was given the perfect room with my favorite view. It was on the top floor, facing the port side of the buildin

Although it is along a national highway, it was a bit hard to find by car, and merging back onto the busy highway after checkout was also quite difficult. However, the clean facilities, appropriate service, and relaxing large public bath made for a comfortable stay. It would be p

The parking lot was spacious and ample, and the onsen had excellent water quality, allowing me to relax thoroughly. I was also impressed by the thoughtful variety in the complimentary breakfast menu over the two days. I would like to use this property again during events in Makuh

Pros Great location and easy to find; a convenience store on the ground floor; late check-in available; smooth check-in/out; new Facility; reasonably clean; a large public bath is available, with good amenities. Cons Not really a complaint given the price, but it felt a bit

There’s also a convenience store downstairs, which was very convenient. The room was clean, and I had a great sleep. I could relax until close to the 11:00 AM checkout time; however, many other guests seemed to check out around the same time, so even when the elevator arrived

This was my first stay. After reading the reviews, I found that the high ratings were accurate, with excellent staff service and cleanliness of the room providing great satisfaction. However, there is one concern. Adjusting the air conditioning in the room was challenging; turnin

I also went to breakfast shortly after it opened, and seating guidance was smooth. The buffet layout was well organized, making it easy to move along and serve myself (depending on how crowded it is). The selection was very diverse—there were too many items to list, such as eel r

The room was spacious with a king bed, making everything feel expansive. It was a smoking room, but there was no noticeable smell (by the way, we don't smoke). The jacuzzi had bubbles that felt like they were soothing shoulder stiffness as in a super sento, so I got my feet massa

The room environment was excellent, including the large bed, spacious private bath, and even the private rental bath. The bed was as comfortable as those at APA Hotel Resort. However, the free breakfast was disappointing. It operated from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, with a request t

I’m not sure if it’s newly built, but everything is spotless and feels very clean. Check-in is fully automated using the QR code sent in advance by SMS. There’s no need to speak with the front desk at all, including at check-out. The breakfast buffet includes roast beef! You ca

We used it for an anniversary trip. The night pool was beautifully lit up, allowing us to spend a special time together. It is a wonderful Hotel where you can experience an extraordinary feeling while being in the city. We usually choose a Resort Hotel, but this Hotel was att

There was also an event support fair with items like disposable goods from Megurhythm and welcome drinks—it was truly wonderful. We chose a Japanese-style room with a view of the trains passing by, which turned out to be perfect. Both my son and daughter were thrilled watching

I stayed for 2 nights for a conference. First, the facility is new and clean. Breakfast is free, but it exceeds expectations with a wide variety of dishes that change daily, making it enjoyable even for those on a multiple night stay. The large public bath was spacious and comfor

Whoever came up with offering red bean paste deserves applause. The Japanese side dishes—such as green beans with sesame dressing, taro, rolled omelet, croquettes, kinpira burdock root, and lightly pickled vegetables—were all carefully seasoned and very satisfying. I also loved

First time in Okayama. Convenient location near the station and a large AEON mall. The Room was small but comfortable for relaxing and had a good night's sleep. Located in the heart of the downtown area, but it doesn't feel unsafe. Would love to stay again!

The Onsen and sauna were excellent. They also offered classic Dormy Inn services like post-bath ice cream and late-night ramen starting at 9:30 PM. Breakfast had a variety of dishes with consistent quality typical of Dormy Inn, ensuring satisfaction. There is also free Shuttle Se

This time, it was also reliably comfortable. The spacious bathroom and washroom, abundant amenities, and fluffy towels were great. The individually controlled air conditioning provided peace of mind even on cold days. From the assigned room, I could see the Kaiun Bridge, so I enj

The guest room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The hairdryer, hair iron, and shower head were made by ReFa, and they were also good. There are convenience stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets nearby, so the location is excellent. The staff at the front desk greet

I stayed for 2 nights. Being a hotel in front of the station, it is very convenient. Additionally, you can reach an outlet mall with about a 15-minute walk. The guest rooms are in a separate building, newly constructed, and very clean like other APA Hotels. One thing to be cautio
