In November 2008, we opened three "Kumano Modern Rooms," guest rooms with open-air baths and foot baths inspired by the bamboo, wood, and earth of Kumano. Enjoy the ultimate relaxation of a foot bath while overlooking the river's open-air bath and the Sennin-buro (available from December to February). Additionally, a private open-air bath with a reclining bath was also opened in November 2008. All Rooms face the river, allowing you to fully experience the natural beauty of Kumano.
