The Japanese cuisine set meal, proudly prepared by our head chef, features seasonal ingredients and a menu full of seasonal flavors. Additionally, Iwaki Yumoto Onsen is a rare type of "Sulfur-containing Sodium Chloride Sulfate Onsen" in The whole country. Its history dates back to the Nara period, making it one of Japan's three oldest hot springs. With an abundant flow rate of 5 tons per minute, the water is drawn up from 50 meters underground. At Hotel Palm Spring, our hinoki cypress bath takes full advantage of this abundant flow, offering a luxurious 100% natural free-flowing Onsen without circulation or filtration systems. Although the bath is modest in size, accommodating about 10 people, the bathtub filled with this exceptional Onsen water was crafted by "Hinokisouken," the same company that constructed the footbath for the 2008 Hokkaido Toyako Summit.
