"Moving the heart, with ingenuity." Founded in 1879 as a kaiseki restaurant, this is a long-established Ryokan in Isawa Onsen. We use our own natural hot spring source that gushes forth from within the premises, known as "Bijin no Yu" (Beautiful Skin Water) for its excellent quality. Enjoy the blessings of the Onsen with the "Yakuseki-yoku Arashi no Yu," opened in 2020, and the spacious private baths "Oku no Yu" and "Manyo no Yu." Carrying on traditions since the Meiji era, we offer creative kaiseki cuisine that delights both the palate and the eyes, using seasonal ingredients.
