I heard that a new Club Floor had been introduced, so I stayed here for the first time. As this is a traditional Hotel in a prime Shinsaibashi location, I didn’t expect much in terms of the Room furnishings, but everything—including the bathroom—had been fully renovated and was extremely comfortable. In particular, enjoying the Osaka cityscape from the long bench by the window or from the generously sized bed felt truly luxurious. The bathroom was also spacious, with plenty of room to fully enjoy both the shower and bathtub. The amenities were especially outstanding—truly top class! Personally, I found the Club Lounge service to be excellent. You can really feel their commitment to food and beverage service; both tea time and cocktail time offerings were genuinely Hotel quality. The staff were friendly in a very Osaka-like way, making it an exceptionally relaxing and welcoming experience. A wonderful Hotel that I would definitely love to visit again.

The twin Room was spacious, clean, and flawless. The mattress felt a bit old-fashioned, but I slept well. The shampoo and other amenities smelled wonderful—easily the best among my recent Hotel stays. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. I topped my waffle with whipped cream and maple syrup, and there were plenty of sushi (including temari sushi) and other Japanese dishes too—I wished I had saved more room beforehand. After finishing, I noticed there were puddings and smoothies at the counter, but I had already left my seat so I had to give them up reluctantly. They also lent us rental bicycles on both days, which was a huge help in the heat. Thank you very much. I’ll definitely stay again!

The male front desk staff member was wonderful, and it made me very happy. When I asked a question, he responded with far more flexibility than I expected, which truly impressed me. Thank you very much. He also listened to my conversation with my parents and kindly informed us of the bus schedule without us even having to ask—his thoughtful attention was very pleasant. Thank you for taking care of us during our stay. Dinner was served at a fast pace, so it felt a bit rushed. Since we had the earliest time slot and other guests were coming in afterward, I understand it couldn’t be helped.

We had planned to stay before the Obon holidays, but a typhoon was approaching, so we exchanged emails with the staff several times. The staff were very polite and helpful, and thanks to them we were able to change our dates smoothly. It was a 3-night, 4-day stay, and we were very satisfied with the welcome drink upon arrival and the thorough explanation from the staff. The Room was clean, and the amenities—including complimentary bath salts and bath bombs—were wonderful. We had seen in a Review that breakfast involved waiting, but since we entered the breakfast venue right when it opened at 7:00, it wasn’t an issue at all. Both the Japanese and Western options were delicious, with fresh local vegetables included. We definitely want to return! Because it’s in a nature-rich area, I wouldn’t recommend it for those who dislike insects. In our case, my husband grew up in the countryside and was delighted whenever he spotted big frogs, spiders, or grasshoppers on the Facility grounds.

It was my first time having a microwave in the room, and it was even more convenient than I expected. Everything was kept very clean, the TV was large and could play YouTube, and it was comfortable to live as usual even while traveling. The location is also great—no transfers needed on the Tozai Line, close to the station, and there are supermarkets and restaurants on the way from the station to the Hotel. It was so convenient that it made me want to live here. On top of that, maybe because it was a campaign rate, it was an excellent value—I could enjoy top-level comfort without overdoing it. It’s sure to become popular! A place I almost don’t want to share (lol).

I had stayed at the Richmond Hotel Kyoto several times and had a great experience, so I chose this Hotel when looking for Accommodation in Himeji. The Room was a comfortable size, the coffee was delicious, and although I didn’t have breakfast, it looked very appealing. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

Although we only stayed for just under six hours on a day trip this time, it was a soothing space where we could relax and feel refreshed after a long time. The full-course kaiseki dinner was beautifully presented with a seasonal touch and was absolutely delicious. Next time, we would definitely like to return for an overnight stay.

The Room and beds were flawless. The meals were also more than sufficient for us as an older couple with smaller appetites—we even wondered, “Is this really a lighter portion?” Everything was delicious. Not only was dinner served in our Room, but we were also able to have breakfast in a private dining room, so we could enjoy it at our own pace. When the season changes, we would love to stay again and look forward to the seasonal menu changes.

I always appreciate your flexibility in both Okayama and Kurashiki, and I’ve been able to enjoy a comfortable stay. I’m also satisfied with the breakfast. In Kurashiki, the bath isn’t very large, which is a bit disappointing. Also, with more tourists visiting the nearby Bikan Historical Quarter, if you check in a little late there may be no parking available. Be careful when using nearby parking—if you choose one without a daily maximum rate, you could be shocked by the total when you pay in the morning.

I have been staying here for several years, and this is my third stay this year, following winter and spring. The seasonal cuisine is both delicious and beautifully presented. The drinks in the refrigerator have changed from Jurokucha to green tea since last year, but I would prefer a caffeine-free tea at night.

Arriving drenched in sweat, I was able to take a breather right away in the lounge with the complimentary shaved ice service. It felt like the best kind of hospitality. The Room felt smaller than I expected, but everything was pleasantly well kept and I had a comfortable stay. Joining the morning walk was also worthwhile—I learned things for the first time thanks to the guide’s explanations, making it a meaningful experience. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. With Kofuku-ji Temple, Nara Park, and the station all nearby, it’s an ideal location for sightseeing, so I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nara.

A one-night trip with three friends. On the day of our stay, they picked us up at the station regardless of our arrival time, and after checkout they stored our luggage and later drove us back to the station after sightseeing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, we were able to relax in the Onsen, and the Room was spacious—making it a truly wonderful trip. This is an Accommodation we would love to stay at again. The female staff member at check-in was very pleasant. Since I only came back to the Hotel to sleep, I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but the Room was clean, and although the bath was small, the temperature was just right. The kamameshi for breakfast was also delicious. Overall, it was very good for me. I’d like to stay here again when I travel to Suwa. Thank you for your hospitality.

Both the interior and exterior are new, clean, and functional. The parking lot is spacious, making it easy to park. The beer and sake after a bath were excellent. I tried four types of sake, and all of them were delicious. All the meals were delicious as well—the Tamba black soybean tempura was outstanding. They also had everything I wanted to drink—beer, sake, wine, and shochu—so I ended up drinking a little too much.

Conveniently located, making it very easy for sightseeing. The Room is also beautiful and very clean. However, it is a pity that there is no large public bath.

I have stayed here several times before. The Room is compact, and the wood-grain color scheme feels very calming. The shampoo and body soap are wall-mounted dispensers, so I’m not sure of the exact types, but they were labeled Kao. The hair dryer is by mod’s hair. With the Ladies’ Plan, you can choose two extra amenities per night that aren’t included in the standard set, which is a nice touch. (Options include LUX shampoo, cooling sheets for tired feet, face masks, hot eye masks, bath salts, etc.) It would be ideal if a body wash towel were also provided among the amenities.

I was in Fukuoka with my daughters, and each of us had our own plans. We searched for a place where the three of us could stay together, with free parking and reasonable rates, and decided on Vessel Fukuoka Kaizuka. We really appreciated their hospitality. My daughters were happy and said it was the best Business Hotel they’ve stayed at so far. The Room was clean. Plenty of power outlets. A separate washbasin area apart from the bath/toilet. You can see outside through the window. A good selection of amenities. Two trash bins. Shoes-off indoors. They were really excited about all of that.

In September, I visited with my two dogs while on a trip to see my child living in Hiroshima. I already knew from the website that it was a wonderful accommodation, but it truly exceeded my expectations. The room, meals, service, and staff were all excellent. Since it's located in the mountains, there were many insects at the dog run due to the season, but plenty of countermeasure items were provided. I've stayed at several all-inclusive accommodations before, but this place had an impressive variety of drinks and even lots of nostalgic snacks—it was very satisfying. This time we arrived by bullet train and taxi; however, on our way back we were kindly dropped off at a nearby station which made it easy to visit Miyajima. There are also large rooms available for three generations to stay together—I’d love to come back again when I have grandchildren!

Our family of five (four adults and our third son, 1 year and 9 months old) stayed here. We had been looking forward to this trip for a long time, but the weather on the day was terrible—so bad we were caught in a sudden torrential downpour. The heavy rain made visibility poor on the way to the Facility, and it was still pouring at check-in, but thanks to the staff’s kind and careful guidance, we were able to get into our dome tent safely. Unfortunately, the bonfire event planned at the center was canceled, but that couldn’t be helped given the weather. Even so, the Facility offered a rainy-day-only service of lending a projector free of charge (normally 1,000 yen). Thanks to that thoughtful gesture, our kids never got bored and we were able to enjoy glamping in a way that only a rainy day can offer. By the time we headed to the large public bathhouse, the rain had stopped for a while and there were few other guests. The men’s bath (with our kids) and women’s bath (for my wife) each felt like private use. We could relax without worrying about anyone else—and for our 1-year-9-month-old son it was his very first large public bath. Seeing him enjoy it without being scared put smiles on all of our faces. Even at night the weather remained unsettled—rain on and off with occasional thunder—but we couldn’t give up on seeing the stars. After putting our youngest to sleep, we took it easy with coffee. When I stepped outside around 3:00 a.m., all the clouds had cleared away, revealing an unbelievably beautiful sky full of stars. Countless stars shone brightly—far more than you could ever see in town—and I felt staying up late was truly worth it. On another note, perhaps because of the heavy rain, a few millipedes found their way into our house tent area and our older two boys made quite a fuss in the middle of night (laughs). We ended up slightly sleep-deprived, but now it has become one more funny family story—something that comes with being surrounded by nature. In the morning we woke up to birdsong. The fresh air made for an incredibly pleasant start to day—a luxurious moment you can’t experience in everyday life. The previous day’s bonfire had been canceled as an event, but they kindly arranged for each house area to enjoy one until 8:30 a.m. next morning instead. Watching fire while drinking coffee and reading was exactly what I’d hoped for. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast together as family on deck in front of house area; meals eaten in nature are something special every time—and everything was delicious. Even after returning home,we kept talking about how much we'd love come back again."

When we were taking photos at the Hotel entrance, a staff member kindly approached us in a natural way and offered to take our picture, which made us feel truly welcomed. I was traveling alone with two children, so I was a bit anxious, but thanks to the staff’s kindness and the wonderful Hotel and pool, my children had an amazing time. The food was also delicious. We had such a great stay that we would love to come back again.
