The free-flowing, continuously fed Onsen was wonderfully abundant, and each private bath had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The cuisine was perfect for wine lovers, with rare wines to match. The interior design—and the lamps placed throughout—were all beautifully chosen. Right in front of the Accommodation, there is a row of cherry trees along the riverbank; I can only imagine how stunning the view must be during cherry blossom season. I won’t wait until then—I will definitely return again soon. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

It’s a short walk from the station (bus stop), but I think it’s an easy distance to walk. The Room had everything we needed, and it was wonderful that drinks and light snacks were available until 10:00 pm. The snack cakes were delicious. All the staff were courteous and helpful, so we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

After golfing near Higashimatsuyama, I made a Reservation to enjoy an area where I hadn’t stayed before. With an Onsen and breakfast included, it was a very satisfying stay. There was also a nearby restaurant serving Higashimatsuyama’s famous yakitori (actually pork). When the weather cools down, I’d like to stay here again and visit Shinrin Park. If there’s room for improvement, I felt it would be better if the refrigerator door and the cabinet door opened in the same direction, as they currently open opposite ways.

After finally arriving through heavy rain on this trip, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The meals were served in a calm lounge, and we could really feel the care put into each dish. The Onsen was wonderful, but unfortunately, due to torrential rain severe enough to trigger warnings, the water temperature dropped on the morning of the second day. We were especially disappointed that we couldn’t use the bath in our Room. With expressways closed, sightseeing wasn’t possible at all, so we’d like to come back next time for a retry. The Accommodation is a pleasant, clean Hotel, and all of the staff were very kind.

It’s a bit far from Tokyo, but I’m truly glad we stayed here! The property was very clean, and the lounge had plenty of drinks—my excitement started the moment we arrived. For dinner, we ordered horse sashimi and a three-sake tasting set separately, and it was amazing. Highly recommended. Breakfast was also delicious across the board. The Onsen was relaxing since it was always empty whenever we went (not just the private one), and we were also able to use the baths at a larger affiliated Hotel, which made us very satisfied. The Room was comfortable, and I slept soundly. Above all, the warm hospitality from all the staff made us feel at ease. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

The staff’s warm, heartfelt hospitality was truly comforting, and I was able to spend my entire stay feeling relaxed and at ease. The whole Hotel was kept impeccably clean, and I could sense thoughtful attention to detail throughout, which allowed me to unwind with complete peace of mind. Each dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and wonderful in both appearance and taste—I was completely satisfied with everything. Thanks to the staff, I had a wonderful time in Karuizawa. I am sincerely grateful. When I visit Karuizawa again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much for a lovely time.

It was simply amazing!! I’ve stayed at many large Ryokan, and I was delighted to enjoy both the scenic-view baths and a variety of hot springs. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with more food than we could finish. Everything was truly delicious—thank you very much. The building had a classic, long-established feel, but the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. We stayed with our child and had a great time without ever getting bored, thanks to the pool, fishing, arcade, and play area. It made us want to come back again if we get the chance. We debated among several Accommodations on Awaji Island (including sister properties), but we’re congratulating ourselves for making a great choice with Hotel New Awaji.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip. From the moment we arrived until the very end, we truly had a wonderful time. The Room was spacious and spotless, with thoughtful attention to every detail. It was so comfortable that we honestly wished we could stay there forever. We were also delighted to receive a Room upgrade this time—thank you so much. Above all, the meals were beyond words—absolutely delicious. Every single dish was outstanding, and the dining experience itself became a special memory. Because it was our anniversary, you even prepared a surprise dessert plate for us. We were deeply touched by your unexpected kindness. All of the staff were warm throughout our stay, full of attentive care and hospitality, and we found ourselves thinking again and again how glad we were to have chosen this place. The Room, the meals, the Onsen, and especially the staff’s thoughtfulness—everything was exceptional. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. We have stayed at many Accommodations over the years, but this is without a doubt the best one we have ever experienced. We are truly glad we chose “Hakone Gen” for such an important anniversary. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. I met my daughter, who came from the Kansai area, at Nagoya Station and we headed to your Hotel together. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the spacious first-floor lobby with its calm atmosphere, as well as the views and elegance of the Espacio Lounge on the upper floors. We were also very satisfied with our Room and the various services provided. We thoroughly enjoyed a birthday commemorative stay together—my first trip after recovering from illness—and made full use of both the pool and the large public bath. Choosing a stay with lounge access was truly the right decision. From afternoon tea onward, every food presentation offered items unique to Nagoya, all of which we enjoyed very much. I was also deeply moved by the hospitality of all your staff. Saying “We definitely want to come again,” we each began our journey home. Thank you again for helping make this a memorable moment during our summer holiday.

The Room had a great view and was spacious, making our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to relax while enjoying music in the bath, shower, and vanity area. The staff were all very kind and attentive, which we truly appreciated.

I stayed here at the end of my trip to Hokkaido. The places I stayed before were wonderful as well, but this Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi Hotel was outstanding. Every dish at the buffet was delicious. I wanted to try more, but I got full and couldn’t eat everything, which I still regret a little. The kamameshi rice was especially good, and the meat was excellent too—in fact, everything I tried tasted great. When I went to the Onsen early in the morning (just after 5 a.m.), I saw staff baking bread. I had some at breakfast, and it was also very tasty. The moor Onsen had a gentle natural scent and a wonderfully silky feel on the skin; one night wasn’t enough. This time I couldn’t take my time sightseeing around Tokachi, so I would love to come back again next year. More than anything, what left me with such a great impression of the Hotel was an employee at the souvenir shop “Tamatebako.” The trainee wearing a training name badge had an amazing smile and provided excellent service. When I told them how pleasant they were, they responded with another lovely smile. Of course it comes down to personal qualities as well, but it also made me feel that the Hotel’s management philosophy must be excellent for staff like this to grow here. All of the other staff were wonderful too, and it reminded me that not only the Onsen and food but also people’s hospitality is what truly shapes a trip. Thank you for helping me make such great memories—I would like to stay again next year as well.

It was a very beautiful Hotel with great service, and I felt the staff’s hospitality and attentiveness were wonderful. The in-room open-air bath was also excellent! I think guests would be even happier if there were direct access from the shower room to the open-air bath. The distance is short, but I couldn’t help worrying about water dripping while moving around when wet, so with a little improvement it would be perfect. For guests, dining is also an important point, and it was very good! I also posted photos—late-night ramen was delicious, especially the tomato ramen recommended by the staff. It’s a Hotel that made me want to visit again after a long time. To all staff members (including makeup and bed-making), thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. I will definitely return.

This was my second stay. This time, I traveled with my elderly mother. They accommodated the Room request I had shared in advance, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was a comfortable stay. I would like to stay again.

After arriving, we relaxed in the lounge with drinks and snacks. For dogs, amazake and ice cream are provided. The meals were delicious, and the sashimi was especially fresh. Drinks are all-you-can-drink, so you can enjoy plenty. The Room was clean and very nice, but the air conditioner airflow blew directly toward our faces, so we adjusted our position to make it more comfortable. We were able to spend a very relaxing holiday.

This was my second stay. The moment I stepped through the entrance, it felt like a different world. The meals were delicious, the staff’s hospitality and manners were excellent, and our Room was upgraded—everything was taken care of. I would love to stay again. We stay here mainly for Arashi no Yu, and it’s always one amazing experience after another—thank you again this time. The table tennis & darts Room was a hidden gem, and the kids were thrilled! If I had one request, it would be to have some board games the kids can enjoy (even something like UNO) in the table tennis Room or at the front desk—then children wouldn’t get bored even during a Multiple Night Stay. In any case, thank you as always for another wonderful stay.

I loved the bath, but the breakfast was especially high quality! I even had five freshly fried shrimp tempura in the morning! I’ll definitely stay again.

The hospitality was outstanding. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently attentive. Especially at checkout, they even wiped the car windows. It had rained the night before, so the windows may have been dirty, but this was the first time anyone has ever done that for me—I was truly impressed. Both the quality and quantity of the meals were very satisfying. Dinner featured a duck hot pot as the main dish, along with plenty of extras such as sashimi and Kasumi crab (benizuwai crab). Everything was delicious. If I had to mention anything, it would be that the Ryokan’s bath is small and it’s a bit away from the center of town. Personally, I enjoyed walking around while exploring and visiting different public baths, and they also said they could drive guests there upon request. As for the small bath at the Ryokan, I think it works well if you make use of the public baths too while still enjoying what’s available on-site. I would definitely like to stay again. The Room was very clean, and we loved the soothing sound of the river and the lush, tree-covered view. Having a private bath was also a great perk. The dining area was a private room as well, so we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast in a relaxed setting, though the portions were a bit large for us. After breakfast, we also unexpectedly enjoyed the complimentary coffee service in the lobby. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we were able to unwind and take our time.
